They are typically closed one or two (random) days per week. I don't really care to drive over here, only to find them closed when they're supposed to be open. Also, they recently raised prices AND shortened cycle times on the big washers. I used to pay about $5 for long/hot cycle with pre-wash and extra rinse that lasted about 50 minutes. New price is about $9 and duration has dropped to 27 minutes with same options selected. The guy that owns this place has no idea how to run a business. Today was my last (attempted) visit.

I had this blouse, for example, with ruffles that needed to be ironed in a specific way in order to look proper and the shirty itself had gold speckles throughout. I was so nervous giving it to them worried that the sold speckled would get damaged in the cleaning. I really don't know how they did it, but that shirt came back to me clean, well ironed, and with the gold speckles intact. I recently moved to a different city and I just had my first dry cleaning experience here and it just pales compared to Starcrest. They are really professionals.

When that didn't work she said they could take the coat back and clean it again, and because that didn't work (I was moving out of state before they'd be done with it, also 0% trust) said she could not refund the $15 they charged me, but the manager could at the other location across town. When I took it there, turns out the manager is only present from 7-9am. Took my coat to another cleaner and was told that what had likely happened was Concord Cleaners had dryed it with something fuzzy and it was best to just buy a defuzzing comb and try to fix it myself. Would never recommend this cleaner to anyone.

They also did not accept my competitors coupons even though their website says they do. After I paid $95 (should have been $85! and if they had accepted my coupon, only $75) to get my three comforters cleaned I was given my change back in CHANGE literally. A handful of quarters, nickels and dimes. I will never use this drycleaner again! Best of all-one of my comforters was shoved in the bag all wrinkled, no semblance of a fold :(

Though not obvious, there was a small portion of stain on my shirt, and there were even more pills on my jacket after their dry clean. Furthermore, the thread in my jacket's cuff was even torn off. The shirt and the jacket are both Burberry Prorsum, which costed more than $2,000 when I bought them, and hence I didn't even bother arguing, as I was fully aware that it had been far more than the compensation they might be able to provide. In short, do not ever go to this cleaner.
