What's not ok is that they try to sell services above the maintenance recommended by the manufacturer (and above the prepaid maintenance plan). Spent almost 60 thousand on a 2023 BMW 840i. A week after buying it rained and I hydroplaned do 30mph around a corner. I have bald tires on my brand new purchase. I suppose it's my fault for not checking everything and believing that AUDI Stuart actually did their 300 point inspection. Being that the car is a coupe you can't just see the tires. You have to fully turn them to be able to see them. I honestly wouldn't even be that upset if they just told me tough luck, we can't help you. Instead Clark the sales manage actually pretended to care and then never called me back. I called like twice after that and left a message for him but in all honesty it's a car lot. They added over $600. 00 to my new car saying they ceramic coated car, when I had a professional detailer say they only sprayed a coating that maybe will last 1 year or less. What a scam. Absolute best experience I have had at a dealership. First off they are the only Audi dealership in Florida that is not greedy. For the type of car I was looking for every other dealership was asking 10k markup even to order from the factory. Audi in Stuart did not charge me a markup when I placed my order. Then when they got a random allocation of the car I ordered they gave me first take at msrp price. They could have easily asked for a markup. Bryan kept me in the loop and updated through the whole process and was very friendly. I prepaid for services at purchase of the vehicle and just had the car serviced (60K service) and when I checked the service items that were supposed to be done, I found none were completed. The pollen filter was never changed ( see photo of pollen that fell out on my floor mat) and the fragrance refills were never changed (see attached photos). On the previous service they installed two tires and damage my wheel locks to the point that AAA and Road Ranger could not get my flat tire off, my car had to be towed. read more

I guess I'm the outlier here with my 1-Star, so you be the judge. After creating a build online for an e-tron SUV, I was contacted by someone from their dealership...thinking I was interested in a car. Either Audi has a horrible communication system in place with their dealers, or this guy is clueless (I'm going with this one). I referenced my build sheet to explain what I was looking for and was told they had one with my colors and options in stock. An appointment was immediately made to meet with Kirk the Sales Manager, so "everything would be ready when I got there." When I got there, nothing was "ready", Kirk wasn't available, and they didn't have the SUV in stock. Instead I was handed off to a salesman that was a throwback to a Pontiac dealership in the 80s. He didn't know the maintenance requirements of the e-tron, other than, "It doesn't need an oil change" (pure genius). Then he couldn't tell me where the nearest charging station was, and never once mentioned a "value proposition" for buying from Audi Stuart. How about things like..."If you're in the area you can stop in and get a free car wash, or hook up to a charger, or grab a cup of coffee, etc." In other words, zero salesmanship and next to zero product knowledge, while trying to sell me an $80,000 SUV. I got rid of my BMW and Porsche, because I was tired of driving to West Palm for service, with the hope of purchasing my first Audi from "the local dealer". If this were only about customer service it would be a five star review, even after what I went through with my repair. Kristine, my service rep was a delight, even when she had to keep giving me bad news about my repair. Bad things happen and it happened with my repair, not really the fault of the dealership. My car was finally repaired and I don't think if fair to complain about the dealership. My issue is with the loaner car I was given to use. The dealership was out of loaners so I got "fixed up" with one from Enterprise. To make a long story short, I was told I could buy the insurance for $29.99. The agent thought I would have the car for one day, so that was the figure I was quoted. The repair took much longer. Enterprise called me to ask why I still had the car and to remind me I was being charged $29.99 per day. I texted Kristine and told her of what they had said. She got back to me and said that she was getting me a dealer owned loaner and that her manager said I would not be charged for any additional insurance. I ended up being charged $232.92 by Enterprise. Trying to talk to them have proved fruitless. My gripe is that I have contacted Kristine on multiple occasions and she has promised me she would contact the Enterprise manager and see what could be done. I have never heard back from her. In addition, her managers promise of not incurring further charges has ended up as not being true. I bought my Audi from Audi Stuart and love the car. I had a factory covered repair that turned into a nightmare, but would still give them my business. They kept us inside the dealership and the other buyer was brought by Birney Boehland from the parking lot for a test drive. When they were done, we had a test drive, while the other customer was starting the purchase deal. We could not believe how shameless people can be. When we asked Bryan Bormann (who supposed to help us) what is going on, he gave us a no straight answer. Trying to sell us another car, more expensive. Dishonest people who do not care about loyalty. Very