Every customer except one was happy. 1 out of 13 are fantastic odds. You won't please everyone all the time. After experiencing what happened to me, I have to side with All Florida on the one negative rating they received. They didn't deserve one star I will tell you that. When I first spoke to Mike he was extremely helpful in making my decision. Both Mike and Jen were very courteous. Upon walking into their business I was greeted like an old friend. Both were wearing masks. A very clean waiting room, TV, and water. My tint was installed in a reasonably good time. I was told that in a day the tint will look better than at that moment. Within 1 day it looked perfect. The next day I was out n about and while sitting at a light on a bright sunny day, I noticed a line going directly across the tint. It looked as though I was looking through a window with a seem in it. Two different views. I called Jen and was told to come on Monday. They looked at it and apologized up one side down the other. They got me right in and replace the tint on the one window. While I was waiting, Mike came out with a huge piece of tint. He showed me the crease it was on the whole roll. The particular tint I chose they don't use often. I was the last customer that bought it, so they didn't realize it was damaged. Don't be worried by one person being un-happy. I can tell you first had they handled my problem with ease. I love doing business with a company like this.
