I would never ever recommend this car dealership. The linance guy has a very hard time telling the truth and they will change the terms of the loan after you have taken the car home and signed all of the paperwork. The general manager does not return calls. One of the salesman I dealt with is your typical salesman then the other salesman was super nice but has no control over the deal. My comments only have to do with the service department, as I have never attempted to buy a car there. The service advisor was friendly and available. He got my car in quickly with an appointment I had made. My issue is, I knew my car needed a valve cover gasket. When the mechanic evaluated, he agreed and I had them install the gasket. When I brought the car in, and when the mechanic drove the car into the service area, the check engine light was NOT on. After the gasket work, they pull the car around for me, and I get in. The check engine light is on! The mechanic certainly should have seen this while finishing my car and driving it out front. I immediately showed the advisor the light, and he had a tech take a quick look. After 2 minutes the light was off. I assume he just reset it. Next day, the light is on again. I take it back and they say the MAP sensor is bad, and it costs $490 to fix. First, that's a lot for a MAP sensor. Second, it was fine when they put the car in the shop, and already bad when they drove it around front for me? The mechanic must have damaged it when removing the various parts to replace the gasket. I explained I have an issue with paying for something that was fine when I took it in, and bad when they finished, as well as paying twice what it should actually cost. They didn't budge so I took my car and will have it fixed elsewhere. I already have a quote from a licensed reputable mechanic who will replace the sensor for half the cost. Needless to say, I have no faith in their technicians who delivered a car with a check light on and am unhappy with a department that would not work with me even a little on this issue. I traded in my lease and do not have the vehicle anymore. The vehicle according to the dealership has been passed inspection report and put up for auction. I purchased a new lease and now being charged for BOTH cars my new lease and my previous lease (that I do not own anymore) it has been two months and I'm still being charge. I called corporate and they said, "the dealership did not send them the inspection report, so they kept charging me." I called the dealership Kia Wallace in Stuart and they said on " 6/5/2020 they sent in inspection report and the car went up for auction. They sent full payment on 5/25/2020, but corporate reflects a payment on 7/20/2020 which was the day i went into the dealership to complain about this. So did they pay it off yesterday? Over Two Months later? Now, I out a little over 700+ dollars on a car I do not own and was the responsibility of the dealership to pay off. I was charged on 6/17/2020 and again a couple days ago. I DO NOT OWN OR LEASE THIS CAR. How is this the consumer problem? Why isn't anyone stepping out there way to help? Why is corporate and the dealership NOT communicating? I called corporate 2x's and spend over an hour on wait times for ZERO resolution. I spoke with Jimmy the sales manager last night and he was the 1st person to give me actual dates and facts. It's upsetting because Manny on your sales team was GREAT and so was your sales manager, but this miscommunication with finance department and corporate is insane and makes me never want to purchase another Kia again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Daniel Salvivar, the supposed used car sales manager, is terrible. I had my PAID OFF 2016 Kia Soul! brought to their dealership for diagnostics. Turns out that my engine blew due to a malfunctioned recalled part. Kia put out a "product enhancement" notice at some point and since I have moved multiple times since I bought my car and did not get the notice, its my fault (Nice loophole Kia) They want to charge me $8k to put a new engine in a car that would be barely worth $9500 in good condition. I told them no way and I just wanted to sell it. Daniel called me and offered me a price and told me, in his own words, that the car doesn't really interest him. I have called FOUR separate times now to reach him so that I can complete the sale. No call back and apparently no one else at the dealership is capable of completing the sale? He told me the car didn't interest him and he has clearly shown through his actions, or lack therof, that I as a human being don't interest him either. Make the extra drive to Bev Smith in Ft Pierce. They were beyond nice, attentive, and helpful. Wallace Kia should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and "Captain Mo"...total skeezeball. Added my number to his SMS marketing thread. Really?? We appreciated his assistance and concern that we should be no less than completely satisfied with our purchase. Bought a used Forte for a reasonable price. Except for a sales manager with an attitude, only one key, missing inner fender liner (manager did not want to discuss replacement), and that the battery lasted only 4 days, it could have been as good as the other three Wallace purchases we had previously made. Mark, the finance agent, was thorough and did an excellent job with the his part of the deal. Might be a while, if ever, before we consider Wallace for another car. read more

