I don't know what's going on there. The new team doesn't seem to be very on top of it. Was there for an oil change and a tire rotation and it took forever Additionally, my tire rotation didn't even happen. JC the new guy said that I had more tread on my front tires than my back tires. Well, the whole purpose of a tire rotation is to even out to where not to continue the usage pattern that led to the unbalanced war in the first place. It was a smooth transaction. We went through the normal back and forth negotiations. In the 4th try we came to agreement. Shawn Liggett my salesman was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Willie the sales Manager worked hard generating new proposals, trying every option to meet my target. Overall I would recommend this dealership. I asked for free oil changes but only the first one was covered. Willie added free tire and wheel coverage through Fidelity. Delivery was smooth. Mr. Wallace please add free oil changes. I dropped my car off at Wallace Mazda in Stuart at 10:00 AM and did not receive any communication from them--no calls, texts, or emails. Around 2:00 PM, I called to inquire about my vehicle and spoke with Tyler, who was unaware of the status and said he would call me back. I never heard from him. I then contacted the appointment desk and spoke to a woman who said she would send a message to Ben, but I never received any response from him either. Frustrated, I called back and asked to speak directly to Bill Wallace. Instead, I was connected to the customer service manager, who also had no clear answers about my car and promised to check and call me back. I had been given a courtesy ride from the dealership, and the driver informed me his last route was at 4:00 PM. I called again around 3:00 to 3:30 PM to get an update so I could arrange transportation, as I had told them when dropping off my car that I needed it back or a loaner. Finally, the customer service manager returned my call and mentioned the issue was related to a motor mount. However, when I brought my vehicle in about three weeks earlier, there was no mention of this problem. Throughout the entire experience, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor communication. This has been the worst service experience I have had getting my car serviced. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if you have to leave your car all day without updates. The lack of communication and customer care from everyone involved--from the clerk who checked me out to the service staff--was unacceptable. No one apologized or took responsibility for not keeping me informed. I am very disappointed with the service and customer care at Wallace Mazda. I wonder if this is how all customers are treated or if it was just my experience. read more

The service department never answers their phone claiming they are short staffed. They make excuses for their bad customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with any car dealer. My 2020 CX5 went in for an issue, long story short the torque converter needed to be replace and that was going to cost about $4000. The car had 64000 miles and was just out of warranty. Naturally I was upset but didn't make a big deal about at the dealer, and hoped that maybe they'd work with me. They didn't. They had my car for over 3 weeks (they did give me a loaner which was nice). I was led to believe it would take about 1 week. 10 days in I called and they said the car ran great and it was just being cleaned up. I figured I can pick up that day or the following day. I did not hear back from them for 8 more days. I called and did not receive a call back. Finally got the Service manager and was told the car was ready. They said they were cleaning the car up, it wasn't at all. They said they would honor a coupon, they didn't. I was not treated like a valued customer, more so like a number. Took up to corporate who didn't even take the time to realize my issues...and did nothing. A little customer service would have gone a long way. Paying the money hurt but being treated like dirt made the experience forever memorable in the worst way possible. I will never go to any Wallace store again. Horrible car dealer...absolutely horrible.. read more

Telling me I was talking to a manager but it was a call center lady named Vanessa. She pretended to be a manager named Patrick Harrington and created an appointment for a Cx5 carbon edition today. The manager Brad called me at 11:17 am confirming my appointment. I drove over 40 minutes to get here to be told that the car is sold already. Then they tried offering me other cars I did not want. I feel disrespected for them not to give me a call, specially Brad who confirmed my appointment, in letting me know that the car was already sold. Bruce from Brooklyn was very easy to deal with and the purchase of a used CX-5 moved along very quick. The speed of the purchase hit a brick wall however when we arrived at the financing part They later told me it was because 3 people were each buying a car at the same time & there was only 1 guy for the financing. Robert was also easy to deal with but later on I contacted him about the fact that there were no owner's manuals in the CX-5 - the only idea he had was to download them as pdf's which is not so exciting to me. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out how to turn off the daytime running lights (take a fuse out). I called them a 2nd time about something else - but they never called back. The USB cell phone charger has an awkward location & is weak/lousy, not as strong as was my former car's cig lighter (in a Nissan Rogue) but I am enjoying the better gas mileage. Overall my purchase was pretty smooth and well done but I still don't know if I can put my old lic plate on this Mazda. Just before I drove off Bruce set up the bluetooth for me - that was nice. I had a follow up call from Bruce a few weeks ago - he updated me about the license plate and told me he would mail me owner's manuals for the car but I have not received them yet. read more

I found the Genesis I wanted but there were some cosmetic issues that the sales mgr John and salesman Joe promised to fix. After my calling and texting them on numerous occasions I was told to bring it in. They kept it 1 whole day, when I picked it up the work was shoddily done. When I complained to the salesman they acted like I was asking for more than I was expected...quality bodywork. More txt back and nothing. Thank goodness for an acquaintance at Genesis who finally got me in touch with someone who saw the flaws and fixed them. From now on I will take my business to Wallace Genesis not Mazda. read more

