The more frustrating thing is that they're always gonna call to advise, but they never, ever do. One of the times we called while we never received a call back they sent us a pic of our car w/o any explanation WTH? Finally they call say it's done, we go, now no one knows we got a call to come get it so they look all over for the folder...finally after abt 15 mins they find; but no one's checked the car...AND the emblems are missing...after the almost 4 mo they have to order, now why wouldn't that have been done somewhere in the almost 4 months?? AND after leaving we found out Jack and parts are missing, they advised they took them out to do the repair but can't find...yet another thing they have to order could be a week, they'll call us . Aft almost 2-wks they never called, we did, magically just arrived. They don't seem organized and while we understand busy etc there's no excuse of why every single commitment of anything is never made. The work looks good BUT on their lack of pretty much everything related to customer service, made this an awful experience. I mean after a month/almost 4-mo when they said 2 -wks never returning a call is NOT good. We never ever called daily, so it's not like we were a PIA. Based on their forgetting the emblems altho the removed ones were bagged and in the trunk and the jack stuff that was missing there's obviously no quality control and their lack of communications not only to us but internally should not happen. What if we had a flat and didn't know all needed to fix wouldn't be there, it was when we dropped off the car! They did take the car to the dealership on sensors. Overall based on everything a miserable experience, if anyone asked I'd say look elsewhere for repairs.

They had a flat bed, which made it super easy. Double secured it and were off. They dropped it at the garage, locked it and put the key in the drop box which saved me the trip of going along. Interactions with 2 staff members are what leads me to provide this review so that others can avoid…read moresimilar treatment. First, I logged on to the Goodyear website to make an appointment with a local service provider to replace/fix a single tire and was assigned this location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, walked in and was not met with greetings, I was met with "We are super busy do you have an appointment?" I indicated that I had an appointment and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that I made the appointment online using the Goodyear website. Reply: "We don't have anything to do with corporates website, you need to phone us directly for an appointment." Strange, nothing on corporates website indicated this and they did assign an appointment to this location, with text-based confirmation. If this is the case, it's between this location and corporate to clear up, not me as a customer. Then the two men at the front desk alternated and said they would look at the tire and give an assessment but no guarantee they could fit me in or fix it and why didn't I make an appointment? I was willing to wait or come back but I didn't understand what else they needed. I tried to keep an open mind but when one of them looked at me and said: "Didn't you look where you were driving, how do you get a bolt stuck in your tire anyway?" And laughed in my face, that was the line. Finally one of them said why didn't you call the warranty number, we don't do any warranty work direct only through the warranty line, pieces of the puzzle were clearer. I asked if they had the number and was met with "call the company you originally purchased the tires with and let them give it to you. We don't have that." I reiterated how I found them through the Goodyear website for repair/ replacement of a Goodyear tire, and that Goodyear was in their business name and they reiterated that they couldn't help me and why did I come here without calling the warranty line. I found out later that they could have looked it up, and when the warranty number customer service agent mentioned this, and that they could arrange the replacement for the tire through this location, they understood why I declined. Another local area tire company was able to order the tire that I needed, I phoned their number and was given exceptional service over the phone. They explained the process, next steps to getting my tire replaced, they would call when it was ready and they provided a number if I had any additional questions. Granted, I didn't know that I needed to call the Goodyear warranty number first to open a claim before showing up for the original appointment, but there's a nice way of telling me this and one that involves laughing at my expense more than once, and then saying "just messin with ya". Not interested in being messed with, thank you. Goodyear may be in their name but they must not be cozy with corporate because they don't know their warranty number, don't honor their booking system and are not prepared to relay policy information nicely. Hard pass.
