I had a wonderful experience working with Cecelia (she was absolutely amazing -- kind, patient, and genuinely helpful), but unfortunately, everything else about this experience has been so disappointing. I was told my dress would arrive at my house within a week. I planned everything around that timeline -- fittings, alterations, you name it. A week passed, and I hadn't heard anything. When I reached out to check on it, I found out on my own that my dress was actually backordered indefinitely. No one from Anthropologie bothered to contact me or give me an update. For something as important and emotional as a wedding dress, this kind of lack of communication is just unacceptable. I trusted that I was in good hands, but it really feels like the company dropped the ball completely. The whole process left me feeling stressed, disappointed, and honestly heartbroken. Anthropologie needs to do so much better -- brides shouldn't have to chase down information about their own wedding dresses. I will not be recommending Anthropologie in the future.

Clothes are well organized & in great condition! I love the selection that Cover offers; you can find anything from no name to expensive runway pieces! Granted, I was in there during the late Sunday afternoon, but damn, it just felt so empty. I'll admit it, I've never been a big fan of DKNY clothing. After their rise to fame 10-15 years or so ago as the "it" brand, and ceding back into the not so lime light, I wondered what could they offer me or the ladies in my life for clothing. What I found was a bunch of relatively bland clothing at upper end prices. I thought DKNY was supposed to be a fashionable brand at one point or another, but it seems that ship has sailed away, and no matter how many models you have strutting down the runway, it doesn't change the fact that the clothes look pretty much like department store stuff... I will admit I thought some of the more cyber-y looking women's boots were actually kind of cool with the metal snaps and the gummy soles, so plus to that. The men's selection was absolute rubbish. Distressed jeans? Boring looking sack-cut jackets? Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! The staff was eager and helpful to please, but it doesn't help when your stuff is boring or unwearable. Thankfully America still does have decent fashion designers, but you're not going to find them at DKNY.
