The drive thru motto should be "go ahead and come inside because we will screw up your order" The food is good but the employees are not. My orders are wrong 95% of the time. Today the employee handed me a shake through the drive thru and the top was not completely on it. It spilled all over my car. I had to ask for napkins. She didn't offer to replace it and didn't give me a receipt. I'm highly suspicious that I was charged wrong. Definitely one of the worst run restaurants on this side of town. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrrrrible service! I have never been to any fast food or restaurant where they have such sloppy and rude service. Went through the drive thru and times the whole thing which took 20 minutes. (Mind you they were no busy at all just one car ahead of us and no one behind us) Asked to speak to a manager whose name was JASMINE because we wanted to tell her since she is in charge and her job to know. She got very ghetto on us, using hand gestures and telling us to relax and even slammed the drive thru window on us. I'm not sure why that happened because we were very calm and just were trying to celebrate our Easter with a milkshake. They need to get rid of that manager and maybe it'll be better but I don't recommend people to go here and I won't be going until service is better because if that's how they treat customers I'll pass. Pretty standard, it's a chain restaurant, and we found all of our visits to be what we expected them to be at this chain. All of our visits thus far have been through the drive through, so can't speak about the inside experience just yet, but all of our food, drinks, and shakes were how we expected they would be. If you want a decent shake or burger, this could be your spot. read more

Just as another review says, the drive thru fries are freakin Gross, I wish I would have checked them before I left because they were soggy and just plain greasy as if they were refried but not to crispy just warm... First time my fiancé and I came here our waitress did not seem to care and constantly went out for a smoke break. We then gave it a 2nd try and had excellent service. However the last time we ate here a fight broke out at the resturaunt. I don't think we will be back. read more

I am a young father who never leaves reviews. Today my family and I received services at S&S that left everyone upset and hungry -we all left the restaurant without having even received a drink after about 30 min. A group of what I would call 'rowdy boys' sat at the table behind us 10 min into our wait. They were served and provided drinks before our equally sized table. This group was continuously vaping in the seat behind us with our 9 month child in the area. My wife kindly asked them to stop, and was ridiculed for asking. After continuous vaping and obnoxious behavior I walked to the servers drink preparation area and noted my issue with teens vaping on my child and family. A hostess (who was kind enough to take our orders when she realized we were not being served) took up the issue with them outlining very kindly and professionally that vaping is against store policy. They were 'not vaping' and insincerely apologized. After the server left they remarked that they 'don't want to harm the baby' and amped up their rowdy behavior. We decided to leave. After having visited this location for years we are all very upset with the way this situation was handled. Poor services aside, we are irritated that we were pushed to leave because of others bad behavior. We wish that the situation was handled better. The rude manner in which these young boys were acting was unacceptable, especially in a family environment. We are not upset with the server who tried to assist us, but wish the situation was dealt with sooner and better by a manager or person with authority. read more

They have good food at all steak and shakes in general but west Mobile Alabama Shillenger road gave me French fries at the drive thru that were stale and looked like they were left from a dine in order that left broken pieces after a meal they looked like they were taken by the waitress from a privious dinner and said these look good and reuse them then I found a hair in them so I believe they were not fresh at the least possibly recycled offered a new.