poorly run business. The management should be replaced. Very disappointing, unprofessional, unethical practice at this dealership. Not a very good hygiene as well. An employee (Debra Newman) was washing a license plate where is the coffee bar for the customers. The food quarter. When I made comment that it is not a proper place for washing car parts, she said that everything is locked, so she has no choice. We searched for a 2017 White A5 Convertible for months. We found the perfect one for us at Audi Stuart. We communicated with Shelly Garcia and tried to negotiate a lower price. She refused to offer any reduction in the price. We really wanted the car, so we agreed to their price, confirmed the car was available, confirmed the car was ours, and we set a date and time to drive 3 hours to their location to pick up the car. Since we work during the week, we all agreed to meet at 11 am on Saturday morning to bring it home. We got up early to make the drive. During the drive we received a call from Shelly Garcia confirming we were on our way. 30 minutes later we received a second call from Shelly Garcia informing us that we will be meeting with Stefan to pick up the car. He has driven it around to the side of the dealership, had it washed and filled with gas. She said it is sitting there waiting for us. When we were only 20-30 minutes away from the dealership, we received a third call from Shelly Garcia, this time she informed us that the car had been sold. No apology, nothing, just that the car was sold!! I was dumbfounded! We pulled off the road and turned around to drive back home. There had to be a mistake. This cannot be happening. I called the dealership and spoke directly with the General Manager, Devon Carlson. Instead of being surprised and apologetic, he made excuses!! This was just another punch in the gut after being kicked in the gut! I asked that he look into it and get back to us. When he called us back, he informed us that the car had been sold to someone else the day before!! WTF!! It was our car! No one even called to tell us not to come, no, they called to confirm we were on our way to pick up the car we negotiated to buy. This is the most despicable treatment I have ever received. Being faithful people, we agreed to give them a second chance, as we were promised they would find us another car and give us a great deal on it. Well we waited, and we waited, and they have only called us twice. Wayne the sales manager called and said; hey this is a hard car to find, would consider a different color? Excuse me, we said white, only white. What do they not understand! We had a White A5 Convertible that they sold out from under us!! It has been over a month and we have not heard a thing from them. James Hartnett is the most unprofessional car salesman I have ever encountered. I went into the Audi dealership in Stuart, Florida looking to test drive a pre-owned Q3. I mentioned to the saleswoman, Debra Newman, that I found a better deal on a very similar vehicle down south, but I was still interested in test-driving the SUV they had before I went to the other dealership. After we went inside so she could make a copy my drivers license, James Hartnett interrupted our conversation and questioned my audacity for asking to test drive one of their vehicles. He was very offensive and proceeded to question why I would want to test drive their car and asked me what I would do if I wrecked the car I was test driving? I have never been treated so poorly. Instead of offering an equivalent price to the same vehicle listed down south or even showing me other options they had available, he decided to undermine me. Debra was embarrassed and apologized for his behavior. I could not believe that a fellow associate would interrupt and completely ruin a possible sale. Debra was so helpful and friendly, unfortunately, James Hartnett's distasteful behavior towards me completely destroyed every opportunity of me purchasing a vehicle from this location. I am very surprised that an upscale car dealership would hire associates who do not demonstrate kindness or respect towards their customers. Purchasing a car is a huge investment and should be as pleasant as possible, however, this experience was everything but that. Had a door locking problem while driving from NY to FL. Took vehicle to Audi Stuart. Service writer Christina was pleasant and helpful, unfortunately the same could not be said about service manager. Aside from not really addressing the locking problem he could not be bothered to locate garage door opener on vehicle instead incorrectly stating the 2019 A6 did not come equipped with it. Service department also failed to reset " inspection due alert" after being asked to do so. Also the supposed loaner vehicle is actually an Enterprise rental requiring a $50 deposit to insure vehicle is returned with gas. Then the Enterprise person states that this Audi dealer for $25 will waive any damage to car etc. The Enterprise person fails to state that it is actually $25 per day. My vehicle was supposedly fixed on Saturday yet not ready to be picked up till Monday costing, if I would ever pay Enterprise $75. Guess you figured out I am not happy with Audi of Stuart and would not recommend it. read more

