My Steak experience was awesome. Came in on a Tuesday night to watch basketball and eat steak. I came solo, and was seated at one of the tables in the front by the bar (and there was no wait.) My server was fine, but the food was outstanding. I went with the NY strip + brussels and fries. The steak was excellent, and it came with cowboy butter (pretty good) and chimichuri (not bad.) I really liked the brussel sprouts BUT if you're not a fan of candied bacon, I would steer clear. Another plus was the price. I paid less than $100 for everything, and it was well worth it. I'll definitely return here next time I'm in Cleveland looking for steak.

Chose to go for a birthday dinner and everything down to the happy birthday menus, was fantastic. The staff were the best, more friendly and genuine staff. From compliments, to multiple people checking in on us throughout, lovely hostess, and even better server. You can tell by everyone's attitude they enjoy being there and love their job. The menu is simple and that's okay, everything we had was a 10/10. Fresh fries, amazing sauces, fresh shrimp, steak cooked perfectly and our favorite was the crust on the steak. Amazing flavor on everything!! Even the salad was fantastic, with the homemade croutons and house made ranch. Not a single complaint at all. Birthdays you get a complimentary cookie shot, which was so unique and fun! Ambiance was so funky and fun. Such a great place to be for a date night or to celebrate any occasion. I will continue to recommend this place over and over and cannot wait to return.

Steak is a really fun place, everyone was nice and friendly starting with the hostess when we arrived. Our server was really nice and knew the menu very well. The music is loud but it's a fun date restaurant and good for kids too. We started out with three appetizers: The onion blooms appetizer - cooked perfectly, sauce that came with it was delicious, recommend this appetizer Spanakopita creamed spinach appetizer - was much too heavy, too much cheese, it was a clumpy mess, not good The queen bee's Brussels - good, the pancetta might have been a bit over done but everything has a nice flavor Also tried: The kid's steak, with gold wrap went over with the 8 year old in our group, she ate every bite and loved the gold on the steak. The smash burger, every day fillet, and NY strip were loved by everyone. Salads and sides were delicious. We had two vegetarians in our party and the vegan fake filet was fantastic, we tried it with the blue cheese sauce and wow, so delicious! This is a great option for vegetarians and vegans so they can enjoy a nice "steak" meal. Overall Steak was good and a fun experience, the couple of appetizers weren't that good but everything else was tasty.
With the exception of the music, we very much enjoyed this place. Came in on a Saturday night for dinner. We started with the house salad which were excellent. My wife for the vegan steak and I got the ribeye. She took a bite of hers and thought it was the ribeye. It was that good. The bottled wine list is pretty good, but wine by the glass was pretty slim. We wrapped things up with the ice cream Ferris wheel. Really cool presentation. Because of the music, I won't be back but I'm sure my kids will like it. Service was fast and friendly, but the crap music was so loud it was hard to hear the server, or even my wife across the table.

We grabbed a couple of seats at the bar, which wasn't busy at the time. Steak had an Instagram-worthy aesthetic with its neon lighting and trendy decor. I wish I was hungrier, because I would've loved to try their build-your-own steak, which was their thing. I came for dessert, but admittedly nothing really popped out of the menu. That said, I did find a cocktail called, "Let's Chocolate About It" that would satisfy my sweet tooth. It came in a festive Santa boot and tasted like boozy chocolate milk. It even had a chocolate whipped cream topping. The bartender was cool and pretty attentive, but it was a miss on his part not mentioning to us that happy hour had started when we arrived. The way we found out about the happy hour was from the couple sitting next to us who had just come in for it. I guess it's a "If you know, you know," but it would've been nice to at least have the option.
STEAK Cleveland delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The steak was excellent, but what really stood out was how much fun the entire menu was. The sides deserve just as much attention as the steak. The Brûléed Cream Corn, lobster, Parmesan carrots, and onion blossom were all excellent and gave us plenty of options to share. Even the complimentary popcorn was a surprisingly memorable touch--it's made with beef tallow, and it was so good that we kept going back for more. The drinks were another highlight. The cocktails were creative, well-executed, and honestly made it easy to lose track of how full we were getting. We were hoping to finish with the ice cream dessert served on a Ferris wheel-style presentation, which looked incredibly fun when we saw it come out to another table. Unfortunately, between the food and drinks, we simply didn't have room! STEAK Cleveland strikes a great balance between quality food and a playful, energetic atmosphere. There are plenty of creative touches throughout the experience that make it feel like more than just another steakhouse. 5/5 -- We'll definitely be back. And next time, we're saving room for that dessert.

