    Tux was 3x too big and they were not helpful when I reported the issue, they said well sorry but too bad! Never again

Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

    Awful, awful, awful…read more Granted, I am a small business, and I suppose they are used to dealing with bigger companies. However, not a single thing has gone right since I started working with them. The only person who seems to care is the original salesperson that set up my account, and by this point I think things are out of her hands. I started out being so excited to have a laundry service, something to make my life as a business owner just a bit easier. Week 1: I'm waiting in anticipation for laundry that doesn't arrive. I'm sad, but Damienne (the saleswoman I worked with) brought me sheets to get me by, and I'm impressed by that. Okay, I thought I was supposed to get an order that week, but maybe I misunderstood? Week 2: I get a pile of sheets that are stained and ripped, and no pillowcases. Also, the sheets aren't nearly big enough to cover even 3/4 of my bed. WTF? I could have just left my own dirty sheets on the bed for free. I call to discuss, and Damienne explains that I got the wrong order and that it will be taken care of. Several days later: Still no new sheets. I'm digging into my own personal supply of sheets, and not happy about it...wasn't this why I hired them? And I'm out of pillowcases, dammit Also, if I was being picky, they didn't leave me any laundry bags or a laundry stand, either...least of my concerns. ....And a few days after that: I complain again about not having pillowcases or the right sheets. I am told they will be here first thing in the morning. First thing the next morning: No sign of sheets or pillowcases. I call again, and am told that the correct sheets and pillowcases will be there in a few hours. I leave all the wrong-sized sheets in the hall for them. A few hours later: Between patients, I enter the hallway. I see pillowcases...and no sheets. They took ALL of my sheets, didn't replace them with anything, and now I have nothing to cover my bed...and I have a million patients coming in that day. I'm pissed. I call and rant that this place is ruining my life, getting all drama on them. I'm so angry! I can't believe how much PAYING THESE PEOPLE TO HELP ME has inconvenienced me. A few hours later, I get some sheets...seemingly a million. They are not the sheets that I ordered. At this point, I don't give a shit. All I care about is having some sort of clean covering on my bed so that my patients don't have to wallow in filth. Several days later: I call the company, and management really doesn't seem to care much about the situation, one way or the other. I explain that I will not pay for services, but will keep them for a few weeks to see if things straighten out (and by "straighten out", I mean I will keep them until I find someone, anyone else to do my f***ing sheets.) The next week: I get another delivery of sheets. They do not tell me they're coming, so now I am awash in a sea of f***ing sheets. There are sheets EVERYWHERE; they have become an entity of their own. I...can't...take...it...

    Scam artist. Had a fry cook sign a 5 year auto renewing agreement instead of approaching…read moreappropriate management. They provide poor quality towels then threaten to sue if you change providers. Their contract specifically states that you are not allowed to cancel even if they do not meet industry linen standards. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was looking to rent a suit, but the alterations I would need due to my short and stout frame made renting impossible. Rita was amazing. She calmly went thru stock a few times and found me a suit on clearence (due to discontinued color); and sold it to me at the rental price with all alterations included. Hallelujah!     Rented 2 suits here for a funeral of all things and since Russo's has moved to Reading, I was…read moreintrigued about the setup and I had a good experience with them in the past. We went in to get fitted- we probably picked the wrong day the staff was super busy because it was wedding season! (Late June I was there of 2022). We waited as the people ahead of us were taken care of then proceeded to be fitted. I will say right off the bat I have a weird body shape- no jacket seemed to fit right- again weird body shape McGee over here. One of the other tailors freed up and took us right on back to the fitting rooms. He had me sized up in no time and in a comfy suit then went to work on fitting my stepson. After a few minutes we were looking spiffy and comfortable. I watched as rack after rack of groomsmen tuxes were bagged up and labeled ready for pickup, the tailor joked with us both about how crazy busy it was as he fitted us and generally kept us at ease. Suits rented- money paid and off we went. Here's the nice part- the shop was nice enough to let us rent the suits about a week early and when went to return them the shop was closed as the team was off for the 4th of July (well deserved after the craziness I witnessed with the weddings lol). So I called their number and left a message asking what do as I was going on vacation. Maria called me back and told me to not to worry about it and bring the suits in when I got back- there would be no late charge. Good to her word we were not charged and it was an overall great interaction with the shop. They take cash, venmo, and credit- but there is an extra fee for the credit card processing- a sign on the counter states this as well. One downside is there is not seating area in the main shop to wait- but the shop is so full of suits, and tuxes it makes sense why it's not there. Other than that- thank you Russo's for your kindness and understanding throughout the process of rental and return!
