Was sloppy when painting new metal that was installed got it all over my diamond plate So this is a response into Jupiter trailer and hitch you did not tell me your labor rate I asked you as I was paying the bill You didn't request to clean the mess of your overspray because you didn't know about it until I posted it and I shouldn't have to bring my trailer back for something that should have never happened. And lastly yes I did know that you might have to cut out some metal but it has nothing to do with the price jump in the beginning when I brought my trailer to you and you actually inspected it and gave me the first price and then jump that up a few hours later when I called you on the phone all everything that I wrote is true facts not trying to bash your place that's why I gave you a three stars and not just one. read more

Mike is absolutely awesome. I stumbled upon this place a couple of months ago when I needed a hitch installed on my jeep I had already purchased a hitch I pulled in. They did it right on the spot while I waited! Went back a couple weeks later for a couple other things with no problem whatsoever and finally they're putting power steps on my brand new jeep!! No Excuse. Totally dropped the ball not once but twice.Unreliable! Had an 8:00 appointment to have a Trailer Hitch installed on March 23,18. $100. deposit had been collected when appointment was made earlier that week. Arrived for the scheduled installation and asked to see the Hitch that was being installed Mike the owner suddenly starts looking around the shop and says he didn't get the correct part. He apologized said he would make it right and rescheduled the appointment to March 30,18 at 8:00 am. This time I called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm he had the appropriate hitch and he assured me he did. I arrived this morning for installation. You guessed it. He didn't have the Hitch!!! Ridiculous. read more

I just had a hitch installed on my 2019 Volvo XC60 and Mike, the owner, did an outstanding job. And my gosh he was quick and thorough... within 45 minutes!! For a a Volvo, the rear bumper has to be removed, disconnect the wiring, install the hitch, reconnect the wiring and reinstall the bumper. He then took the time to show me how the new hitch worked with my bike rack. I highly recommend this business!!! read more

I had to drive to Jupiter last minute to help my mother move after the changed the closing date on her house. I had my class B RV but it did not have a hitch. I really needed to at least have a cargo hitched for the move and then to take the items she could not keep with her, back to Atlanta with me. I dropped the van off on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Thursday. GREAT! Thursday comes and no phone call. I had told the owner, Mike, that I was a nurse and NEEDED to be back to Atlanta for work on Monday. On Thursday I decided he probably needed an extra day-perhaps the part was delayed. Friday comes and I call every 30 min and no answer. I waited until my mother returned so I could use her car to go to the shop (around 1pm). MIKE WAS GONE FOR THE DAY!! There was an employee there who advised me he was "not allowed to answer the phone" and that Mike had left for the day around noon (informing me this was typical). This place is not open on Saturday so basically, no hitch for me to to carry my mothers treasures back to Atlanta. Instead of getting a hitch from a local business (I always support local), I had to pay for storage AND rent a truck to move the items!! TOTALLY DROPPED THE BALL! I hated to call U-Haul but I did and they didn't have a hitch install appointment for 6 days. read more

I would have given them 5 stars for the cost and amount of time it took them to put on my hitch and wiring harness. Then I discovered that they gouged and cracked my back interior where my seat releases are in the back cargo area trying to put the panels back on after running the harness. This was in my less than 3 month old $35k car. If you don't know how to do something, leave it alone, and if you break something man up and tell the customer that is paying you to do a service that you screwed up. read more

Got my boat trailer brakes replaced here. Rotors, calipers, and hubs. I noticed the new brake pads were loose and had free room to move around inside the caliper and rubbing against the new rotors causing uneven wear. I brought the trailer back the next day and mike took a look at it for all about 5 minutes to tell me I'm good and pointed at the uneven wear on the rotors and said it's working fine. I've changed the brakes on my vehicle plenty of times so I know what I'm looking for. I've never seen the brake pads just flopping around between the caliper and rotor. The brake fluid reservoir wasn't even touched as I had to use a lot of force with a wrench to remove it as if it was the first time it's ever been removed. There were no bite marks on the cap from the wrench previously to me removing the cap so I know it was never touched to ensure proper bleeding of the brake lines. $1400 for shiny new parts that don't even work. read more
