We popped into this Starbucks on our way from San Diego to Phoenix and we were blown away by how excellent their staff was. I believe it was Elena (dark hair and braids) who took our order and she was so patient as our kids kept changing what they wanted. Then, she took the time to talk to the kids and ask how our trip was. The barista who made our drinks was also incredibly personable. I would go to the Starbucks by Taco Bell instead, they make the coffees really bland here. If you're gonna spend $8+ make it count.

This location is the worst at making their drinks. It's always watered down and over filled with milk. Employees need better training and the girl with a pixie haircut is terrible at listening to what the customers want. I would definitely drive out to a further location when I'm in town to get better service. read more

This place is super busy but seriously need's management. The trash is overflowing and the restrooms are filthy . Makes you wonder if they keep anything clean in the food area. Come on guys it really looks looks like you don't care at all. read more

I stopped by here in the evening. The staff - which consisted of only one person was working fast and furious to keep up with our order. Since there was four of us in line. The Starbucks is located inside Fry's grocery store. The store and seating area for Starbucks is clean. They have a nice TV to watch. (most Starbucks don't have a TV) There were leather like chairs to sit down at. All arranged to accommodate a group of people if necessary since they were grouped in one area and facing each other. There were tables to sit and eat your food or drink. This was the only Starbucks that we came across while driving on the 8 from Phoenix area. Strange...I am a city girl and used to having a Starbucks within a five mile radius of me! LOL This took us several hours to reach on our road trip. The stop was worth it and refreshing! read more

Terrible. She made my first drink with 2% when I asked for half and half. She threw it out with a bad attitude. Then the second drink she let the shot go bad and sit for over 2 minutes. After she made three other drinks. The shots she poured were BLACK and stale. I would have just wanted my money back and left the drink or had her make it correctly but I waited so long on a road trip I just said screw it, took the drink and left. Use to love this Starbucks out of the 6 locations here in Yuma. But after today's experience I don't know if I'll be back. I ordered a frappe and two croissants. There was no other customers behind me and the drive thru was not busy. I received my drink quickly but I literally watched 3 employees walk by the croissants as they on the counter multiple times. When I told them I needed to go and to just cancel it the guy (not sure his name) told me "I'll go get them right now it'll take the same amount of time as me refunding you." I said ok...fine but I'd like to speak to your manager. Summer, who said she was the manager asked what I she could do for me. When I expressed my concern she said they were real busy (mind you one other customer walked in after me). When I said I just want a refund she got an attitude and snatched the 2 croissants. Worst customer service by a Starbucks employee I've ever received. And I've been to hundreds of Starbucks from all over the country. read more

I always have a wonderful experience when I come to this location! Staff are always courteous

The good: there is tons of seating with power outlets at nearly every seat, makes for a great place to work on your laptop, the wifi is decent, although you can't send outgoing mail from outlook and such. The bad: extremely slow service, they don't hire the best of the best at this location. The TV is exceptionally loud on a horrible annoying channel, bring your earbuds and be prepared to crank the tunes loud! Around lunch time be prepared to be overwhelmed by the smells of bad Chinese food that frys serves, gross. read more

Servers indifferent and unfriendly . Inability to warm food. Poor selection of food. We were told that we could warm our own pastries in a nearby microwave. When we opened the microwave it was so nasty and smelly that we were reluctant to use it. read more

It was clean and the coffee was good. We ordered food which was the 1st ever ordering food from a Starbucks. IT was ok. The egg white, spinach, feta cheese wrap. The girl had to check if they even had any. The prices were comparable to every other Starbucks I have ever been too. The food more over priced than it should be, but that is Starbucks. They would probably sell more food items if the prices came down some. read more

This Starbucks is a hit and miss it's very clean promotes good hygiene and brings a good soft sanity to your mind as you enjoy a cup of coffee now hit and miss like I said because sometimes they get your order right on the money but sometimes it goes a horribly astray. Sometimes they act like they just can't hear or really don't care to hear or they're just thinking about something else. Average Starbucks. So nice to have a Starbucks inside Frys! They don't have every menu item that a freestanding Starbucks does but that is to be expected. The only negative is that they are terribly understaffed. In the height of snowbird season the line is so long and the poor employees work as fast as they can but I usually end up skipping getting a drink. read more