Wow!! One of our best dining experience I've had in a very long time. Came out to celebrate a birthday at Steak, and it was such a great dinner! Our server Meghan A. was amazing. She made sure we were all taken care of every step of the way and made our experience that much more special. Our Prime Ribeye was cooked to as we ordered, and it was melting in our mouths! We've been to other steakhouses before, including Delmonico's, and Steak is at the top of the list now. I walked away, feeling very satisfied in both our stomachs and the service hah. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Can't wait to bring other friends and family here.

Want to start by saying if i could give 4.5 stars i would have but since its either a 4 or a 5 i had to round down. Nothing totally wrong with this place, just a little gimmicky which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it was overpriced for what it's worth. Concept is cool but i had 1 drink and a small filet my total was just shy of $100 with tip. My steak was cooked incorrectly and the waitress took it back and had them make me a new one without a hassle which was great. Service was great no complaints there. Again nice concept but they don't really harp on the endless fries or popcorn. Don't come around much to ask for refills which was fine i was quite full after my meal but if you are coming here to get your moneys worth you probably won't do it filling up on endless fries! Would be back as a fun girls night or date night spot but would not be in the regular rotation just do to cost vs what you get.
The PB&J bacon was a delicious way to start the meal. I was licking the plate clean after. I liked how they serve the sauces on the side as I do regret paying the additional charges for sauce as the steak was perfect by itself with the lobster tail
The whole experience was delightful. Leigh Ann was an amazing bartender/server. Veronica was also very helpful. Oh my lanta the food is to die for. It's so good. The atmosphere is pretty amazing too
Definitely the best steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Also ordered the catch of the day- on the day we went it was halibut. Also delicious! I think the waffle fries are a bit overhyped. Wasn't a fan. Service was decent. Atmosphere was dark, trendy- a bit loud (So not a quiet dinner" type of place. read more

PHENOMENAL!! Best restaurant and experience I think to date. Wow, I cannot say enough good about this place. Chose to go for a birthday dinner and everything down to the happy birthday menus, was fantastic. The staff were the best, more friendly and genuine staff. From compliments, to multiple people checking in on us throughout, lovely hostess, and even better server. You can tell by everyone's attitude they enjoy being there and love their job. Nice to have a good quality steak without the pretentious formalities of high end steakhouse! The menu is simple, one large placemat paper with an option for vegetarians too. This place is hella instagrammable. Lots of people even just standing outside taking photos of the butcher knife door handles and the place where they just experienced a great meal. I just had steak night before so I ordered the fish of the day which was a pan seared red drum, perfectly cooked. The drizzle on top was excellent. Bottomless waffle fries turned out to be a great accompaniment. Someone at my table ordered the impossible burger of steaks, and wow I was blown away! It was fibrous like a steak and had some hint of mushrooms, but wow I totally would have thought it was meat. The shrimp cocktail was normal, just glammed up in a disco ball full of ice. The presentation of crab cakes was brilliant, easy to eat on the stick but I thought there was too much breading that overcame the taste of the crab inside. I think it just needed more crab. The drinks were so cute and great conversation starters. We had a white sangria that came in a bathtub with a rubber duck, looked quite frothy but still tasty. Beer options also available. Great date night place! Would return to try the smash burgers! read more
The food was truly delicious. Although I didn't order a steak this time, I'm definitely planning to try a vegan steak on my next visit. However, My boyfriend had steak and it was great he said. The service was fantastic. The ambiance and customer care were both great, which was a huge relief after a long week. read more

