I purchased a new 2017 YUKON DENALI I have appx 3500 miles on the vehicle and have brought it back 3 times for a transmission issue. My service advisor(mike) is less than friendly. He seems annoyed that I keep coming back with the same issue. My last visit he told me that the could not get the SUV to slip as it had in the past for them, but they did adjust it. However when I got in my vehicle to drive home about 6 miles, it slipped 4 times. I still don't have a good vehicle. I will be calling again to get another appointment. Update::: we are up to 5000 miles and still issues. We are now working with David the service manager, he and the "transmission guy" we were able to prove to GM that there was an issue and get the parts we needed from GM to make the transmission work properly. Bought a car here last year from Carlos and was shown a clean Carfax report. After a year of problems with the car I decided to trade it in at a different dealership. The new dealership pulled a Carfax report that showed numerous problems including significant damage at one point. I contacted Paul, the assistant owner, with my concern and instead of responding with basic human decency, he was disrespectful and sarcastic. It was a deeply humiliating experience for me. I'm so ashamed that my hard earned money went to Paul and a business that would hire such a cruel spirited man. I bought a lemon and was humiliated for it. My 2017 Acadia has a Shift to Park issue which is very common on the 17's & 18's. Still under full warranty. Doors won't lock and electrical features do not turn off. Went into the dealership, service department Dec.20/19. Spoke to the service adviser and was advised to bring my suv in on 23rd. On the 23rd, no parts available after 4 hours, Today is Jan, 2nd 2020, no parts, no calls, even after several visits to the dealership, and problem still exists. If you walk into the dealership the sales people are falling all over you. Trying to get good service is another thing. I bought my first car from Marlin Smith at Carls. Marlin was particularly helpful as the truck we wanted was sold and returned so he called us right away when the previous owner bailed out of the loan.. I was not fond of not being able to help decide which loan we got nor not knowing what the apr rate was until we were in the back financing office but maybe that's how it's typically done? I don't know. Regardless, we got the truck 2k lower than retail price plus a pretty good loan rate, extended bumper to bumper warranty and all the fixings. I recently had a recall on my 2015 Encore. I had phoned to find out when I could have this issue checked. Thankfully I was able to go right away. From the moment I pulled up to the valet style service department, to the escort to the waiting area and then shortly after getting back into my vehicle I had one of the better experiences anyone could have at a car dealership. All staff, and there are a lot, actually took the time to smile at my dad and I, said either a hello or good morning and asked if we needed anything. My GMC pickup was involved in an accident earlier this winter subsequently repaired and I needed to find out the trade in value as I wanted to file a diminished value claim. went to here and spoke to a salesperson who took my information and said that he would take it to the Sales Manager. He Came back right away and told me that I should go to a "professional" appraiser and have it done. This has got to be the WORST GMC dealership ever. My neighbors tried to purchase a new truck to take their children camping and went in, was shown a truck with the specs they absolutely needed and was told that's the truck they would be getting. Buyer beware! Review your billing closely. You will be billed for services that you did not authorize and do not need. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation on September 30, after reviewing my bill found that I was also charged for replacement of my cabin air filter which I did not authorize and had changed four days prior to bringing into the dealership. After several attempts to reach the service manager I finally received a phone call back from Aaron. He apologized and assured me that someone would be calling me back right away to issue a credit. Unfortunately, that never happened, three days later I called back again asking for the service manager and had to leave a voice message which was not returned. I've been dealing with Carls Buick years, when they lost the name, they also lost their integrity. Last week was the second time we had oil changed on our Envision and this time we were more disappointed than we were the first time. Service Manager Molly asked us to give them a second change, after the first oil change, to make it right. When we got there, we saw Molly, as she requested, which she in turn handed us to Jude Forte, Service Advisor. Ms. Forte went on and on about how she makes sure service is going to be with her. This all sounded very good. Since we were also having the air conditioning check and could not be completed in a day, she offered us a rental vehicle on Sterling. Qualifying this offer with a statement about we don't want to give you one unless you need it. The care should be complete by Thursday (it was Tuesday morning.) Advised that a vehicle would be needed for Friday since we had a couple of appointments. During the next two days hurricane Ian made land fall on the west coast of Florida- we are on the Treasure Coast/the east side of Florida. Thursday, we did not hear from Ms. Forte so we call and only got her voice mail which we left a couple of messages. With no answer we took a ride to Starling Buick to find out what is going on because the rental was needed for tomorrow. The service department was not there, however our salesman was and he was able to provide us with a loaner. This is not the end of the poor service we received from the service department at Sterling Buick. Friday afternoon we had not heard from Jude Forte, our Service Advisor, called and left a message. No return call and it is now afternoon. We called Molly, the Service Manager, who did not remember us. After checking things out she told us our vehicle was ready for pick-up now. When we got to the dealership to pick up our Envision, we were told it was not ready. We had been there almost a 1/2 hour when we were told it would be another 45 minutes for our vehicle to be cleaned and ready for us to have back. After going through all this: All I have to say is Molly the Service Manager, Jude Forte the Service Advisor at Starling Buick GMC in Stuart are not people we want to deal with. read more

