Our story: It was Sunday afternoon, we planned on leaving Monday, when suddenly we discovered an electrical problem that would prevent us from traveling. We weren't having any luck with getting a tech to help us out when we found John's business from googling "RV Repair." Fingers crossed, we called. In no time John was at our home and immediately diagnosed the mix-ups with fuses, power, and the battery. He could have told us it was something much more complicated and expensive we would not have known the difference. Polite, intelligent and just a total pleasure to do business with. He even followed up with a phone call later to make sure all was well. Without reservation, we highly recommend Johns RV Repair to everyone!

I would be real careful with these guys. Had them do repair and instal a new roof due to collision…read moredamage. That was an insurance job. great work on the roof. As soon as we got the camper back a leak was found, presumably related to the roof repair. Brought camper back and they said it was a leak on the back window and they fixed it. Again, right after leak was still there. Diagnosed it ourselves and found seal on back window was where leak was coming from (sent them a video of where the leak was coming from and where the water was going). Brought camper back again and was told they replaced the window seal and it was fixed. Once again, the leak was still there. Finally, i got the time to tear it apart myself. It was clear they did not remove the window nor did they replace the seal. I could tell this based on the condition of the "new seal" as well as the lack of any marks on the hardware around the window. We paid several hundred dollars for work that was never done. If I felt I could prove it before a judge I would have sued them, but it wasn't worth my time.
