Overall it was a great experience here, I'm not one to enjoy car shopping. Erick and Pedro were easy and seamless to work with, the GM too! They along with David, the financial wizard, had a process that didn't take long, once we decided on the vehicle, we were done in 30-mins. The difference with this dealership and Wallace (we looked at 2 diff Wallace dealerships diff cars of course) was the way we were treated. Here they're willing to negotiate, at Wallace especially the genesis manager who prefers to beat you down on a car that they say is new but had almost 3k miles on it with less options on a cash deal. I live in Palm Beach Gardens and choose to go to Stuart Infiniti because their service department use to be great, I have always gotten my oil change there, these past couple of times service has been mediocre, I went today to get an oil change and decided to get an expensive tire rotation, I don't think they did the rotation and my 4 tires all have different tire pressure, 29, 31, 34 and 37. If you're going to charge someone that kind of money at least check the tire pressure, now I am wondering if they did anything at all to my car. After 1.5 years a brand new purchase of a Q50, the communication center would go black while driving, HELLO GPS......my Girl Nancy U, brought this car in 4x, they finally admitted to it being a bad batch of units after bull stories, stalling stories one after another. The car was dropped off for 2 months, and the 2nd time one month. We finally pick it up last week, and there are BLACK WATER stains completely covering the back bumper. I purchased my vehicle at Stuart Infinity three years ago. I went there for an oil change and they put on new windshield wipers as well. The wipers never worked from the beginning. Then I started getting water coming in on the passenger side floor,which started right after my visit. Now my airbag light is blinking. So I went back in the other day and the female customer service girl told me it is $400.00 just to find the issue and could be another $2~4,000 to repair the problem. They refused since i was a second buyer, my car only had 5800 miles and when i called for the appointment he said it was free. Today I brought my Infiniti QX 50 in because my back up camera was not working. It took them three hours to finish "looking at it" during which time they did a full on diagnostic which was not requested to the tune of $330. it should've taken them 5 minutes to figure out the camera wasn't working right. then they tell me it will cost about $4000 to fix all the cameras oh and a leaky headlight that they found. When I questioned the amount since we knew what the problem was, they would not give me my car keys until I paid the full amount. Very disappointed I brought my car for repair less than a month ago on the 18th of this month for a leak . After their diagnosis I was charged $1500 to fix the famous leak on the passenger side. They claimed that the leak was fixed when I picked up the car the next day!Thanks to Mother Nature on 11/6/24 after it rained all night I was shocked to discover a pool of water on the passenger side. I have called to report the issue on Wednesday to infinity only to be told that "it could be a new issue".I agreed to bring the car back then asked the advisor to have a loaner to report to work. I was told that he could not make me a car since they don't have one here. The advisor told me that I should wait until Monday to speak to the service manager. I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti about four weeks ago now. The fees were ridiculously high. I got talked into services. I didn't need or want. I spent much more money for the car than I needed to and my payment was higher than I wanted.. When I went back to speak to someone to see how I could remove some of the charges. I was told I'd need to refinance. I've left a few messages for the manager to call me back and no one has returned my calls. Once I signed the paperwork, I didn't feel like they were willing to help me at all. They were supposed to not charge me for the paint protection and I was charged for that and there were other service fees on there that I have no idea what therefore. Once they got their money for the loan, they weren't interested in helping me. It was not a good experience. I was very disappointed. My sales person was excellent, but the finance people I just did not need. And I explained my budget to them before I went in there. I think they could've done a better job of explaining everything upfront and not just pushing it through for me to find later. I'm happy with the car. I just got new tires put on yesterday. I left the dealership around 12:15 p.m. I remember as i drove away that the advisor didn't say anything about the warranty on the tires. I immediately called back ask for him and got no answer. I figured that he may have gobe to lunch. I called back a couple of hours later and got his voice mail. Both times i left messages and to this