That interaction really made my day because I was stressing at the idea of not being able to participate in festivities because my gown didn't reflect the right color scheme. I was unimpressed by the service I received by them and the way they calculated measurements (Those services don't actually take measurements and you have input the information yourself). I also had bad experiences with Men's Warehouse in the past with other weddings that I have attended as a groomsmen. I realized that there was a local option in Waltham for me to check out. The staff at Formalwear Ltd were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the store multiple times as I collaborated with them and my fiance to select the perfect tux combination for my wedding. I picked up my tux a couple of days before the wedding and the size for some of the parts of it were off, but it was no problem at all as they overnighted the correct sizes. Everything fit perfectly for my wedding. If you need to rent a suit or tux for a local event, I highly recommend them!

The measurements listed online appear to be standardized across all dresses and did not reflect the actual fit of this particular item. The dress was significantly tighter than expected, and I could not zip it up despite ordering based on the provided measurements. I also found the return/exchange policy frustrating. While I understood that only exchanges are offered, it is disappointing that customers are required to pay for shipping both to return the item and again to receive a replacement. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

I was informed 2 days before the wedding that one of the suits was ordered improperly and was unable to be altered. They offered little assistance or apology. After much back and forth, we were able to get the right suit mere hours before the wedding and only with the assistance of my brother in laws who had to drive over an hour to pick it up. They initially offered a discount on the incorrect suit but never made good on that promise. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be disappointed and stressed out on your wedding day.