The absolute worst. I had a confirmed appointment to look at a car with a salesman named Mo, who was the most arrogant salesperson I have ever met. He greeted me and told me that he was with customers dealing with an insurance problem. He later came back and was rude and told me that I was interrupting him! He then said he knew nothing about the appointment! You would think he would check his schedule every shift. He talked about his divorce which I wasn't interested in, I was there to purchase a vehicle. I then asked him to see the sales manager that confirmed the appointment and he told me he was in a the bathroom! I walked over to 3 gentleman one who turned out to be the General Manager. This salesperson should have been terminated as I sold cars myself. At the very end I was presented the Carfax papers and the car I was interested turned out to have had an accident which lowers the value of the car when you try to sell it. I do not recommend this dealership and I also had a poor experience with Wallace Hyundai. read more

I just purchased a 2023 Sportage SX yesterday from Patrick at Wallace Kia in Stuart. I had a 2021 Kia K5 unfortunately was in a bad wreck and it was totaled and I purchased a car in March 2021. With the way the market is right now it is not a buyers market. There will be market adjustments on your vehicle. They are not going to sell it for MSRP because there are manufacturing, allocations, and shortages of vehicles. I am in the HVAC business and we are having the same exact problem. So you have to expect that there's gonna be a market adjustment on the vehicle and it's going to be over the MSRP. Patrick was straightforward with us right at the beginning told me what it was going to be a market adjustment. Of course I wasn't thrilled about it but I needed a vehicle and they really work to get my payment as close to what I needed it at. They only had maybe 5 new vehicles on the lot at the time. That is beyond their control. But everything from working with Patrick, finance, the general manager etc at Wallace Kia it was an exceptional experience. I originally purchased my K5 at the Kia in Vero beach which is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life from purchasing the vehicle to servicing the vehicle. So if I can give you any advice stay away from Kia in Vero beach because your market adjustment will be three times of what it is compared to Wallace Kia. These are standup guys and there was no pressure the entire buying experience. It was a pleasure if you can imagine that lol. read more

After having our USED vehicle for almost an entire month we received a call from the company stating that we did not provide our proof of income which was not true we provided it to the finance dept while we were sitting at their desk and we have email evidence of so. They wanted us to come back in and rework the deal stating that our payment would go up if we did so because it had been a month to which we told them to refund our $500 down payment and come get the vehicle since they failed to submit all of the necessary info to the bank in a timely manner. They agreed to refund our down payment in full and pick up the car from our home since we live about an hour and a half away. The car was then picked up by our salesman (Rocque who had no fault in this matter, he was a really great salesman) After they had the car back in their possession we called several times to no avail and left several voicemails regarding the refund. No one would return our calls until a MONTH later when the GM Rich finally reached back out to me being extremely rude and is now refusing to refund our $500 deposit on our vehicle stating that the condition in which the car came back to them was bad (I live on a dirt road the car was only dirty no damage) and that there were miles on the car (I also live over an HOUR away & technically never owned the car due to their lack of work in the finance dept) he refused to have someone above him contact me and stated that he used to be a cop (obviously not a good one) moral of the story they failed to submit the necessary information to the bank in a timely manner and made errors in their finance dept which caused this entire issue. I have contacted a civil attorney on this case as well as the department of motor vehicles, the attorney generals office, and Better Business Bureau. The saddest part about this situation is the dealership itself gets a bad wrap due to bad employees, those said employees being Rich and Marc the so-called managers. I HIGHLY recommend the salesmen but the Sales Mangers and the General Manager do not care at all about their customers nor their jobs apparently. Please head this warning if you are contemplating using this dealership. read more

The worst sales experience I have ever had buying a car. We were there when the doors opened. We had everything needed to make it a smooth transaction. We had payoffs, insurance information, between the two of us salaries of $15k a month and a minimum of $8000 down payment with over a 700 credit score. Over 2 hours later we still did not know if we were putting deals together. The entire time listening to angry rock and roll music in the showroom. We couldn't take the delay or the music any longer so we left. The sales manager came out in the parking lot trying to save the deals. He said it's not that easy. We made it very clear from the beginning that all we needed was payment information which after over 2 hours we weren't close to getting. The prior day my wife found a car there she liked. They pressured her to test drive it so much that she finally said if that's a deal breaker then no deal. Something that should have been so easy turned into wasting a large part of our day. Mark the finance guy at Wallance Kia will say just about anything to close the deal on a vehicle sale. 3 free oil changes were promised when my Girlfriend bought a car from them. They agreed to transfer some of those oil changes to her other vehicle. She went into see Mark and Jim the sales manager to make an appointment to have the oil changed on her other vehicle and they told her to bring it in the next day. That next day when I happened to bring in the car, They would not honer there agreement. She was lied to straight faced by Mark who by the way does not return phone calls. The sales manager Jim stated that the oil changes are not transferable after we were told they would transfer them. After reading the other reviews seems like people had similar issues with Mark the finance manager. read more

