Even though she had already taken the other clothes needing repairs to the tailor for the day, she offered to run my pants over to them so she and I could speak with them together. The tailor said I could get my pants from them Monday, and Alexis offered to pick them up so they would be ready at Starcrest with the other things I dropped off today. I felt like my needs were anticipated and I received a level of customer assistance that was above and beyond.
