     a burger and french fries

It surprises me how fast food can give you burgers that taste so good for what you pay! I went through Drive-Thru the Royale Burger and I was impressed. The burger has bacon, egg, and all the other normal good stuff. It was fulfilling with its size and flavors. It reminded me of a very good burger that I had in Chicago. I will ask for Yolky egg next time. That might make it even better. I took away one star because of their fries. Like, are you kidding? Those fries look shrinked and just so sad :(

Fast friendly service; burgers, fries and shakes fit the bill on a Friday evening in the hot summer!

When you order a slider, don't think you're getting some tiny sandwich--this thing is full-size and loaded. The kale slaw adds the perfect amount of flavor and crunch, especially when paired with Dave's sauce... such a good combo. The fries are also fantastic--almost perfect. I personally like mine just a little crispier, but the seasoning on them is so good it doesn't exactly matter lol And yes... we're talking about the pickles too. Perfect pickles. They add that extra bite and flavor that pushes the sandwich right over the edge to perfection. Oh and I almost forgot to mention my son wanted to try the macaroni and cheese so bad that he went up there and ordered a side of it, we all shared it. It was good, the noodles tasted just a little bit well done, and it smelled like velveeta. This place definitely gets crowded, but for good reason--it's a hot, popular spot and people know their chicken is fresh and amazing. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and I absolutely love the graffiti artwork on the walls. The bright, bold colors are so inviting, it almost makes you want to come inside before you even smell the food. If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and get over here and check it out. It's great!

You order your food at the door then sit down and they bring it to you when ready. I ordered the og sando and truffle fries. The fries were ok and the sando was pretty solid. It's a massive sandwich and could easily feed 2-3 people. It was a couple meals for me. If i lived in the area, i would probably come back. Good food and good vibes. Service was nothing special.

Daughter got a burger and fries and bf and I got the OG sandwiches, hot and medium respectively and we split a truffle fry. It's a cool little place with a good selection of top shelf bourbon, but unfortunately I don't get the hype about the food. The chicken was tough, literally had pieces as tough as cardboard I could barely chew. The first 3 or 4 bites of my sandwich were just breading. I didn't think the spice level was even as hot as Franks which I would consider mild and bf said his was barely spicy either. The fries weren't very good, not very crispy mostly limp. My daughter said the burger was good. I may go back and try something else because I really want to like it but it won't be any time soon.

They were pretty crowded when we got there and the parking lot was a bit tight. It's kind of only one row of parking and I drive a larger vehicle so it was difficult to pull in or even back in to the parking place. I wanted to give 4 stars cause of the parking lot but instead just making sure you know, parking is a struggle. Once we finally got a parking place we went inside and placed our order. I noticed there was a lot of people that were happy and enjoying their dinner. There's not a lot of seating inside, I've definitely seen pictures of bigger Canes restaurants but it seems like it could be enough if people are in and out when they're finished eating. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and it was all fresh and hot! I enjoy the flavor of the chicken and also the cane sauce. The fries are okay but it'd be nice to try out some seasoning on them I'm not sure if this restaurant offers something like that. I love the art on the walls and I noticed the other two canes that I have been to have the brick wall painted with the canes logo. I love the ambience and all of the decor in the restaurant. I'd like to say that I would come back but they're building one in Peoria so I'll be able to have it there next. Thanks for making my meal fresh and ready!

There were times that we had a few visits within a week From time to time there were some minor issues and I had to send a feedback form to the support team as you welcome customers to do so. The feedback was constructive. Never once I asked for any compensation at all! My recent visit on June 26 had some minor issues. I also had some questions regarding to the club membership. I didn't hear from anyone so I sent another feedback thinking that I must have used the wrong form. Finally today on July 2, I called the support team and Anthony was the one who answered my call. He placed me on hold and came back. He said, " I reviewed your case over a month ago and it was resolved and closed. I am going to disconnect the call and your number will be blocked!" Wow! I never heard of anything like this! First of all, I believe he reviewed the wrong info or case. Second of all, what did I do to deserve this treatment? This was uncalled for! I demand an apology and Anthony definitely should be reprimanded for his unprofessional conduct and behavior! According to The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people's ability to share their honest opinions about a business's products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media. I haven't posted anything publicly other than this. Is your company complying? I think everyone would agree that in Bloomington/Normal area, it is situated with restaurants. If you don't need my business, I will take it somewhere else. I really appreciate you reviewing this matter and perhaps reaching out to me to rectify the situation. Thank you!