service techs don't know what they are doing and the general manager patrick was no help either.brought car in for alarm and hazards flashing and horn not working. they cleared codes to correct and that did not work.they said car needed drive belt and motor mount replaced.had them do it at a cost of $509.00.brought car back second time and they said it needed a front door lock actuator and new horn.they replaced at a cost of $423.00. still having same problems and brought it back a third time,they said it now needed another door lock and replaced at a cost of $263.00 still having same problem brought it back a fourth time and they said it was another door lock actuator and possibly two at a cost of $306.00 and $329.00 I refused this time to let them try and fix the problem. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I was verbally abuse by the salesman. I wish I knew his name. He was pleasant intially. But when we accused him of try to scam us and lying, he went crazy. He screamed at us to get the "F" out of his store multiple times. He would not give my key back and continued to scream obscenities at us. One of the other people there got the key from him and we were trying to leave. He followed us out to our car still cursing. I told him I was going to call 911. This all started when I saw a 2022 CX-5 online and called twice to see if it was on the lot. I was driving about 40 miles from home and didn't want to waste my time if the car was not on the lot. When we got there, no car. He stated that the call center people didn't know what was on the lot. I gave the call guy the stock number. So the salesman tried to show me a higher priced model. I test drove the car and wanted to make deal. He lowballed me on my trade and I told him I used the Kelly Blue Book that was linked to their site. He said that wasn't a real price and dealers use a different Kelly Blue Book. I also stated that the dealership sent me a $500 off coupon. He said the coupon was garbage and it was just to get you to come in. He said it worked didn't it. That was when my husband said we were leaving and and the salesman just went nuts as stated above. I have never ever been treated that way at any business. I would Not recommend them to my worst enemy. No one deserves that kind of abuse. I would really like to talk to the general manager, but no one has called me back. It was a very scary situation. read more

My wife and I went to Wallace Mazda on Oct 26th with hopes of buying a new CX 5. We were immediately greeted by Kellie Sheetz who made us feel at ease and very comfortable. We told her we were interested in a white CX 5 with the preferred package. A few minutes later she pulled one up from the lot and off we went on a test drive. She explained all the gadgets and technology and answered all our questions. Loved the car and decided to purchase it . She made the process nice and easy and in a short time we were driving it home. Kellie was great to work with and would highly recommend her to any of my friends. Yesterday we went back to Wallace because we had some questions about the audio system. Again Kellie showed us how things work and she patiently answered all our questions. I actually had a great experience the first time we went to this dealer to lease a CX-5 in 2018, which is the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star now. I can't recall the name of the person we worked with now, but he was great. I do know that he is no longer with this dealer. My lease was due June 2021 and we went in on Memorial Day to get the process started. We were able to drive a couple of cars, but they didn't seem interested in doing any deals due to the chip shortage and low inventory. Instead of allowing us to work some things out over the phone, they insisted everything had to be done in person. So I extended my lease for 6 months thinking things would be better toward the end of 2021. Turns out I was wrong....even fewer cars and now they really have no interest in doing any deals or working anything out ahead of time. I'm sorry, but my time is also valuable and I don't have the patience to spend 8 hours haggling at the dealership. So joke's on them - we worked with Danard Thomas at Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach who was more than happy to work with us ahead of time over phone/text. Everything was worked out and the car was ready for us when we arrived. I highly recommend making the 60-90 minute drive south so you can work with someone who actually wants to sell cars. I have no interest in ever going back to Wallace Mazda. I'd rather drive to Vero, Delray Beach, or even Tampa or Orlando to give my business to a dealership who actually deals and wants to sell cars. read more

Joe then stayed at my house and went over all the car's features with my wife, showing how to connect her phone and demonstrated all the features. I purchased a CX5 from this dealer 4 months ago and the Satellite radio has not worked from day one. I have returned it over 5 times and they continue to tell me its fixed despite the fact that it still does not work. They admit they don't have a solution and have even sent the computer download to Calif. After 6 times showing them proof that it does not work I have decided to give up and just give it to the attorney and let them fight it out. The service dept communication ability is as bad as you can get. I still think that Mazda is a good product its just Wallace that can't get it right. read more

We recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Murano from here. Good smooth experience how're, if you buy from any Wallace dealership in Martin County be careful. They DO NOT disclose nics, tears, chips etc on the car. Make sure you inspect every inch on the outside and inside of the vehicle before being quoted a price. Ok so we always hear about used car salesmen. Well the 2 bozo brothers at Wallace take it to a new level. These guys are slimy and full of BS. I went to purchase a used CX9 for $24k. After setting everything up the younger brother of the sales mgr places paperwork in front of me for $38k. I ask him I was purchasing the used one and his response was yes this is $2000 below asking. So I got up walked over to a sticker if a brand new CX 9 sticker was $36k. He said the package on the car I was trying to buy was premium. So I again pointed out the sticker on the new car was premium. He resounded that can't fault a guy for trying. Really dirt bag. Stay away. read more

Love the free Wi-Fi here -- it's crazy fast, and there's even a desk where I could set up my laptop! Also love that I was able to schedule my service appointment online via the Wallace Mazda website. So, I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle that Wallace group had in their inventory. It was a 2013 NIssan Altima in great condition with low miles. I contacted the dealership to schedule a time to test drive it and upon further investigation found that the ODO reading on the CARFAX did not match what the vehicle said. Another words, they had doctored the odometer to read 16000 miles less than what was reported to the CARFAX. When I asked about this, they gave me the run around, and said they would call me back. I never heard a response. Today I checked on that same vehicle and it was sold, with the ODO discrepency even recorded on the CARFAX itself. Whoever bought it probably had no idea. This company is scum and is doing things illegally. I will report them. read more

Bradley from service was very unhelpful. I had a recall on my vehicle. I provided him with the info he needed and said call when the part was in. "I" called a week later to find out if they had the part. He said must of had the wrong vin# because it was not in the system. Don't you think he could of called me to verify the number instead of letting me having to follow up and telling me he did not have the correct #. He had my contact information. He's is service but I don 't think he has any idea what service is. When I mentioned that, he did not seem to care. Unfortunately this happened to be my first experience with Wallace Mazda.