point i have still got no return call. I called twice and the phone hung up immediately. I made a 3rd call to thhe service manager and left a message. So far no response. After closer inspection i noticed that the tires don't really look new and that all of the Infiniti caps are missing from the tires. The invoice tells you that the warranty and disclaimer is on the reverse side of it. It is blank. The total of my bill was $1397.24. It includes 125 for mount and balance Wheel alignment $199.99. This is an absolute false statement filed by Infiniti of Stuart. Infiniti claims to make sure the dealerships complete this "multi point inspection", but is in no way accurate. Please see below: I purchased an Infiniti Q60 At the Stuart location. Now, I did not NEED a new car. I have thread texts of the Infiniti teammate with both her and her manager BEGGING me to bring my 2016 Q50 in. 22,000 miles. I explained - I do not need a car, so please do not ask me to come in - only to ask for some astronomical $ down and insane monthly payment. I was at $500 / mo already. I was ASSURED this would NOT be the case. Again, texts. Now, it is not my job to make know their terms of the inspection to trade in. You would assume a professional would look at the car in it's totally, (there was an accident due to the car over correction from traction control). I attempted several times to get Infiniti to check this, to which I was told: I was a woman and the car was "powerful". I come from a car family. I've been raised to drive by car professionals. Three other professionals unrelated to Infiniti STRESSED I needed to return or replace this car - or I would be seriously injured or worse. Infiniti did nothing so I let the car sit in my Driveway - scared to drive it. I explicitly said: car is a 2016 with 22k miles (they had a much higher amount and incorrect specs). Once I corrected that, I was QUICKLY prompted to come to the location NOW bc they desperately wanted my car. In fact, I was even told a father was "waiting" On my decision to buy my car for his son. I asked, can you please review the cars I would be eligible for given this info. Response; "any car your heart desires." Again: I have text threads. I went into Infiniti to be asked to put $10k down and $800 a month. I answered with: I was very clear. I feel tricked and frustrated. Please bring my car back. This deal is done. I was also told, you don't feel safe so what else are you going to do? Where I replied I would go to: Lexus, BMW, Audi and every other luxury vehicle that would be happy to assist and not pull unethical and grimmey sales tactics. After some speaking - I put a large amount down - was told I had a rate of 4.4% and the car went through a FULL multipoint inspection. I said: I just put new tires on the other car, so please do not let me see this Q60 (my performance lovers know what this means for tire expense), have to purchase all new tires. "We would NEVER. We HAVE to put the car through that inspection before we sell it." Given the Infiniti brand - I trusted this. My wipers are broken. I have 3 different unknown Chinese brand tires on my performance car. Recommended is: Potenzas, Pirellis, Bridgestone. So: how did my performance car end up with no Mae chines chines with a HARD pull to the right? I called the dealership and corporate. I found out my rate was NOT 4.4% but instead 12%. TRAIN YOUR TEAMMATES. This is a FEDERAL REG. It's call FAIR CREDIT DISCLOSURE. It's against the law to misquote rates to close a sale. The car had clearly not been through inspection - wiper, tires, alignment, no sealant on the paint. I JUST bought this car and have put down $7500 and $3k between tires, sealing the paint and wipers for a brand new car (21k miles) to be worked over. The area director and corporate said: Too bad. They're franchised and we are in tandem with them. By far WORST service for a luxury vehicle. Not even close to their competitors and it sad. I loved my Infiniti's. Maybe another location is better but I've bought $100k in cars in 2 years and it's unacceptable and below Infiniti's Brand. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They advertised a car on Autotrader as Certified Pre-Owned. I contacted them, they confirmed it was certified and we agreed on a price. I then drove TWO HOURS to buy the car. Upon arrival the car was waiting out front with a "Certified Pre-Owned" sticker across the windshield and smaller "Certified Pre-Owned" program stickers on the windows which you can see in the pictures posted with this review. We test drove the car and talked about the benefits of the "Certified Pre-Owned" extended warranty with salesman. We went inside to talk about a few more details and I was shown a folder with the checklist of everything that was inspected as part of the certification process. Then we went over to the "finance manager" to close the deal. He starts aggressively pushing for me to purchase extended warranties which I told him I was not interested in. He told