In addition, there are usually specials. I highly recommend that you come in without a reservation and sit at the bar and talk to the people around you. I have never been disappointed. I think twice about leaving this review because I desperately don't want this place to be too busy for me to enjoy on my next visit. Say hello to Sandy behind the bar. Feel free to ask her questions as she is quite knowledgeable and is a sommelier to boot. Her husband, Jordan, Works there too, but comes in on his nights off to help her when the place is busy. In the kitchen, Cookie, is somewhat new to the business, but has learned quickly and is going to be a tremendous chef as his knowledge increases. To clarify the issue with the size of the shrimp, most restaurants in the area will serve 26-35 or larger with an entrée. The Caesar salad had great flavor and plenty of crunchy croutons and romaine stems, there was a few brown and wilted leaves mixed in so it was kind of off putting once I found those. The bread that came with the platter was lightly toasted but flavorless, took one bite, left the rest. Service was fairly lackluster, which is unusual given their high level of service at the downtown location. My side salad came out with my entrée at the same time, which is kind of a pet peeve of mine, but maybe I should've asked that it come out ahead of my hot food . I just usually assume that most restaurants do this so maybe that one's on me. Neither my fish or shrimp were very warm, almost like they were waiting on the salad? Also, it was kind of creepy that a lot of the servers and staff were just standing around leaning on the walls at the back of the dining room, just seemed off.