Disappointed never again. I brought my new 2018 Kia Stinger with only 5,800 miles in to Wallace Kia in Stuart for it's first service oil change. I also informed the service department that I had an issue with my front braking system. The braking issue is that when I apply the brakes the steering wheel shakes violently, the higher the speed the worst the steering wheel would shake. After a test drive the service advisor brought me back to the service area where my car was up on the high lift. He showed me a ding on the inside sidewall of the front passenger tire and a blemish on the inside of the rim. Made be a small rock may have caused it I don't know however, nothing major as far as I could tell. I also told the advisor I know I had not hit anything major because I would remember it I had also I am the only one who drives my car and again it only has 5,000 plus miles on it.. His conclusion was that he thinks it is the tires. My response was the tires only have 5,000 miles on it he then when back to the ding on the inside sidewall saying that could be the reason. He also said it could be the rotor, He said that I could have the rotors resurfaced (I would have to pay for this) or trimmed down I don't remember his exact terminology. But in my mind I am saying why would I have this done to rotors that only have 5,000 miles on them should they not last longer than that. At this point it was clear the dealership was not going to take ownership of this problem and where trying to convince me that I had done something to the car. I asked to to speak with the sales manager because I bought the car from them just months before. I spoke with the sales and service managers and got the same song and dance, they where not going to stand by this product even thought it only had 5,000 plus mile on it. They let me leave without being able to tell me what would solve the problem or how much it would cost. This is the worst feeling; I have this new luxury car that rides awfully. As a customer I was left feeling these people could care less; forget the fact this is my third Kia car purchase. I feel as if this company could care less if I bought another car from them or told a Thousand people how poorly they operated their business. SAD I am disappointed but never again. This was the worst experience of my life. I made an appointment &drove 50 miles to to walk into a dealership to be ignored. . I stood at the desk. No one available . I understand it was busy but someone should be available to greet you. I finally got a salesman attention as he passed me . He was very friendly, Bradley I think that was his name. The guy with the dreadlocks , he ask me to have a seat & someone would be with me . B/C He actually was working with someone .. However he was the only person to acknowledge me. the manager James passed by looking directly at me , but never asking if I needed help . Although he went around speaking and laughing to everyone else sitting at their tables ,already being assisted . After about 35 minutes I decided to say Hi! ,to James. and actually got him to stop a speak to me. He would have never acknowledged me otherwise. He said, oh we are we busy and he had to actually help the customer. The only thing that could have made the busyness worth the wait is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The salesman appeared to be stressed and very unpleasant. Except for the young man Bradley. He finally came back and he was shocked to see that I hadn't been helped. 'He said No-one helped you yet?!', told him no one ever acknowledged me since I arrived , except for you! he apologized . As he talked with me . James finally notices me ( sarcasm )he came behind Bradley and pat him on his back . I let both of them know how disappointing this has been . James says to me , "I was coming now to assist you ". I told him I decline the disrespect of not acknowledging your customers and blatantly ignoring me . I CANNOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE!. I drove 50 miles back home and called Ed MORSE dealership as I was on the highway, they were waiting for me when I arrived! smiling! best experience ever. i was helped in lees than the minutes it took me to park .I purchased my 2021 there. I set off to buy a vehicle here. I came in pre-virus. Spoke to a great salesman and sales manager and explained that I wanted to buy a vehicle and decided to wait until after the virus. Subsequently I decided to purchase a new vehicle as everything started to open. I Came back and had a great experience with the salesman, I sat down with the salesman and his manager ask for a review of my credit prior to making any decisions on the vehicle. After selecting a vehicle and then agreeing to a price with the salesman. the sales manager. and the general manager, when it came down to the finance man he ended up switch and bait. The price went up $27 a month. Plus I had to come up with an additional $500 to purchase the vehicle. When I asked why I was given a quote of 6% and then the deal came out at 8.9% he told me it was already done and there was nothing I could do.