me to not interrupt him while he finished his sales pitch. Not a good sign. At the end of his speech I again repeated that I was not interested so he puts a paper in front of me and asks me to sign to confirm that I'm buying the car "as-is" without any warranty. I told him that wasn't true because it was certified. He said "No it's not, it's only Certified Ready." Just like you're thinking after reading that last sentence my response was "What the hell is that?" He proceeded to explain that it meant that the car was ready to be certified but that it wasn't ACTUALLY certified yet because that would cost another almost $1,000.00. I replied that this had never been disclosed before that moment so he said he would "talk to his manager." After waiting a few minutes I decided I wasn't in the mood for "wear you down tactics" so I walked over to where the Manager and the finance guy were and asked if the car was going to be certified or not. The Manager said it was not because I had to pay another $1000 for actual certification and that it had always been advertised as "Certified Ready." I pulled out my phone and showed him the Autotrader ad (which you can see attached) and asked him to show me where it said "Certified Ready" in the ad. He fumbled around the ad in silence. I then pointed out that all of the stickers on the car said "certified pre-owned" and not "certified ready." His only response was that the car was not certified for the price I had agreed to. The salesman then tells me that he had always said the car was "certified ready" and never "certified." Yeah right. I told them to keep the car and walked out. Good riddance. Thanks for wasting my time and confirming this dealership can't be trusted. I'm sure their bet was that if someone drives a long distance to get a car from them they'll cave in if they change the deal on the buyer. Good luck with that. P. S. They had a 2002 civic for sale, which I was told I HAD TO PARTIALLY FINANCE, in order to get the fantastic price of 6999,00. I have had my 2017 Infiniti serviced In Stuart at the dealer since I purchased the vehicle. My first service adviser, Darren, was great. He made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Potential issues were always identified and he always made sure I was getting the best price possible for regular maintenance. He would make sure he was giving the best service to ensure his survey scores were excellent. Good for him!! Since he left, I have had different advisers each time I go in. Neither could care less about my vehicle and it shows. I had my vehicle in at the end of last year for a possible turbo issue and felt like the adviser had better things to do when asking questions or getting info. Today I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The adviser didn't say a word and when everything was done, he handed me paperwork and had me pay. No discussion about the inspection they supposedly did. No word on whether there were issues, etc. There is no service!! Just $140 for an oil change and tire rotation, and a bunch of people walking around, attempting to ignore you. I am very keen on keeping my car clean, and every time I have had it serviced at this dealer, they perform a half-ass job when they wash the car. I have found the floor mats soaked with water, water spots on the windows, grimy areas when they either didn't wash, or rinse well. Even after raising concerns with the dealer, telling them not to wash my car if they couldn't do a decent job, my car again, had a half-assed wash job done on it. Hand prints on the doors, bumper had grimy water on it near the lid, water on the windshield, dirty water on the door sills. When I dropped my car off, "Rebekah" texted me, saying to let her know if I needed anything via text or to call. Don't be fooled, its automated. When I asked to speak to her after correcting the horrible wash job, I was first told she wasn't in today, when I said I had a text from her, I was then told she left early (it was 10am), so apparently the staff in the service dept, think customers are idiots. Their system is not backstopped and no one seems to care. No survey this time, and no text asking me how things were. Bottom line: Service is sub-par compared to what it was less than a year ago. If they are half-assing a post-service vehicle wash, what else are they half-assing? I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else for that kind of money. Very professional and on the ball with routine service. I had ZERO problems. Fast forward to a new care lease at this dealership in 2019. The first 3 months, they were very attentive, calling to see how I was doing with my new car & did I have any questions. Then suddenly, they were gone !! Service was horrible, taking 3 hours for a routine oil change or tire rotation. During this relationship, I have been ghosted several times with phone calls not returned by the service department. My only positive experience was Christine King, the salesperson, who we