So, on my tourist tour in Boston (lol), I scoped this place out. Seeing all of the vendors selling…read morelobster rolls, I made up my mind before leaving Boston that I would come back and get one! And that's exactly what I did before heading to the airport via the train. I decided to patronize the Oyster Bar and got the lobster roll and chips combo (after taxes and a tip I paid $35.08). No drink for me because I had a nice-sized bottle of water I needed to finish. I also ordered a Boston cream pie from another vendor here. Alright, back to the lobster roll! Watching them toast my fresh, buttery garlic roll, crack open the lobster claw, and drizzle that seasoned hot butter over my sandwich was everything and MORE! My mouth is watering just remembering it and writing this review! The money, the customer service, and most importantly, the taste were ALL worth it! Definitely worth the price! When I'm back in the area, I would try another spot just to compare, but I most definitely recommend Oyster Bar Inc. If you're looking for a lobster roll while in Boston, add this place to your list!

I've been randomly coming to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace ever since I was a kid. I couldn't tell…read moreyou what I ate here on my first trip with my parents before my first ever Boston Red Sox game in the mid 90's, but I do know that I had a blast coming here and seeing all the different food stands and random vendors lined below the building. I was able to return here for lunch a few weeks back in 2026 and I had just as much fun walking around now then I did back then. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon and a whole lot of people were trying to get some seafood, pizza, ice cream, baked goods, Italian, and various other things and it was cool to see this place still so lively so many years later. Now, I'll be honest here, the food I ate kind of sucked but that's just one of the vendors fault, not the entire hall so I'm still going to give this place five stars. The building itself is stunning and is one of the original buildings in the area (If i'm not mistaken) and has a long hall of different food vendors, seating upstairs, and some restaurants downstairs as well as mall kiosk like shops (get rid of the crappy temu vendors, please). Overall, There's like 50 different places you could eat at that will give you drastically different experiences, so why not come as much as you can given the opportunity. This trip was my first time in about 7 years and even though the food I got was not good, I don't regret coming back to Faneuil Hall and I will absolutely be coming back on my next trip to Boston.
