    New car.

    We bought a car from Wallace Kia Stuart and Donald was the salesman. He was an excellent salesman. He could answer any questions I had concerning the car. He was patient and kind. Go get yourself a Kia from Donald. You won't regret it.

    My new KIA I bought elsewhere

    Very poor sales tactics. I'm disappointed in how this dealership is ran. They tell you one thing and it changes the next day. I would not recommend Pictured is my new Kia I bought from Kia Vero beach

    The salesman and the finance guy at Wallace Kia were terrible. They were not fair or straight forward with my nephew when he came to buy a car. The price they ended up offering was the exact sticker price plus $2000 financed for the balance of the vehicle they were trading. When I told them my nephew couldn't afford the vehicle at this time they told me we had 30 days to make a decision or they would have to run his credit again but as long as we came back in those 30 days they wouldn't have to. Side note, we went to car max instead and they gave us $1000 toward the trade in. I don't feel comfortable with this company and would never recommend this place to anyone I know, nor would I go there myself. The picture below shows how they ran the credit three days in a row despite their "30 day" promise.

    This dealership advertised a Kia Soul 2.0 liter engine, White, for $22,370 with a $500 customer cash discount. During the test drive I confirmed with the salesperson (Matthew) that the price of the vehicle was $22,370 and potentially less with dealer discounts such as the $500 advertised. Once back in the showroom, after the test drive, Matthew informed me that the price of the vehicle, with "market condition adjustment" was 31,730. I told him this was clearly a bait and switch tactic and is an illegal business practice. He went on to describe business conditions in which the dealership had to charge more than the sticker price and that the sticker price is just a "suggested Price" subject to change. He took some time to discuss with his manager that I was only willing to pay the posted (sticker on the car and price posted on the dealership website) and came back saying that the manager could not sell me the car for the posted price of $22,370. I told him I was not paying nearly $9,000 more than the sticker price for the car and told him I planned to report this to the Attorney General of Florida (I filed a complaint today 2/14/22 with the office of Ashley Moody - Attorney General for FL). I left the dealership when it was evident that they were not going to honor the price posted on the car. Additionally - while I was waiting for Matthew to return from his "talk" with his manager - I completed a request for a quote using the dealer website. I received a call immediately from a woman named "Summer". She aked me when I would come in to look at the car and I told her I could be there in 15 minutes. She confirmed that the price of the car was $22, 370, and that the $500 discount would bring the price of the car down to $21,870. She also mentioned that there is more "room for negotiation of the price once you are at the dealership". I hope that the Florida Attorney General takes action on this matter - but in the meantime - buyers beware. This is an illegal business practice and quite frankly it is shocking that this is taking place in 2022!! Really bummer too - because I really wanted to purchase the car.

Atlantic told me they tested the battery several times and could not find a problem but would exchange for a new one if it would make me feel more comfortable. They performed that service at no charge, much appreciated! I will repeat my experience thus far with Atlantic Tire is, they are very honest and would certainly recommend them.

    Extremely Short tempered!! Car was only in the lot for 8 days. All belongings Ransacked by the…read morecompany in their lot obviously looking for valuable items. Car Battery was purposely drained to force a jump start leaving the lot. as it's an Audi it's impossible to drain the battery from lights being left on once the car is off and keys walk away from the vehicle. I checked the vehicle in the lot the night of towing and no lights were on. Gas tank was syphoned completely empty. It arrived in the lot with a full tank. And they put "auction on all the vehicles right away" ready to make money and steal your vehicle asap. They would not give a receipt when towing was paid for. Charged an extra fee for getting the vehicle out at 12:00 noon on a Saturday claiming it's after hours fee. Spoke to the dispatch to notify the company they have criminal activity in their lot under their own employees watch a they were only out to protect their own kind as aggression and excuses escalated. Do not use them. It's a racketeering company the police use to carry out dark agendas.