We went to Steak to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and had a great experience! I made the resy and let them know that we were doing a birthday dinner and they switched out the menu to a 'birthday menu' which was the same thing but the title of it said 'Happy Birthday'. I ordered the Robin which was basically a spiked (vodka) strawberry lemonade that came in a cute bird glass. We decided to order off of the Prix-Fixe menu that included a salad, popcorn, steak and sides for a fixed price. We opted for the Tomahawk, and both of us got a Caesar salad, the tomahawk steak and both (bottomless) fries and a veg side which that night was candied carrots. The tomahawk allowed us to get both sides since it was a meal that could be split, and got cowboy butter and chimichurri as our dipping sauces. We also added the money sauce to dip our fries into. Overall the food was amazing! The tomahawk was a great deal for all the inclusions you get, and we ordered 3 servings of the fries! The candied carrots were delicious and the fries were really crispy! The staff were amazing and our server was awesome. After our main meal, they gave my boyfriend a 'cookie shot' for his birthday meal and even came out with a polaroid camera to take our picture and put it on a cute paper that mentioned something about birthdays! Interior was really cute, nice and dark giving off a fun vibe! read more

It was my first time here and i will say that it is such a cute place. We went to celebrate my sisters bday, and they had "Happy Birthday Katie" on the menus and brought her a free cookie shot! I personally do not like steak lol so i ordered the burger and it was very good! The fries were the best part though - crispy and super salty, and the ranch was also great. We got the ice cream sundae wheel for dessert and it was so fun! My only complaint is the dark lighting and the loud music but the rest of it made up for it. Would recommend and would go again! read more
Our waiters Taylor was super kind and freely and attentive. We also had Mike who checked in on the team and he was very kind upbeat energy. They are the type of people that when you are having a terrible day they make your day and week a lot better. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner Jason and he was as friendly as his staff. He gave us insight about the resturant and Cleveland is truly lucky to have a resturant and team like this. We also met Julia and she runs this fabulous place and you can tell why the resturant runs so smoothly. She treats her staff with love and care and she helps out with every task possible in the resturant. I hope they open a resturant in the DC area we would love to have them in our area. The bath bomb was so great you ask the waiter what the tub of the night is and it changes often. Today it was a blackberry sangria and it was so delicious I would absolutely order it if they have it again and it comes in a cute tub. The drink does change about once a month so if you are seeing this in December I would rush on over. We got the blooming onion, and wow it came out pipping hot and the team apologized for the wait and truly the wait was no longer than 10 minutes which is no issue at alll. You can tell that they care about what they are making. I would absolutely recommend you order this the flavors are perfect , the crunch is perfect. Nothing came out soggy. The prix fix menu comes with your choice of a salad a steak and a side. I can't forget everyone get unlimited popcorn with the best steak seasoning that you probably have ever had. The salad options are steak house and Caesar Marie. We chose the Caesar Marie and it was okay just a basic salad the salad itself was good and I'm obsess with Caesar salads but nothing I would rave about or tell someone to get. The main course ! The thing we have all been waiting on. The 16oz ribeye , we knew once we had the popcorn that the steak would be good. The chef and their team seasoned and cooked this steak beyond perfection. The steak was juicy and truly medium. We have gone to several steak restaurants and I believe this is the best ribeye we have ever had. The steak is seasoned all the way through you truly dont need any sauce or anything for this. I can't even explain how good this steak is my review cannot explain the depth. The steak is also seasoned with so much knowledge it's not salty but is bursting with flavor. You have the option of 5 different sauces to go with your sauce. You also can get the veggie side which changes semi frequently. Or you can get the best bottomless fries you have ever had. Yes better than chic fil a ! They pay attention to the small details and the large here. Your steak knife comes out nice and warm ready to warm your heart with every bit of steak. The staff is very attentive and everyone is considerate of every customer that walks in. I did not see 1 person leave without a smile on their face and speaking super highly of the resturant and the food they just ate. We ended our night with a Ferris wheel ! This is what you call a full experience. Creative speciality drinks. Amazing desserts that all have a twist to them. The food and portion size are set at the perfect size that make you want to come back Every time. There's not one negative thing I can say about this resturant they deserve all the hype because they truly can back it up. read more

