Coming to this dealership has been frustrating from the start. It would be nice if customers didn't feel like they were being misled or given inaccurate information when making major purchases. There needs to be more accountability. I purchased my used Jeep Wrangler about a year and a half ago and also purchased an extended warranty that was clearly explained to include service coverage so I would not be paying out-of-pocket. At the time of purchase, I specifically confirmed that I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic services like oil changes and tire rotations. I was told absolutely yes -- the only exception being if there was a vehicle issue that required a Jeep dealership, which is completely understandable. I live next to Wallace Hyundai, while the Jeep location is 30 minutes away on a good traffic day -- and anyone who drives U.S. Route 1 knows that's not always predictable. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. While diagnosing that issue, I was told I needed four new tires. This made absolutely no sense considering I had just purchased the vehicle and work from home, so my mileage is very low. I declined the tires and discussed it with my husband, who works on million-dollar Dassault Falcon jets -- the same type owned by Taylor Swift and formerly by Jimmy Buffett. Needless to say, he knows what he's looking at. He confirmed I only needed two tires, and even that was not urgent. After raising the concern with customer service, I ultimately received two new tires at no charge. However, when I later asked the original service advisor why I was told I needed four tires but only given two, there was no explanation -- just silence. The next issue involved trying to schedule routine service. I requested to book my oil change and tire rotation at Wallace Hyundai, since I had been told I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic service. After calling twice, I was then told I could only go to the Jeep dealership -- which directly contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. When I went to the Jeep dealership for service, I thankfully had a different advisor who was professional and helpful. On a prior visit, I had asked for a simple oil change reminder sticker to be placed on the windshield since I don't drive often. The previous advisor refused and told me to "just check the percentage on the screen." This time, the new advisor couldn't believe I had been denied something so basic and placed the reminder sticker on the vehicle himself. I also attempted to speak with management regarding the conflicting information about where I could service my vehicle, but that concern was essentially brushed aside. At this point, it feels like there is no accountability within the building. When customers raise valid concerns, they should not feel dismissed. Moving forward, I will be taking matters into my own hands and changing my warranty coverage to one that allows me to service my vehicle at any Jeep dealership without confusion or contradiction. Follow up......since my terrible experience with buying my used Ford F-150 from Wallace regarding the condition of the tires on the truck and the terrible way I was treated when I went back to get the tires replaced, Ross the service manager reached out and wanted more information on what had happened. After explaining everything, the ONLY thing he said was well your first oil change is on us because you bought the vehicle here and if you come back another time, that oil change is also on us. I have the maintenance plan so oil changes are included. So, basically Ross did NOTHING for me. Again, they made a sale so they didn't care. My salesperson Jeff was awesome and reached out to me and apologized to me and said they offered to give me 175 dollars for the defective tire. I guess since I paid $700 for four new tires something is better than nothing. I called back to Ross numerous times about my oil changes and left messages and NEVER got a call back. Only person who reached out was Jeff. After all this, Jeff gets five stars but EVERYONE else gets ZERO stars. read more

After an hour of small talk, he walked away, promising to see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, he sent the salesperson back to tell me there was nothing he could do to honor their initial offer. Tony didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me himself or say goodbye. In total, I spent over six hours at your dealership that day. That evening, I called back ready to buy the vehicle at their asking price, only to be told it had just been sold to another customer. Ironically, the salesperson called me today to say the other deal fell through and asked how he could earn my business on that same vehicle. Frankly, Mr. Wallace, you and your team should be ashamed to have these two individuals representing your name. Their dishonesty and typical "used car salesman" antics were truly disappointing. After that experience, I went on to buy another Cadillac at AutoNation in West Palm Beach, and I'm glad I did. Where to begin. First, when ordering my dream car I stated I do not want any chrome, I'd like all emblems and otherwise what would be chrome to be in black. The salesperson said he understood. When I went to sign the order contract I asked again, there will be no chrome, correct? He said yes, see I put Mopar black package. With that, I signed. 5 months later my car was delivered with chrome. I was extremely displeased. I was told my salesman that helped me no longer worked there. I was told because I signed the order contract there was nothing they were willing to do about it. I told them the discussion with the salesman I originally spoke to and what he said about the Mopar black package. They said, no that isn't what that means. (Like I'm supposed to know their car terminology.) They were unwilling to fix what their salesman did wrong and forced a car on me I didn't want because I signed the order contract. Fast forward to bringing my car in for recall service. I dropped my car in the morning after being told it would take roughly an hour. The service advisor says I'll get a call by 2:30 because I could not wait. At 3:30 I keep getting a voicemail. I called and finally spoke to a service advisor, not the one I saw in the AM, I am told they can't get to my car today and they want to keep it or reschedule. Seriously? My friend brought his car in for recall. The service advisor said they will call when it was ready. There was no call. My friend called