    Hello Mr. Wallace, We have known each other for over 30 years, and during that time, my family and friends have purchased vehicles from your dealerships in South Florida for the better part of three decades. Recently, I purchased a Cadillac from AutoNation on 45th Street in West Palm Beach and had a wonderful experience. I've shared my experience on Google and Yelp, where I have over 635,000 followers. I'd like to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your Wallace Jeep location in Stuart. I drove an hour and a half to meet with one of your salespeople who had quoted me via text on my trade-in. I agreed to the deal, and he asked me to come in immediately. Unfortunately, when I arrived, he hadn't secured approval for the trade-in offer. The biggest disappointment was dealing with your sales manager, Tony N. After an hour of small talk, he walked away, promising to see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, he sent the salesperson back to tell me there was nothing he could do to honor their initial offer. Tony didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me himself or say goodbye. In total, I spent over six hours at your dealership that day. That evening, I called back ready to buy the vehicle at their asking price, only to be told it had just been sold to another customer. Ironically, the salesperson called me today to say the other deal fell through and asked how he could earn my business on that same vehicle. Frankly, Mr. Wallace, you and your team should be ashamed to have these two individuals representing your name. Their dishonesty and typical "used car salesman" antics were truly disappointing. After that experience, I went on to buy another Cadillac at AutoNation in West Palm Beach, and I'm glad I did. Please, I urge you to look into your Stuart location and ensure your team is upholding the reputation you've worked so hard to build. Tony did your empire no justice--I'm actually embarrassed for you. I wish you all the best, but I wanted to share this experience directly with you. All the respect to you, Mr. Wallace. Gregory G.

    These people will play a dirty trick on you! I offered them a good cash deal on a certified used jeep they had for my son and after all the hard times, mind games, difficult experiences, and unprofessional negotiations... I came to a verbal agreement with one of the salesmen who called me accepting my offer. I moved my family and business schedules around, called my insurance to insure the jeep, and planned everything to make a 2+ hour trip... and at the last minute they sent a text apologizing that the dealership owner wouldn't accept my offer which I found very strange and unprofessional because they were the ones who called me to accept my offer. I recommend that the first time you see that they want to play with the negotiation, you run away and let that car go. Do your business with truly professional people. NOTE: I don't want an apology from anyone at this dealership, learn to be professional, there is the internet and bad reviews from real people are forever.

    Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ethan Tullidge while shopping for a car for my mother-in-law. He understood the exact concerns we had in finding the right car. He was thorough in his communication as we went through the process and attentive to every request or question we had. I highly recommend Ethan and the rest of the group at Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

    Wallace Ram was great to work with. Fair price on my trade-in (F150) and bought a new1500 4x4. Very thorough from start to finish. Jesus and Dominic in Sales were great to deal with. Honest and not pushy. Aida made the financing process very smooth. My wife bought a Volvo from Wallace a couple years ago. We would go back to Wallace for the next purchase

When my husband and son showed up to pick up the car, we asked her if she would honor the 10% off service coupon on their website. She then stated two coupons could not be used at the same time.Which we understood.But originally, we were going to just use the oil change coupon and the car had clearly not been washed. From the time we dropped the car off to the correspondence with her during the evaluation and the pickup she had zero personality, very miserable.And no people skills. She also wanted to up sell us on something on his tire thread for $500. We bought the car at coggin honda in fort pierce and we'll clearly making the drive north for any more service due to how rude, inpersonable, and basically lied to us abt what was needed. Do not revommend Melissa Llorens as an advisor at Johnson Honda

Picked out a couple of cars from the website that were supposed to be in stock, asked him via email to check and let me know if they were available, never heard from him. Spoke to another person who said they were a sales manager and he would have Louis call me back, he never called back.     Remember: Oil is amber and Transmission is dark pink…read more Dropped my 2016 Toyota Sequoia at Treasure Coast for a fluid leak between the vehicle's bell housing and the rear of the engine. When I wiped the fluid, it looked amber-colored, but it had a lot of dirt mixed in it, so my first thought was that the rear main seal was leaking oil; however, it had a very faint color of pink. I thought that if it was the transmission fluid, surely the master technician would identify the fluid before replacing any part, right? I was wrong; he replaced the rear main seal, which wasn't leaking, for $1,600. When I got it home, it was still leaking, but the good news was I could tell it was transmission fluid; the bad news was the 'Master Technician' had repaired a perfectly good part. I contacted Adam Cohen, the service director, who basically said they would repair the rear main seal if it was leaking, but I would be charged full price for any removal and repairs done to the transmission. I put in a complaint with Toyota's headquarters regarding this issue. I then took my vehicle to Earl Stewart Toyota, who identified that the transmission's torque converter and pump seal were both leaking transmission fluid. Earl Stewart Toyota charged me $3,200 for the repairs and a one-year warranty, so I wasted $1,600 at Treasure Coast Toyota. After filing a complaint with Toyota's headquarters and Treasure Coast Toyota, I'm seeking resolution, but I'm definitely not holding my breath. I'll update my review if things change.