Let's get the bad part out of the way now. It's loud in here. Like you may or may not like the music (I loved me some 90s/00s hip hop jams) but you will not be able to hear your dinner partners at all. This place is obviously kitschy and therefore a birthday haven. But it doesn't feel special. They know people come here for birthdays mostly and have sunk into this fact with birthday menus and the ice cream ferris wheel. For that reason you get birthday party guests as well. Meh. Also, the Oscar Style on steaks is awful. The crab tastes rancid and the asparagus is limp and slimy. Now for the good parts. My steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The steak sauces and cheese sauce were absolutely delicious. And omg I could've eaten 10 plates of the brussel sprout appetizer; perfect execution of flavors. Just ok parts - the service is good but not exceptional, free popcorn was good with the tallow and steak seasoning but could've done without, and I've had better waffle fries. Ambience is dark... which when paired with the loudness is just an assault on your senses. Maybe I'm now old enough to be the "parents" their slogan talks about? It was tasty but not for me. read more

Such a fun local spot! This was my second time here, and was super yummy and memorable. Their menu set up is super unique, and the cocktail selection is as well. I love the beef tallow popcorn and the fries are so yummy and crispy. The chocolate cake was SO good and HUGE! We will definitely be returning :) read more
If I could give a 10 star for the amazing service, I would. Hands down our server Mike went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing. Nestled in the West side of Cleveland, the restaurant is tiny but cozy and very clean. They provide popcorn which is a fun factor about this place. We ordered steaks . No bread or bread rolls come the dinner. The steaks are served with wafer fries or a veggie. The food was not what my friends and I expected. The food is a solid 2 star. It's a fun place to visit if you're going for drinks. Try it out for yourselves:) read more

This is such a trendy steakhouse with a lot of cool photo worthy moments from the meat clever door handle to the hostess stand being a deli cooler and the cow stained glass windows. Every time I've gone, even the playlist was good. I don't eat red meat, but they have one of the best vegan steaks I've ever had in my life. It was so good that I asked my waitress who the distributor was. I love that there are a handful of options to choose from to jazz up/top your steak as well. Everything is always seasoned to perfection. There are a lot of drink options so there's something for everyone. I will say that if you want something that's a little more stiff. You might want to just stick with something straight or on the rocks. The cocktails are intricate and a few of them are picture worthy, but you'll probably drink them pretty fast because they aren't very strong. They are good though. The standard meal comes with all you can eat waffle fries, but you can substitute that for the vegetable of the day or just order something from the sides menu for an up-charge. It's not a super big place so I would definitely recommend making your reservation just to be safe. Every server I've ever had has always been very nice and attentive and they always go out of their way to explain the menu and recommended drinks/food to newbies. This place is perfect for date night or getting together with a couple friends. Very hip and moody. read more
Wonderful casual yet whimsical food experience. Everyone gets free popcorn. Prix fixe or a la carte. My huge tomahawk steak came w bearnaise and cowboy butter which is kinda like a herbal tangy butter zest? It was well made and the blue cheese topping plentiful. The bloomin onion was good. The Prix fixe came with two salads- I got the house salad and the Caesar to try which were both sizeable. Lots of food, some unique cocktail selections available too. Great service and great food. Came here with friends to have dinner and we were pleased with our experience from start to finish! The service was great and our server checked on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. As we were deciding on our entree, we were served with popcorn and thought the steak seasoning was a genius move. I ordered the ribeye and my husband ordered the 50 day aged steak with a side of cowboy butter. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and the tenderness of each bite was out of this world! We were also served with salads and their homemade ranch and goodness that was definitely the best ranch I have ever tasted. They gave us a big bowl of refillable waffle fries but I forgot to take a picture. Overall, great experience and food and would love to come back to try more on their menu! read more

