Do NOT buy from this dealership. I've had a really bad experience with their service dept. and I'm disappointed that I purchased a vehicle from here. In late 2023, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler that had about 4K miles on it, and I purchased an extended warranty. I recently encountered an issue where the temp. gauge maxed out while we were idle at a traffic light. It self corrected in about 10 seconds, but it happened a second time. I had already scheduled an oil change with the dealer, so when I brought it in at 2:00 I let the Dennis know that I had this strange issue. He quickly informed me that they wouldn't be able to do anything with that for the afternoon as it was "late." He was caught off guard that I had an appt. for the oil change, too. He advised that I bring it back the next morning for both the oil change & a look at the problem. But he couldn't promise a rental car for the day - not sure it was covered under my warranty until they look at it (I have 1 vehicle and a 15 year old daughter to get to/from school & other things). I bring it in, he informs me that the thermostat needs to be replaced, which is covered under warranty. They tackle that and the oil change. I used their shuttle service to get home and found someone to help me to pick up my daughter. Dennis calls me to let me know thermostat is replaced, but he informs me that my shocks are leaking and need to be replaced - but the place doesn't even have that part so he has to order it. A Jeep dealership doesn't have replacement shocks for a 2023 JEEP WRANGLER??? He tells me that they'll order it, I need to bring it back in AGAIN, but don't worry - we'll have a rental car for you so that you can take care of your daughter for the day. The part doesn't arrive as expected, so we wait another day. I bring it in Friday morning and he asks me if I'm taking a shuttle back. I remind him that I need a rental car - he lets me know that they don't have any cars. I let him know that I'm not having the shocks done as I need wheels for the day. He asks if I can bring it on Monday. I let him know that I'm leaving for Baltimore for work all week. "We can't keep the ticket open that long." Why is this my problem??? He asks that if I'm going to be in Baltimore, can I leave the vehicle with them since I'm out. I let him know that I can't get to the airport without my vehicle. He is visibly annoyed and storms off to talk to whomever. Magically, a car is available for me. While we are waiting, another customer tells me this has happened to him. Shocks are replaced, rental is returned that evening and I head to cashier for my keys. I'm told that I owe $106 for the replacement. I let the cashier know that I have extended warranty on the vehicle. She tells me that there is a deductible from Mopar. This was NOT communicated to me at any time when I purchased the vehicle. It was NOT charged to me last year when I had to replace both batteries on the Jeep. I explain this to the cashier and I'm upset because I was told that this was covered under warranty (and it SHOULD be since I paid for it at purchase of the vehicle). "I just work here." She leaves in frustration, gets Dennis. He comes in and simply states, "I lied, this isn't covered." I was hoping that maybe the $106 was drastically less than my cost without the coverage (trying to feel better about the theft). "Oh, I couldn't tell you." I asked if it was in the thousands and he said that it would be at least $2K. I pay the thieves and discuss the situation later with my friend who is a car guru and does almost all his own repairs. He felt bad for me as he knows better. He was sure that I didn't even need the shocks replaced to begin with - the dealer is hitting up the Mopar folks for an unnecessary claim. While replacing my shocks doesn't hurt, it wouldn't have cost anywhere near $2K. Later I look at the paperwork & I notice that they wrote that I stated my "ride has become rough and bounces when hitting bumps." I didn't say ANY of that. They are dishonest, and Dennis doesn't have the right temperament for the job. read more

A little bit of advice to my local friends. Don't ever buy a vehicle from W#$&@¥e Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in Stuart. We bought a used car from them and they told us that their mechanic looked over the car and deemed it as in good shape and rideable. The car was creaking and they gave us basically the big FU. I just had it looked at by a mechanic and the car is unsafe to drive.. The engine is dropping out of the frame,the whole front end needs to be replaced there is a "huge" oil leak and such much more. They have been either incompetent or fraudulent. They have turned down our request for our down payment to be returned and our loan to be cancelled. Cost of repairs for the items that their service department looked past? $3500.00 tax not included. C#&+(L. The repairs will be draining our savings account but we have to have a car that is safe to drive. All they have offered is to find another car while we continue to drive this car. But they stressed over and over how difficult it will be for them to find one in our price range.Now why should we trust them on ANY car off their lot. Quit playing your game of, "well that's what your mechanic says, you should have brought it to us". Just pay our mechanic's bill and we'll consider it lesson learned and never come back. read more

I went car shopping a couple days ago and honestly was just looking for an affordable car and a good deal went to several car dealerships and Jeep so happened to be my last stop for the day. To my surprise the dealer I was dealing with his name was Keith I highly suggest not using him he was very rude and made it very clear how frustrated with me he was getting a little too personal with me asking about my living situation and so on . It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership the manager did chase after me after me getting upset and demanding my keys back and storming out and he apologized to me. Purchased my Jeep Gladiator one year ago. Wanted to get brake controller installed. Jeep informed me that they won't have the part till December. But they tout like u can tow with this vehicle but don't carry parts to do it safely. However, I Brought it in for a tail light out. Simple right? They didn't have the part, so I was scheduled to come back the next day. After half hour, I got the news the it wasn't the correct wire harness. Wallace Chrysler Dodge Service Dept is Amazing!!! I live in Juno Beach and my nearest dealer (where We bought the truck) is Napelton #horrible. That's a different review. Dodge did an over the air update on my radio system which includes radio, gps/navigation, AC control. The OTA update shut down my nav system in error. I called the uconnect Dept at Chrysler. They were aware of this problem and guided me to their website to download a file to update and correct the problem . When I did the update it disabled all the functions connected to the system. I called Chrysler back and they explained that sometimes that happened but to take it to my local dealer. Chrysler said this was caused by our OTA update so it's fully covered by Chrysler. I tried to call the Napelton Service Dept for 3 days in a row and could not get through to their service Dept. I went there and they told me I had to make an appointment. I told them I could not get thru to make an appointment so they begrudgingly said they would look at it. They couldn't fix it and told me I had to buy a New radio!!!! I said absolutely not. The service guy said "I have to go to a meeting and ran across the parking lot. What the hell that was I don't know???? As I drove away, I called Wallace Chrysler Dodge in Stuart. They are located 25 miles north of me. I was immediately connected to a guy named Chris in the service department. I told him what was going on and how I had been treated at #napeltonishorrible . He just chuckled and said "can you bring it to us tomorrow morning? We're aware of this update issue, We'll get you taken care of." The next day I showed up at 8am at Wallace. They took down my information and Chris told me " this is going to take some time so we're going to give you a loaner and we'll call you when it's all fixed. Wow! They called me later that afternoon and said they had to order me a new radio system and it would take a couple of weeks. They told me I could come back that afternoon or the next day to pick up my truck until the new radio came in. A few weeks later chris called and said my new radio was in and scheduled me to come back in . They had me come in first thing so they could do it right away and I wouldn't be stuck there all day. Within an hour and a half it was done ! They had me go to the cashiers desk to check out. When I did , they gave me the paper work and my keys and thanked me for coming to Wallace Chrysler Dodge! There was absolutely no charge at all! Wallace Chrysler Dodge is amazing and the epitome of EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE! He walked me through every step of the purchase, and answered all my questions. I used the USAA car buying service, but even without this their prices are very competive compared to other dealers. Even after the papers were signed, he took 30mins to walk me through all the ins and out of the vehicle, even appeased my photo op moment with the beast of a new vehicle I got!
