The coffee was watered down. Is that classic Dunkin' Donuts coffee? Seriously plz tell me, because this was my first Dunkin's coffee experience. The service... that's what needs improvement. Terrible service! I ordered a small coffee with cream and a donut. I got coffee without cream and no donut.

I couldn't NOT give this Dunkin a review after seeing that the average rating was only 2 stars. That's crazy to me! I've gotten coffee here at least 10 times, and I order food with my coffee probably half of the time. I've never once been disappointed in my coffee. It's been fresh and delicious every time. (Have you guys had the blueberry flavor shot in your coffee?! It's a game changer. Do it.) I will say, if you're picky about always getting the same amount of milk/cream in your coffee, they are not consistent with it. Sometimes my 3 creams is more like 5 creams, other times it's more like 2 creams. But I'm not picky so it's never bothered me. I have been here occasionally when food items from the menu are not available, but then again there seems to be shortages of things nationwide these days so that probably isn't this Dunkin's fault honestly. I usually go through the drive through for the convenience factor, but the couple of times I've been inside the restaurant it was clean. The staff is always friendly, I'll continue coming here in the future for sure! read more

On the way back from the Foothills, a quick stopover here was in hand...we ordered a dozen various donuts, hash browns and vanilla bean and minute maid orange coolattas. I was pleasantly surprised with the hash browns, tasty... like they were cooked along with bacon; crunchy and toasted just right. Besides the obvious brain freezes, both coolattas were refreshingly delicious...the orange juice one had most of the flavor at the bottom of the drink, though. The donut I had (called Cupid's Choice) was decent but I kept thinking the Candy-Cane donut they made at Christmas tasted better by a long shot. A clean and inviting dining area, with attentive workers. Worth the stop...or drive-thru. read more

The Yuma Foothills store has the most inept and unfriendly staff I think I've ever come across!! We have a group of us that, during the summer, would come in every Wednesday. There wasn't one visit where we didn't deal with wrong orders or an employee who just seemed to be hating their job! We stopped going and found another business to frequent. Today, four of us decided to give Dunkin' another try. It will be our last!! I ordered via the app. I went into the restaurant as our group intended to sit in the lobby area and chat for awhile. Only half of my order was ready and waiting in the walk-in pickup order location. When I inquired about the grilled cheese that wasn't yet ready, I presented the receipt that had been attached to my coffee to JOCELYN. She gave me the impression that I was bothering her. She just stared at me for a moment and made no effort to look at my receipt. She then informed me that they would get to it. I went and sat down and 3 other customers ordered and received their items. Keep in mind, the employees would set the items in the pick up area but say not a word as to who the order was for. So, each customer was having to check the receipt to see if the item was theirs! After the 3 customers had gotten their items, I returned to the counter where I saw a bag waiting for pickup. I stood there waiting for JOCELYN to acknowledge that I was there. She DID NOT!! She was wiping the counter near where the bag sat right in front of me and then turned her back to me and continued to wipe things down. When she turned around, she still did not speak to me!! I finally asked if it was possible that the bag on the counter was mine. JOCELYN again stared at me but finally said "No, that's for someone else." She proceeded to tell me her coworker was getting to it and that they have been real busy and only had the two of them trying to do everything. I went and sat down again. When my sandwich was finally ready, one of the employees set it down on the counter, walked away and again, said nothing to inform me that it was ready. Luckily, someone in our group saw my order before it sat there too long. In the meantime, 3 additional employees showed up. The lobby had been in a bit of disarray since our arrival, and yet, after having been there for an hour, not one of the 5 employees made an effort to clean the lobby area. It's unfortunate that none of the employees seems to enjoy coming to work and being pleasant to the customers! After several disappointing visits, your Yuma Foothills Dunkin' has now lost 11 customers. read more

Just walked out, didn't even get to place an order. I stood at the counter for over two minutes and was not even acknowledged. A simple " we will be right with you" would of gone a long way. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try anything on the menu. I just experienced an unprofessional employee who's name I sent in a formal complaint. The lights in the building and in the drive through were all on at this location and it looked open. We went through the drive through and didn't have anyone come through the speaker to take our order. After a few minutes, we moved forward to the window to see if maybe we had to place our order there. Since all of the lights were on both inside and outside, we saw the employee walking back and forth and speaking on the phone. We waved her down and at one moment she saw us, but looked away to avoid us. It was so weird. If the store was closed she could have just let us know. But she just refused to look that way. In the meantime, a car pulled up behind us and waited at the part of the drive through to place their order too. I pulled around to the front thinking maybe we needed to order inside. The door was open. I peaked my head in and announced myself (I didn't want to barge in if it was closed) and the employee said that the store was closed. I let her know that in the future, she could have just let us know.. and that we saw her when she saw us. I also let her know that she should probably let the people in the drive through know that the store is closed because they were probably confused also. She replied with "I didn't notice you because I was busy closing up". There was no apology for ignoring us. There were no signs on the doors or the drive though that said it was closed, otherwise I would have drove on past. I'm just a disappointed Cstomer. read more

Great to have Dunkin Donuts in Yuma. For all you coffee lovers, THE PLACE FOR COFFEE is in town. Dunkin Donuts makes good coffee in comparison to Starbucks. This location is below average for Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is great as always (this is why everyone raves about DD). The donut selection is small, but is about the same as most modern DDs. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. Highly suggest the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! Service seams to be good. I went here this morning super excited to get the pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich because a couple of weeks ago I tried it for the first time at the Dunkin on 16th Street and 4th Ave. Much to my surprise the experiences couldn't have been more different. I was expecting this wonderful sandwich like the first time and I got this burnt sandwich that I couldn't even finish. Passing through Yuma a few days ago, I stopped off here for some iced coffee and a snack with my kids. Their huge sign was helpful in navigating off the freeway. This location has a larger seating area than most of the Dunkin Donuts I have visited but otherwise is pretty standard. I think the chain shines best with their coffee these days. I got iced coffee and it was the best of any chain at the best price as well. I like that they seem able to add the right amount of milk and sugar to the mix for me. The donuts were a little below average. I think I've become spoiled by my neighborhood donut shop and I didn't finish my apple fritter here. Of course my kids, happily (greedily) finished their own and mine as well with much glee and enjoyment. read more

I think this franchise forgot their primary product as indicated in their name. After the much anticipated opening, I was surprised to walk in and find only two, small columns of donuts for sale. Where are the rest of them! Can you believe they did not have any coconut variety donut at all at this location! Not the basic coconut or the toasted coconut. This location has much space but put little consideration to its use for a wide span variety of donuts. They should now call themselves, "Dunkin' Everything Else", because donuts have now taken a back seat for this company. We had to spend too much time even finding a donut selection on the drive-thru menu. "Hey, Dunkin' Donuts???...if I want your coffee, I'll buy it at the grocery store with the coupons I get in the Sunday paper! Go back to selling donuts." I will not return. read more
