Alexis called the out-of-house tailor to see what could be done. Even though she had already taken the other clothes needing repairs to the tailor for the day, she offered to run my pants over to them so she and I could speak with them together. The tailor said I could get my pants from them Monday, and Alexis offered to pick them up so they would be ready at Starcrest with the other things I dropped off today. I felt like my needs were anticipated and I received a level of customer assistance that was above and beyond. I've always had a pleasant experience bringing my clothes to this location, and today really took the cake. Thank you Aaron and Alexis!

After unsuccessfully lint rolling it repeatedly I took my coat back to the cleaners where the woman behind the desk looked at me like I was an idiot and pulled out a lint roller. When that didn't work she said they could take the coat back and clean it again, and because that didn't work (I was moving out of state before they'd be done with it, also 0% trust) said she could not refund the $15 they charged me, but the manager could at the other location across town. When I took it there, turns out the manager is only present from 7-9am. Took my coat to another cleaner and was told that what had likely happened was Concord Cleaners had dryed it with something fuzzy and it was best to just buy a defuzzing comb and try to fix it myself. Would never recommend this cleaner to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS DIRTY PLACE! The washers smell like mold really bad. I dumped a whole big capful of…read morelaundry soap in each little machine which is twice the recommended. And they still smelled dirty when it was finished. I didnt see my clothes soap up at all. I told the nice girl that works there. She called the owner, and he said it needs more soap and not their fault. I had to run them again and it's expensive at $4.50 per smallest load. I came with a full bottle of soap, and now its empty because i dumped 2.5 big capfuls of soap in each load. One load still isnt soaping up much. My family and I are never coming back here to waste our money. Half the dryers and a few washers are out of order too. Find another place that appreciates your business And my clothes still smell dirty after a whole bottle of laundry soap and 2 washes. Their machines are dirty, stinky, and obviously don't even work And then... the dryers even burnt my dryer sheets! My beenie is burnt. And the dryer doors dont even close all the way, just flop around the whole time. And you can see how dirty they are inside through the mesh.. i cant believe i let my clothes roll around in there. If you have any self respect, go somewhere else that will actually clean your clothes. Worst laundry experience I've ever had in there And since I can't comment back, George no I'm never wasting money in there ever again. Sure the floors are clean. But I don't wash my clothes on the floor. Your machines are dirty and stinky and dont dispense the soap on the clothes. I cant even smell the dots i put in there, and i put a huge amount after the first failed wash. The dryers are even dirtier. Im sorry but you havent maintained the equipment. I wish you luck with your business but no my family and i deserve a million times better. Or mark machines that are broken because mine obviously were, and the owner said its because lack of soap lol. Shouldnt need a gallon of soap to do 2 loads unless your machines shouldnt be taking peoples hard earned money. Just spent $25 on 2 loads. And they still stink. And my beenie is burnt along with the dryer sheets.. never seen such a thing. Lets see how much things shrunk. Im going somewhere else. Best of luck, hope you fix your machines and can stay in business
