Roger arrived on time as scheduled, brought all the necessary equipment to install the new and remove the old A/C unit. I was especially impressed with his lift unit that made the trips up and down from the roof safe and protected the RV from any damage. The service was done quickly and Roger answered any questions I had. They gave an estimate and have an easy process to review and accept that and financing is also available for folks who may need that. I paid him for the batteries he told me he ordered, received and installed; He was not able to repair the water line problem even though he replaced the water pump which may not have been necessary. He fixed the water tank - I think - but I never filled it again since there was no need to. He replaced the inverter but that, too, could have been unnecessary since there were not new batteries. He never installed new batteries but told me he had. Like a fool I paid him before seeing the receipts. I have attempted to get refunds from him but he is non-compliant. Don't trust this man. I'm very disappointed that I did.

We waited 2 months believing the back order, covid delays, shipment tracking problems, weather, illness, etc. excuses. Decided to check with the factory only to discover that our AC unit was available! In fact, Dometic stated it was never on back order. Hired another RV repair guy- AC was ordered and installed within ONE WEEK. Why the run around and excuses? Just be honest and tell us you don't want or don't have time for our $2500. job! We trusted you at your word. Also, we believe the minimum $150. service call is a bit pricey. Other RV repair guy charged $85. and rolled it into the job. We strongly do not recommend RV Mobile Solutions.

There's a lot of construction going on and a trailer that hauls in equipment parked at the empty site next to us when there is a whole row of empty rv sites. Our grill looks like it's been through WW2. And has no propane in it. People take their big dogs to the dog park and don't clean up after them. On the plus side the pool is nice. Most of the rv sites are big rig friendly. The town of Jensen Beach is quaint and within walking distance. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this place. They charge 3,400.00 a month for a rv site! At this price I would expect a lot more than what is offered. Like walking distance to the beach!

I talked with Nancy several times before our arrival and who was always very friendly. She called me with my site number before we arrived so we could pull directly to our RV spot. There are two restaurants within easy walking distance. The causeway to the beach is one block away. The park is very simple, gravel/sand drives. Florida grass spaces with a concrete pad. No picnic table. very basic. We did not use any of the restrooms/showers. The park is close to a train track but after a day or two we didn't really notice them. We had a space on the road with a view of the Indian River. We loved it and will diffidently return again.

After the incident, Bill Reily then approached me and asked me who I thought might have done it. I simply said that " all the evidence points to you Bill ". He then directly shut off my electricity illegally and gave me three days to vacate. I am a 66 year old disabled veteran, all my credentials, certificates, diploma's military documents etc. of a lifetime (not the money) are gone FOREVERMORE.
