When we asked about it, the staff member explained the manager had specifically told her not to give it to us because I had taken soda instead of water. This felt incredibly passive-aggressive and petty, especially since they gave me the soda cup in the first place and never said a word about it. I even offered to pour out the soda (which I had only taken a few sips of) so my child could have his juice. The staff member said she couldn't because the manager had instructed her not to. I asked to speak with him, but he disappeared to the back and never returned. I eventually poured out my drink, showed it to another staff member, and thankfully she gave us the juice. At no point did the manager approach us to discuss, clarify or apologize. It was very unprofessional, immature, and poor customer service overall. While a few things were enjoyable, the way the manager handled our situation left such a negative impression that we won't be returning.