to check on it and was told the service department was closed and he could not pick up his car until the next day, leaving him without his car. So they kept his car without calling him or asking him. Complaining to this dealership falls on deaf ears, nobody cares and nobody sincerely wants to help but, they are more than happy to charge your credit card, that part is very efficient. This is a pattern with this dealership. It has made owning a car I saved for years and years to get, a nightmare to own. I will not be returning. Anyone reading this, buyer beware. I had been working with Jay over the phone and nothing was able to get done. Nothing was able to get it approved which is fine. A week later Dan (Sales Manager) called me and asked me to come on in. I had an appointment at another dealer but I decided to go and let them work on it again. And again, a deal couldn't get done. All that is fine, because my situation was pretty tough, I get it, but when I started to get the denial letters I noticed that after my negative equity they where trying to get 70k for a Ram Bighorn with my issue. Online they had the truck listed with all the insensitive's at 35k. I understand that not everyone qualifies for all insensitive's but 70k, wow! No wonder why it didn't get approved. A couple things here after thinking about it. I never saw anything in front of me. I asked multiple times but they literally said "Trust Me". I know I should have pushed more, but I was exhausted from work and what not. 2, this dealer has so many sales people walking around it was uncomfortable. "Sharks" I'm sure a lot of people have had a great experience and I'm sure if my situation was different I would've as well. But, they felt the need to take advantage of me. Good Luck!! Update!! You guys responded to the message but have not reached out. The letters are rolling in and I now see what you guys were trying to pool. 20k over value for a Base Ram!! Yes our negative equity is terrible, but all the "Rebates" should have helped to offset. I always liked working with Don until I had problems with my truck. Then the guy makes me out to be like I'm the bad guy because they give me back my truck with no improvement after swapping out the torque converter. And so unprofessional told me on phone I saw the lousy review you gave me and gets all pissy. Take your truck somewhere else. Well I guess you get lousy review..... 8am appt because I knew had torque converter or valve body issue. 9am go check out bay where truck is hang out and no one around. 930 am Finally ask Don what's happening since my truck is just sitting there.... it's the torque converter. Other people might have to go to work too maybe that's why they have an 8am. Schedule torque converter for another day. I'll get someone to patch that tire right away. 1145 I finally get truck back $51 to patch tire over 4 hours after getting there. Next time back, they swap torque converter, pull out of dealership and first/ second gear still has hesitant hiccup jerky transmission. Call Don to have him tell me this is normal on a cold start even though the vehicle never did it for first 30000 miles. Then he gets all pissy about me asking if they took it for a test drive and the bad review and doesn't want to deal with me. Garbage people! Try somewhere else. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Wallace RAM in Stuart for years, spending thousands of dollars on parts over time. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their online parts department was a major disappointment. I placed an order online for pickup, paid in full, and expected the usual smooth process. Instead, my order was abruptly canceled because Wallace RAM no longer allows online orders for local pickup--despite still having a clear "for pickup" option on their website. To make matters worse, the only option they now offer is shipping--at an additional cost. I was told that if I want to pick up parts in person, I need to order at the counter, which usually comes with a higher price and is far less convenient. After all these years of supporting their business, I expected better. They said my credit card would be refunded "in a few days" rather than immediately, which is also frustrating when the cancellation wasn't my fault. It's disappointing to see a dealership in such a large market dismiss the needs of local, loyal customers. If they no longer offer pickup, that should be clearly stated upfront on the website to avoid wasting people's time. Sadly, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I really appreciated working with the salesman, Jose. He went above and beyond to help me locate the right vehicle. In the end, I did not purchase the vehicle I was seriously considering. Unfortunately, I felt pressured by the management and even the finance people. They seemed to care mostly about selling A car, not the RIGHT car. And when I asked for the vehicle to be detailed, offering to pick it up the next day, they insisted on rushing their work and it was clearly not up to my standards. Maybe not a big deal, but again, sent the message that they cared more about closing the deal and less about putting customer needs first. I will still try to buy from Jose as he clearly made every attempt to listen to my concerns and not attempt to push me into the wrong vehicle. His diligence is the reason I got as far along in the process as I did. Ultimately, the high pressure antics from other staff was a turn off. I offered them a good cash deal on a certified used jeep they had for my son and after all the hard times, mind games, difficult experiences, and unprofessional negotiations... I came to a verbal agreement with one of the salesmen who called me accepting my offer. I moved my family and business schedules around, called my insurance to insure the jeep, and planned everything to make a 2+ hour trip... and at the last minute they sent a text apologizing that the dealership owner wouldn't accept my offer which I found very strange and unprofessional because they were the ones who called me to accept my offer. I recommend that the first time you see that they want to play with the negotiation, you run away and let that car go. Do your business with truly professional people. Took my car in for service here & my car was back in the shop 5 days later! DO NOT bring your car here to get serviced! I always take my car to a specific dealership to get my oil change, tires rotation, etc. done. This time I chose to go to Stuart as it was closer