    I just purchased a 2024 Bronco Sport and my experience could not have been better! I was immediately greeted by Sarah and felt comfortable instantly. We had a brief chat about what I was interested in seeing/test driving, and off we went. She discussed different models/options/upgrades and determined which fit my exact needs. Once I'd made up my mind on the vehicle I was interested in, the rest of the process was seamless and simplified. Each department walked me through every step and was both professional and personable. I recommend this location to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle!

    They can do better ... brought my vehicle in for scheduled service on Monday 10/02/23) at 08:13am and here it is Tuesday 10/03/23 @ 12:20 in the afternoon , and the dealership has yet to touch/inspect my vehicle - proof in the photo attached - it's their app. Why schedule service if you're not going to be able to perform service. If your excuse is the app doesn't work , why use it? These are management issues plain and simple

    I should have looked at the reviews first . I called and said my current lease was up and they showed a special on the website 399. For a f150 hybrid . and they said they had the special and said stop by that night . Mind you a 45 min drive . I didn't even change from work. I get there . They show me the truck the. They come back with the payment. It was double the special . I asked the girl we're is the special you told me about over the phone . I was told they didn't have that truck. I was so frustrated at that point I told them they were wrong for making me think they had that special and drive 45 min . That's not customer service. That's about as sleazy as it gets . You go ahead and buy at your risk . I wouldn't.

    I leave this review as an ASE & Ford certified technician of 34 years. It's what I do for a living everyday so I know what I'm talking about. Definitely don't recommend going here for service. Brought my truck in for 3 simple warranty repairs. They clearly didn't look at my truck for these concerns. They said the truck had no problem. It has power to the trailer lights all the time. It has a coolant leak and discolored coolant. And an exhaust rattle. 3 simple thing to verify and they said they couldn't. I picked the truck up it has a scratch in the passenger door my dash cam is unplugged my seats (both front seats) are all the way forward I not anyone could get in. I return to my shop where I proceed to make a video on me testing the trailer connector and it shows .3 volts. I also show a picture of the discolored coolant and a video of the rattle and a picture of the scratch and sent to Parker at Essential Ford who ignore for 20 days till I left a google review and called the BBB. Then I received a call from a Rob who left a message with no last name just to call Rob. So when I call the dealership they have multiple Robs which didn't surprise me at this point. Once the correct Rob was located he proceeded to tell me my truck isn't under warranty. As I said I worked for ford till 2022 so I called got the part numbers and called my Ford warranty and they said both part number I gave them were covered. Then I call Rob back and call him out on this and it was then he told me he doesn't wanna work on my truck. I guess he didn't like the fact I did his technicians job. So now I'm left with a damaged truck and the 3 concerns I brought my truck in for. Rob was more concerned that I left a 1 star google review than fixing the mess this dealership made. I contacted the news will see what happens. I definitely recommend you don't go here for service.

    Bait and switch with their pricing. Vehicle listed at 68k on their website and wanted 75k once we arrived. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. The first day he arrived his truck leaked a lot of oil all over my driveway and I spent an hour cleaning it. Unfortunately a total waste of time and money. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. This response was totally unacceptable and to blame me for this lack of professionalism is just plain wrong! See the dates and fotos. This truck is a 140k truck with some needs to I wanted addressed. It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! This of you that have been scammed and strung along by a mechanic will understand!!!! See the screenshot with cancellations and change dates. This was chronic cancellations and changes. I missed work one day. In fact, I even gave him my code to the garage to accommodate him. But, too much is too much. I couldn't justify paying him for constantly uncertainty. I can do this all day. Let me start by the metadata claim.... These are screen shots take the day of this posting genius....look at the dates in the chat. The parts you said I choose cheaper parts of lower quality ... see the new screen shots where you told me to purchase the specific parts and I did. You have disgraced yourself and lied and it's here in black and white with your chat. Also, pay attention to the dates that you told me to purchase and my response was I got them. You say you had no role which parts I purchased which is an absolute falsehood! It's in black and white. I have the chats here that you directed me to purchase certain items and I did! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. See it in the screenshot You're deceit and lack of candor this will only make you look even more unprofessional. Keep editing, I'll keep posting the truth. I'm awaiting for an apology. BTW - having a couple friends make 5 star reviews the day I call you out isn't fooling anyone. They can see the dates and the lack of activity on their accounts. You had 2, 5 star ratings and nothing ore when I hired you... should have been the red flag to stay away.     I used to go to "H", then "FS", but they never listened to me, because I'm female. I found this…read moreplace, family owned and close to me, I'm so glad I did, I explained to the nice younger gentleman this issue I have had for years about my windshield wiper pump breaking every 4-6 months which is not normal. I asked "H" for two years, "FS" for four years, to check the wiring and mounts for loose wire/unit. None of them did, they just replaced it, never even checked the unit, wiring or mounting screws. Each time they charged me (H) 125.00, (FS) 175.00, to " replace" it. However, at Paradise, He listened to me then ran right out there, said I was right the mounting screws were lose, there was nothing wrong with the pump. screws were loose, causing the site to be loose, He tightened it in minutes, I only go there now. They are respectful, honest, fairly priced and I know I'm helping a family, not a corporation. Win win.
