I haven't modified a vehicle since I was in college. Travis at CTM was really helpful in showing me what might look good, giving me a bunch of options and everything came out incredible. They did great work lifting 3.5" and cutting to make the new Fuel wheels and 33" tires fit on my 2014 Tacoma. They also installed upgraded LED headlights, exhaust and cold air intake. Drop off and pick up was easily arranged and they were very flexible to my schedule. I'll definitely be back for more mods in the future, this is pretty addicting! read more

Purchased new tires best price I found in town , had all 4 tires replaced no problems with that , developed a vibration in less than 600 miles called made an appt to get it checked , dropped off for the day they said I had a bent wheel but didn't catch it when replacing the tires , so I had to pay to rebalance , when picking up read what the tech wrote down , said that front end work is needed and all tires where out and needed weight , also bent wheel , also they said they put 3 miles on the truck they did not so they could care less to see if the vibration was fixed , after driving it myself the rebalanced fixed it , so I am guessing the wheel isn't bent either , wondering why I had to pay to rebalance my tires that were not done properly to begin with ? It's a matter of time they are out of business with extreme moving down the street ! read more

I brought my 2020 Silverado 2500 there the first time for a custom exhaust tailpipe, I made an appt and they took me promptly even though I was over 45 minutes late, Travis made it happen. That was my first positive experience. Just a week later I had some front end issues that required some major front end work, pitman arm, Idler arm and wheel bearings, they worked on it all day and past 5PM to do the alignment as Joe knew I had to drive back to NY...again they made it happen. If you're looking for a great shop with great mechanics especially if you're really into trucks or whatever, this is the place. I will always have them do my work from this point on. Thanks to Brian and Justin at CTM Customs for some work they recently did on my '55 Ford F100. To include: Installed "correctly sized" seat belts, replaced faulty tach and sender unit, replaced/relocated a bad horn, removed my faulty Guard Dawg ignition / installed a key ignition switch, resolved some brake line issues and determined (after extensive interaction with Lokar) that Lokar has an engineering problem with my shifter. Brought my 2019 F250 here to get my light bars and rock lights working, they took 10 days to do the minor repairs, charged me 1000$ and my subwoofers that were working perfectly fine when I dropped it off, weren't working when I picked it up and they refused to fix it without trying to charge me more money to fix what they broke. Excellent service! I'm very happy with the front end rebuild CTM Customs did on my high milage F150 4x4. This is my second front end rebuild and I was very impressed that the cost was very close to what I paid another shop about 5 years ago (with a 1 year warranty). CTM Customs use better quality parts with a lifetime parts warranty, so I won't have to worry about anything but labor in the future. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