to my second home and I wanted to finally give them a try... Biggest mistake ever!! Dropped my car off on Wednesday August 7th, it was not ready to be Picked my car up until Monday August 12th. I asked them to do an oil change tire rotation, multi point check, & replace my spark plugs. They called after dropping it off and told me my motor mounts were out and I needed new ones and they said my water pump had a slight leak so I approved that, they also said I needed a flush on my car so I approved that as well since my car is a bit over 100k. When I picked my car up on Monday August 12th in the afternoon - it was over $1100 of work. BY SATURDAY August 17th when I arrived to the keys with my dogs in tow my car was shaking, battery on the Fritz, and engine misfiring. Check Engine light came on and the Auto on/off switch said it was no longer working..... I called the normal dealership that I take my car to - Spitzer Dodge Jeep Ram and got my car in that day.... TELL ME HOWWWWWWW with less than 300 MILES of driving I now have two cylinoids? out, a new flush is needed, they have parts they have to order to be approved and over $1000 of work that needs to be done to my car!! The Mechanics said they have NO IDEA what this dealership did to my car because SO MANY THINGS WERE COMING UP IN THEIR DIAGNOSTIC! It took them a WEEK to figure out what exactly they needed to order..... NOW I HAVE TO USE MY LIFE TIME WARRANTY to order the parts that got screwed up due to what ever these mechanics did! I have owned this car since it was at 0 miles! When the customer care person called on Tuesday of last week, I told her what happened and that I was still waiting to hear back about the diagnostic and she said that she would let the manager know. I usually dread or should I say, hate buying a new vehicle, and all the predictable salesman and manager antics. My purchase at Wallace was not completely seamless and without some back and forth negotiation, but the professionalism and courtesy I was given by my Salesman Jeff B was really great. Houston the Manager was great too as well as Damiko the financial guy. They are also upfront about their dealership fee, registration, titling, etc. Those fees on my purchase were $1,432 less than a large competitor I had visited. The show room is small in comparison to the big dealers, but it has a family business kind of feel to it. Purchased a 2024 Rubicon X Package. Will absolutely recommend them to friends. read more

I went in to get a noise diagnosed coming from my rear end, The service advisor with the beard and southern accent (forgot his name), made me sound like an idiot and told me I didn't know or understand what I was talking about. Dealership fixed rear differential last week (07/29-07/31) as the 4-wheel drive light kept showing up. I guess they did not diagnose why this was an issue? In addition the rear right tire was patched up-- there was a nail in it apparently and we paid for the patch. Last Thursday (08/04) the light flashed once again so we called and were told to bring the car back Monday. We were then told that we need to buy a whole new set of tires by the service advisor Tuesday as that is causing the issue-- with a minimal explanation as to why? The "main mechanic" Brian? Called us back at our request to explain that since we had a new tire put on the vehicle 5 months ago (which was outsourced as we were not made aware at point of sale that the car did not come equipped with a spare tire-- we called our salesman Doug diamond about this who essentially blew us off-- (calling us back and proceeding to apologize as his call was just a butt dial!) we decided to not get a new tire from the dealership. On the call with Brian, he stated that we need to at the least get a new pair of front tires as the FRONT right tire is causing the FRONT axle to throw a sensor throwing off the rear differential and burning out the 4-wheel drive. This only occurs once the car reaches around 80 mph-- this is why the light only flashes when on the highway. He also stated that the tires are the exact same size, and ratio but the RIGHT front tire is slightly taller making it different (so not the same size right?) we were then made to feel as though everything was our fault and we were being unreasonable with our line of questioning and were told to stop yelling (which no yelling was taking place). I went to pick the vehicle up from Wallace Tuesday August 13 at around 10:00 am and asked to speak to Brian upon doing so. I was told he was at lunch. I collected my vehicle and left. I then spoke to my Father who is a mechanic and we called Brian together who has an attitude when my father started calling him out on how none of this makes sense. I admit the phone call got a bit heated, as Brian continuously spoke over us stating his time spent at the company and providing no reasonable explanations. We were then hung up on and offered no resolutions, or call backs from a superior. I also left a call back name and number to speak with a general manager and have yet to receive feedback. The invoice I was given says that the REAR right tire is the one causing issues as it is worn uneven, burning the 4-wheel drive out (so the stock tire that came with the vehicle?) This directly contradicts what was told to me on the phone. I have had nothing but issues with Wallace Jeep Dodge and Ram. From the salesman (Doug Diamond) making me feel as though I was 100% swindled out of half of a hundred thousand dollars, failed to make me aware of the fact that the vehicle did not come equipped with a spare (leaving me stranded on the side of a highway for 13 hours down in west Palm), and then proceeded to ignore me when I tried making him aware of said issue. To the people in charge of scheduling my appointments who always state that my appointments are being moved back or just have a nasty attitude in general, to the head mechanic who has never made me feel confident or trustworthy of his diagnosis. The one person I will confidently say that has made my experience owning a Jeep somewhat bright is my previous service advisor Colin, who did everything in his power to keep me updated and informed. I feel defeated as I do not wish to spend an exuberant amount of money on this vehicle that has given me nothing but issues-- this is the solution I was given though. What happens when I get new tires and it turns out that that wasn't even the issue? I also find it awesome that all of this starts occurring as soon as my vehicle passes the one year mark.