A true disappointment. I brought in my recently purchased certified pre-owned Audi for repairs due to some damage after being recommended to me that Audi Stuart is the best of the best. The service representative Andrew was kind in suggesting to go through insurance for the repairs as they were going to be costly but I did not feel as if I was treated as well as all of the other customers that walk in there. Maybe because of my young age but that shouldn't mean anything because I work hard for what I have in life and it seemed like they did not want to give me the utmost respect, service, and care towards my car. I picked up my car a couple days after It had been repaired and they gave the car back to me FILTHY dirty. Im not usually one to say something because of that but cmon, every other car that was coming out of there was glistening. But why not mine? I called back and asked to speak with a manager where no one answered. I called again and asked to speak with Andrew, I explained to him how I was upset the way my car was given back to me in such poor condition covered in dirt and he said "yeah we keep them next to a gravel lot while they're waiting to be picked up and we do the wash immediately after the test drive" he kept trying to make it seem like it was my fault that I didn't pick it up on the day it was ready or immediately the day after but instead just gave me my car that had been sitting there for TWO days after he said it was ready covered in gravel and dust. Sorry I work long hours and six days a week and didn't have the chance to come get it on their time when it was ready. He then proceeded to tell me to come back if I wasn't already far away (I live in Palm Beach Gardens) and I said gladly as I was just down the road and I pull the car up only to find out that the service guys said the car wash was under maintenance for the next hour! I laughed thinking it was a joke and drove off aggravated and upset. He saw me pull into the service drive through and didn't bother to come out but instead called me again telling me exactly what the service guys said to me and again telling me how it was washed the day he called me to say it was ready. He offered if I was ever "up that way" to give a call and he'll run my car through the wash? No. That should've been done before handing it back to the customer covered in a layer of dirt. Now I have gotten home and have noticed scratches on the exterior of my car door that I know were not there before. I am beyond furious and upset at this point and WOULD NOT EVER recommend taking your Audi into this dealership. But again maybe if you're older they'll treat you with more respect and won't give your car back to you dirty. read more

My wife and I had just finished a test drive for a new Q 5. The salesman mentioned a maintenance plan that included oil changes, etc but did not include tire rotation. I simply stated I was surprised a luxury car dealership did not include that in a maintenance program. You can't make up what happened next. I recently purchased a used A7 and had a decent purchase experience. My salesman was fair and made it an easy transaction. However, after owning the car less than 30 days, the check engine light turned on. This issue was bad engine mounts and an exhaust leak. After speaking to a manager, I was informed that they the car was sold "as is" and they do not care if the car malfunctions once warranty expires. I was told the issues were both likely pre-existing from their service department and they still did nothing to help with the repairs. We leased a car in October 2018 and decided to purchase the car .. first let me say the service department is great!! The sales department needs a revamp .. that said my husband stopped at the dealership and asked about buying the car and we were given a10 am apt was set up for us to come in and start the process. So we arrive at 1003 .. 3 minutes late .. we were told be a minute or so .. service lady come and takes car to check it out .. no problem ..1/2 hour later still not taken care of by sales lady so husband goes to .. sales lady she told my husband there was someone in front of us so we would need to wait .. I went to sales managers office and stated we had a 10 am apt and we had now been there for 1-hours and no service .. so another very nice sales rep was assigned to us and started the process of getting all our information.. all good .. at 12:30 .. 2-1/2 hours from time we arrived , we get into business manager office .. he started explaining added packages to my husband .. extended warranties etc ..we leased the car 10/18 extended warranty would be for an additional 3 years but ending 3/31/24.. the warranty start date was 3/21 .. 6 months ago .. If you do the math we would be paying now for 3 years and only getting 2-1/2 years of additional coverage .going forward .my husband questioned the business manager and he says that is what the computer says so that is what you get .. my husband asked why doesn't it end on October .. business manager .. no answer .. computer is correct .. you don't question the computer.. my husband lost it .. at that point we are now 3 plus hours at the dealership , a time that we anticipated would be at most 1-1/2 hours .. we love our car and have been very pleased with the service department .. but the sales business manager is awful .. there was no response when we questioned him .. he just got upset that we questioned him .. not a great experience. Audi Stuart is a beautiful dealership. Everything is extremely clean. Even the air conditioned shop is sparkling. They have a nice snack bar with an amazing array of drinks, fruit and snacks. Bathrooms super clean. Outside is just as nice. To me this reflects on how my car will be treated. I was interested in a new TTRS. I called