Second time here. At first I was worried it was a little too "gimmicky" but it's just the right amount of quirk. The little details like the birthday menus and the knife boxes are great. Incredible service, we ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and they helped keep it a surprise until we finished our meal. Food is very high quality, #CertifiedAngusBeef. I wanted this place to be so amazing and it was more smoke and mirrors than anything else. This restaurant provided an amazing ambiance! There are great decorative touches from the time you walk in and view the carefully placed butchers knives at front of house. However- we were there for the food and it wasn't as "elevated" as we hoped. Crab cake appetizers and our cocktails were great and I would order them again. You are seated with water and popcorn. The first batch was burnt and salty, the second batch extremely overseasoned and still slightly burnt. It's a simple concept that should be executed well or not at all IMO. My girl and o ordered the same cut- neighborhood and hers looked less like a New York strip and more like a filet. The unlimited fries were never hot and too thick for a waffle cut. We ordered a side of the creamed corn and it was good- just not great. Went to Steak Cleveland for my seven year anniversary. We had an absolute blast. The service was wonderful shout out to Doet. He went out of his way to find me a bathtub for one of their special drinks! (Please stop stealing them! I love them). And the good times kept coming! The food was absolutely wonderful! And I loved that they had a vegetarian option because my husband loves steak but I do t eat meat. The cauliflower was to die for and everything was seasoned by god himself. We ended the night with a delicious cake and once Doat found out it was our anniversary he brought us some wine. 10/10 would recommend! Steak offers delicious food and excellent service. Their drink menu is fun, with some cocktails served in creative containers like a bathtub, birdie, or milk carton. They recently added happy hour and it's a great deal, though the place is worth visiting anytime. A quick note on the salads--the one with the dinner menu is amazing, while the happy hour version is simpler with just lettuce, croutons, and cheese, which makes sense for the price. Try this today. I was a little disappointed that the popcorn wasn't hot and fresh but the seasoning and butter on it is pretty good. I got the house salad, which is a pretty good decent starter salad. My steak of choice was the neighborhood cut. It was cooked to perfection. I do feel as though it needed just a tad bit more salt. Maybe next time I'll try one of the seasonings on it. My sauce was the cowboy butter. I was a little disappointed in it. it just seems separated and oily next time. I'll go with my gut and try the chimichurri. I added mushrooms to my steak, which were OK. I don't feel like it was worth an extra five dollars though. I chose the unlimited fries for my side. The portion is very small, which makes sense why it's unlimited. They were cooked very well though. For a drink, I got the make me look pretty. It was delicious. Would definitely get it again. And for dessert, we shared the chocolate cake, which was pretty delicious. Overall, I like the vibe I did feel a little rushed, but our service was great. Got there at 4:30 was home by six. I do feel like some of it is a little overpriced, but because of the cook on my steak and the drink, I would definitely return read more

The music was all over the place Jade to Madonna to Outkast (I do like to mix up the music sometimes myself)cute place I like that the bartenders and waitresses had on butcher brown aprons *Popcorn served *If you sit at the bar you can order their specials mermaid cut fish or 6 oz steak served with fries or salad I choose the steak w/ salad I prefer medium rare it was delicious seasoned to perfection one of the best steaks I've ever had my friend decided to have steak well done and waffle fries as well as the brûlée cream of corn He complained that the fries were hard af the corn was good steak was fine my macaroni and cheese came out late it was more like a soup I did like the concept sorta it came on a large cutting board that look like a rat trap I really don't wanna think about a mouse trap while eating but I get the concept I guess lo *Clean bathroom read more
