They actually invited me back in the bay before starting the job and showed me right where the issue was, and explained exactly how he was going to fix it, then showed me the repair after it was all done. I didn't want to take the tire off due to being a right leg amputee and I really wasn't feeling up to doing all that, although I am able to (lazy). I spoke to the receptionist girl in the office and the owner Dave walked in and asked me where the car was located. I had it right out front of the shop and he jumped right on it and plugged the tire for me. Great service and great attitude there, I will be taking my business going forward. Dave is a really nice guy and when you go there make sure to check out all the family photos they have posted in the office lobby.

While the "shop supplies" fee was a bit excessive in my opinion (I'm used to that being like $10 at my old repair shop or like 1.5-2% of the repair cost) at least the billing is clear and straightforward. I've seen other shops add lots of random fees, disposal, hazardous waste, facility fees, etc...