Audi Stuart and spoke with salesman Bryan Bormann who told me they had a TTS in stock that I could see and drive. When I pulled up there was a gleaming Blue TTS. I went inside to meet Bryan. They also had a black TTS in the show room. We sat in that for a while and he explained the various electronic systems, safety features, beauty of the car including the trunk and engine compartment. Usually when I go to a dealership to see a vehicle I know more about it then the sales person. Well that was not the case here. Bryan Bormann was amazing in his knowledge. And he does it all in a calm concise manner. I felt that if he didn't know an answer to my question he would go find out instead of the usual. Of course that never happened because he knew it all! Once we were done with that he says, let's go for a ride in the beauty blue TTS parked outside. With the car running we sat in the parking lot while he went over the various systems. I think we were there for ten minutes while he explained and I asked my numerous questions. All right time to go for a drive. He explained the route we were going to take. There will be some S turns, a short straight, another longer straight and then back into traffic. What a fun demonstration drive. While driving he was showing me the various systems all without diverting my attention from driving. He has the best demeanor for a salesman. Definitely not pushy, calm (even while driving fast). To say I was extremely impressed with this dealership and the employees doesn't do it justice. Great experience from beginning to end. read more

Hands down, the aforementioned gentlemen at Audi Stuart make buying a vehicle an absolutely exciting encounter. My wife and I had spent quite some time learning about the Audi brand (for our first time) with our local dealer, West Palm Audi. After having a particularly negative experience at the end (please see the not so good sentence above), we decided to give Audi Stuart a chance. I inquired about their inventory online and received an email from Mark Freedman almost immediately. He invited me to a phone call, asked me what we were looking for, and over the phone we perused their inventory together. We found a vehicle that matched (except for color) the exact vehicle we were looking at purchasing from the West Palm Audi with a small additional option, but with an MSRP within $500.00 of each other. Mark stated "you obviously know the vehicle, and options you want, so there's no reason for us to try and sell you anything else. I almost fell out of my chair. Mark and I spoke on the phone for about 15 minutes as I told him the price we wanted to pay, the amount we had found our trade was worth, and our credit rating to get the best financing. Mark replied "give me 20 minutes and I'll let you know if that is possible". Almost 20 minutes later Mark called back. He said "Brian, I realize you would have to travel from afar to get to us, and pass a local Audi dealer on the way, but we want to make your family a part of our family and we will beat their offer". I did come out of my chair this time as I jumped in the air in surprise and joy. We swiftly cleaned our trade out, and rushed over 60 miles to Audi Stuart where they already had most of the paperwork complete, and much to our amazement, it was exactly as we discussed over the phone. What car dealer does that? Moreover, what company for that matter has the deal exactly as discussed? While we were waiting, Bryan was fantastic at showing us our vehicle, completing all of the necessary paperwork on our trade and new vehicle, registration, and introducing us to Audi Stuart. With Audi Care, any dealership can service your vehicle and even wash and clean it for you. I can assure you, even though Audi Stuart is over 60 miles away, we will only allow them to service and maintain our vehicle for the life we have it. Furthermore, when we are ready to purchase another Audi, there is no chance we will go anywhere else. I dealt with Audi Stuart through 2/16 to 2/19 and would advise buyers to think twice about dealing with them. As a side note, I am an automotive enthusiast and a R8 owner. I've bought numerous vehicles out of state before and typically experience a issue-free transaction. On any deal I conduct I typically get a PPI inspection for an out of state vehicle. On the 16th of February I contacted Audi Stuart regarding a 2004 BMW 330i sedan they have listed online. I spoke with Al Shalaby and agreed upon a price. The price was contingent on the condition of the vehicle. Al immediately wanted a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. The next day I wanted to confirm a few things before taking my time flying in or getting a PPI with a manager so I spoke with Dennis McNamara. Dennis confirmed with me that they wanted me to send a 'refundable' $500 deposit to hold the car until I can fly in but they would not be taking the car off-site to do a PPI inspection (red flag). I agreed to send a deposit and figure out logistics of the vehicle if I would fly or pick it up in person. I sent a deposit on the 18th refundable contingent on the condition of the vehicle. I get a text at 7 am from salesperson Al Shalaby demanding that I send $5,000.00 on my credit card just to hold it which now according to Al Shalaby and Dennis McNamara would become non-refundable. Keep in mind this is just to hold the vehicle and an off-site inspection was not allowed and this is with their full understanding I am either taking time off to fly in or get the car shipped. read more
