Alexis called the out-of-house tailor to see what could be done. Even though she had already taken the other clothes needing repairs to the tailor for the day, she offered to run my pants over to them so she and I could speak with them together. The tailor said I could get my pants from them Monday, and Alexis offered to pick them up so they would be ready at Starcrest with the other things I dropped off today. I felt like my needs were anticipated and I received a level of customer assistance that was above and beyond. I've always had a pleasant experience bringing my clothes to this location, and today really took the cake. Thank you Aaron and Alexis!

Though not obvious, there was a small portion of stain on my shirt, and there were even more pills on my jacket after their dry clean. Furthermore, the thread in my jacket's cuff was even torn off. The shirt and the jacket are both Burberry Prorsum, which costed more than $2,000 when I bought them, and hence I didn't even bother arguing, as I was fully aware that it had been far more than the compensation they might be able to provide. In short, do not ever go to this cleaner.

I have used this place for large items: drop cloths, comforters, etc…read more They have a sign with hours on it, but the hours are meaningless. They are typically closed one or two (random) days per week. I don't really care to drive over here, only to find them closed when they're supposed to be open. Also, they recently raised prices AND shortened cycle times on the big washers. I used to pay about $5 for long/hot cycle with pre-wash and extra rinse that lasted about 50 minutes. New price is about $9 and duration has dropped to 27 minutes with same options selected. The guy that owns this place has no idea how to run a business. Today was my last (attempted) visit.

From their efficient $1.25 wash, dry, and fold service to the variety of sized appliances for coin-operated washers, R&R's laundry truly goes above and beyond. One aspect that really stood out to me was their affordable $1.25 wash, dry, and fold service. Not only is this price extremely competitive in the market, but the quality of service provided exceeded my expectations. My clothes came back fresh, clean, neatly folded - it was like having a personal laundry assistant! Another great feature offered by R&R's laundry is their wide range of appliance sizes for coin-operated washers. Whether you have a small load or a large one, they have machines suited for every need. This flexibility made doing my laundry quick and hassle-free. But what truly sets R&R's laundry apart from other laundromats is their complimentary pick-up and delivery service for local customers. This added convenience eliminates the need to take time out of your busy schedule to drop off or collect your clothes at the facility. Overall, I highly recommend R&R's laundry to anyone in search of top-notch laundering services with added convenience features. Their $1.25 wash, dry, and fold service ensures exceptional value for money while their variety of sized appliances caters to all load sizes effectively. And with free pick-up and delivery available for local customers? It doesn't get much better than that!