dealt with at the beginning of this relationship. We have purchased numerous cars with Infiniti being three. We purchased our first Infiniti at Competition Imports (New York) and absolutely loved the dealership, salesperson, and most of all the SUV. After a few years we purchased other luxury vehicles just to try variety. In 2019 we saw the upcoming new Infiniti QX50 and fell in love with the design. We had to go back to Infiniti and what a great purchase it was. Loved the style, design, drive and just the overall look of the QX50 in black. This vehicle was purchased at Infiniti Stuart (after numerous friends advised NOT to purchase anything from this dealership). At of convenience, we went ahead and bought at Stuart. We were not too thrilled with the salesman, the long drawn out process but went ahead and bought this beauty. Two years later I saw the 2021 QX50 and had to have this vehicle. Love the color and most of all the interior. Great vehicle. Again, not listening to others, we bought it at Infiniti Stuart. When I went in to trade in our 2019 for the 2021, I up front told the Sales Representative, Hector Bueno that I wanted everything on the 2021 as we had with the 2019 (i.e. Auto Butler, warranty, Leatherguard and maintenance). Hector seemed to understand this. We then ended up in the Finance Department for the most draining and drawn out process. We even ended up having to redo the final numbers because the Finance Representative claimed that the rebate applicable had already been worked into the numbers even though it truly never was clearly factual. Just before driving off with the new QX50, I was asked to set up our first oil change for June 1, 2021 for which we did. Come June 1st, I brought the vehicle in to Infiniti Stuart, checked in and sat in the reception area. Approximately 10 minutes into my waiting, Jim Johnston, Service Director came to me and informed me that oil changes were not included in my new QX50 even though I had told Hector Bueno I wanted everything the same as the 2019. Jim Johnston claimed I had declined the oil changes. I was infuriated over this minor, but annoying issue, and again advised Jim Johnston of how I purchased this new QX50 with Hector Bueno. Needless to say, I was furious over this and took my keys and walked out. All that being said, I have advice for anyone considering buying a new or used Infiniti. DO NOT GO TO INFINITI STUART. They will mislead, lie, say whatever it takes to make a sale and not care about the customer. The customer spending thousands of dollars. Do not even bother with the General Manager, Alan Franciosi as he is rude and will only give you the time of day if you purchase/lease the highest end vehicle. I thought it was a typo when they added $8995 for "Mechanical/Cosmetic Recon" to the advertised price. Very fraudulent when their own website showed $762 for prepping the car. The salesman "Hector" had no explanation other than to say they add the recon to all their cars. Anyway, I made a cash offer at the advertised price plus all taxes and fees and never heard back. About five years ago I bought a car from them advertised as a "CPO". When I went to pick up the car was informed it was not a CPO. I thought it was an honest mistake. Now I realize they are just a very unethical dealership and would warn anyone to be very cautious in your dealings with them. read more

Completely agree with prior POOR review. John, the Sales Manager, and Amanda, the Internet Mgr, confirm that the dirty, sleazy car sales profession is alive and well. Found a (used) car they were selling, and before making the long trip there, asked for pics and for any known issues, which were curiously absent from their website. Also asked if I could get the car checked out by independent mechanic. They ignored these very reasonable requests, claiming all was great. No need to get the car checked out, as their 'Master' mechanics had confirmed everything was perfect. But car was birthday gift to my son, so we made the long trip based on their promises that everything was indeed great. Within 5 minutes, had a list of over 15 things, including complete mechanical failure of the driver seat. He told me if we were interested in the car, it would cost another $1000 to get it fixed. And they wouldn't fix anything else. Asked him why they didn't just tell me the problems when I asked before driving an hour+, and he was silent (for a change). Bottom line, they are scammers. Dirty, untrustworthy people, and recommend you STAY VERY FAR AWAY. I only wish I could help the sucker who is going to buy this car long distance from their site, with their B.S. assurance that all is good. Test drove QX60 really nice car but still shopping. Lots of comparable vehicles in the running. Manager "seemed knowledgeable " at Stuart. Within 24 hrs n 4 phone calls we agreed n confirmed deal over the phone for exact showroom vehicle referenced . Ready to head out to pick up car,here comes another call price has gone up $20/month. .