Generally, my experience with Carl's service department has been OK; nothing great, but passable. Got an email from GMC today advising me of an issue with my safety restraint system and further advising to get this car into the shop within a day. Sounds somewhat serious wouldn't you say ?y first contact with Sydney of the service scheduling department proved unsatisfactory as she was only able to put me on a voice mail marathon with a service advisor. When I immediately called back and explained my frustration with her seemingly lack of concern for this issue, she again offered to put me through to an advisor. Sydney did check my vin for recalls and told me there were no open recalls-but wait a minute I said, what about this GM warning. She said she knows nothing about any such notice and furhermore told me that she could not offer any additional assistance. Now is that any way to run an airline I ask you. read more

Especially when I told them I wanted to buy the car, they wrote up a contract & got manager approval on the contract, I went outside to look at the car once more and by the time i came back in - they told me the price was not actually what the contract stated and told me i would have to pay more for the already agreed upon price! bought two vehicles in the same month this year. got a silverado 1500 that has so many scratches in it looks like cats did a line dance and it needs new rotors and brakes. It has a deep scratch in the fender, a huge chip in the glass, no stereo came with the truck. It smells like dog inside from the previous owner. The detail on it was awful when I received it. it has already had a starter put in.they obviously don't do an inspection before a customer buys a vehicle from them. bill kessling is rude, when we bought the car and even afterwards.. I asked him if there was any way carls could help me on the cost of the rotors and he basically said you're out of luck we won't help you, not can't won't... the only bright spot that I've encountered there is David Benjamin... I think if you spend 15,000 for a truck the brakes should be good for more than a couple of thousand miles. The service tire monitoring system light comes on. The list is endless. I know they saw the brakes, cause the truck needed smaller tires put on cause the 20's it had on it were to big... I bought my 2010 Fusion Hybrid from Carl's Buick in Stuart, January 6, 2015. The car was priced at $13,000. I had looked at the car on a Sunday to check out the exterior. I believe It is the top of the line Hybrid. When I got to the dealer to drive it I asked the sales rep to just confirm that the price was $13,000 and didn't have a bunch of hidden charges. He checked and said yes. We went for a ride. I knew that I was going to buy the car while I was driving it. We got back and wrote up the sales contract. They said they would take my personal check and the sales rep actually drove the car home with me. I gave him a ride back to the dealership. I have put close to 10,000 miles on the car and I love it. I went on the lot to purchase a 3/4 ton truck to tow my camper. Sleezeman Brahim Aboujja was the one that lied from the begining. He told my wife and I that the half ton truck could pull 11,000 lbs with max trailering ( showed us on his phone and yes this is true ) so I said show me a truck with that package. He showed me the 2017 Sierra I purchased. I looked up reviews on the forums to see if people were having issues with it pulling campers and such, the reviews were great, people were pulling 9,000 lbs through the mountains with no complaints. I ended up purchasing the truck. Fast forward 3 weeks when I picked up my camper and the truck overheated (excess of 255 degrees) and I had to stop 3 times on the way back. Trailer weighs 6,760 lbs. I went back to the dealer to confront them on the truck not having the max trailering pkg I was told it had. He then said he never said the truck had the pkg and that the truck could only pull 9,400 lbs then sent me to the service department for the repair. The Sleeze MGR Paul Monacelli tried to sell me an $1,100 radiator for my 3 week old truck. When I got in touch with the owner Sleeze Owner Carl Fisher he told me to drive it until it overheats and get a picture. So when the truck shuts off and my family is going out of control with no brakes I will take a picture. So I called the customer service number and opened a case, case number available on request. I have been stuck 4 times with the transmission overheating and these SLEEZEBALLS refuse to fix the truck. Currently I am still in a battle with the customer service number. This place is a absolute CESSPOOL. They will not stand by their sales or service. GMC says the truck will pull 9,400 lbs but yet the truck overheats pulling 6,700 lbs. The service department lied on my paperwork and said they inspected the transmission pump but yet they did not pull the transmission. I bought 3 cars at the used car lot, one for me,my wife and son, trade in. the cars were great except for my sons car who had lost steering after a few months and at that point had 40k miles passed the bumper-to-bumper at 36k warrantee. They wanted to charge us $80 just to look at the car and additional charge if there's a problem which was ridiculousness! This was a GM product that was defective and it caused a safety issue bc i almost got into an accident when i lost the steering, why do I need to pay something I didn't break! I went to Wallace chevrolet next door and they took me in without any hassle! Wallace chevrolet payed for everything and gave me a rental for 5 days because my electrical power steering went out and the part to replace it was in North Carolina. They were worried that it could injure me or someone else next time if it happened so they took appropriate steps to resolve the problem. Carl's Buick GMC had lost me as a customer. They don't care for the people's safety, they rather count miles and look at the warrantee over someone's life. They over charge people for everything!
