I know Yuma has a 61% hispanic population so I would hate to chalk this all up to racism but the lady who took our order was so rude, gave us no greeting, had an attitude and refused to answer questions about the pastries she was literally selling? I asked if the cheese inside the almond pastry was a sweet cheese and she said "i dont know ive never had cheese" like what? youve never had cheese? you cant speak on the pastry you're selling? ambiance was wack.... there was a lot of geriatric white folks with american flag shirts watching me eat my mediocre cinnamon roll... oh yeah and the pastries were bad too :) read more

Great!! Good service and donuts are fantastic! But more than donuts-- cookies, pies, cakes, too!!!

The donuts are fantastic! Super soft and fluffy, absolutely fresh. Their ham, egg, and cheese on their croissant is sooooo good. The cheese pull was crazy. Super sweet staff and such a cute shop. read more

Fillings come straight from big Food service tubs and while the items in the case look awesome the flavors are predominantly preservatives. The fruit bars are the ONLY item worth buying here. How can a CreamPuff fresh from the case be tough? Nasty! And the chocolate on top is Nothing out of the ordinary. It appears to be the same wimpy dark brown mix of artificial flavors they put on their donuts. It's so easy to make a great Chocolate frosting or Ganache from scratch. Does Goldsboro make anything with out premixed short cuts? The cookies are the worst! Just because we in Yuma have gotten used to what they sell here doesn't mean it's high quality! We don't expect much from Fry's... but everything In their bakery department there beats Goldsboro read more

The ladies at the counter are always so cheerful and welcoming. We enjoy coming to Goldsboro Bakery! The food is good, sometimes we treat ourselves to an Apple Fritter, they are delicious! Hope to make a return trip next winter. read more

Unfortunately they are not the same quality as past years. I was given the totally wrong flavor and fruit for my 1/4 sheet cake. And to be honest it was the ugliest gnome ever. I was embarrassed but my friends were sweet. And it cost over 50$. Never again. Such a shame. read more

this bakery has absolutely phenomenally delicious goods! duuul-li-cious! katrina greeted us with a smile. i've been coming to yuma for years and i can't believe i didn't find this place till now. so i'm putting it out there how delicious this place really is. everyone come and try you will not be dissatisfied! they have breakfast. they have donuts. they have turnovers. they have day olds which are really fresh even a day later. read more

Very first time here, my dad is a regular tho. Very good. One of the top glazed donuts I've had.

I had a very poor experience at Goldsboro recently. I was accused of leaving without paying a $17 bill. I had in fact paid $20 as I tipped. When I came in a couple days later the server claimed I hadn't paid my bill on the prior visit. She did this in front of other customers . I started to explain I had in fact given her $20 on a $17 dollar bill but got a bit irritated when she started rolling her eyes and involving others! This should have been handled differently and by a manager. In fact I just put down another $17 and left! Obviously that was a matter that should have been handled differently, and only by a mgr after auditing the cash for that day which would have shown they were't short that amount. I will not go back, and will never recommend this business! read more

The staff is very friendly and the bread is perfect. The other items on the menu also look great.

Recently moved to Yuma and found this gem. Goldsboro donuts are bomb! The best ones are the whipped cream filled donuts, but they sell out around 11am. They had a special today, $8 for a dozen from the donut case which included cinnamon roles & sticky buns. Service was amazing the first time around, today was so-so. Only donuts I wouldn't recommend from here are the maple bars/donuts, they just taste like powdered sugar. Everything else is delicious. Best donut joint in Yuma! read more

As if Goldsboro needs yet another glowing review. They have earned "Best Bakery" so many countless times. Let's just bear in mind that their doughnuts and cinnamon rolls, and their bread, are simply good to the last bite. But here I am--just raving about all the goodness that is Goldsboro's. I'm wondering if many people actually knew of or have tried the breakfast and lunch specials. Today, I think I just ate one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! It was seasoned perfectly. There was the perfect ratio of meats to eggs to cheese, wrapped in a big flour tortilla. Their specials are definitely well worth your 5-6 bucks. The staff is amazing! They are polite, friendly, not over the top. I think there was a time it wasn't so...it seems that the move to the new place some years ago gave the owners and staff a fresh outlook in life There's definitely some young and fresh faces--a welcome change. For the better. read more

So everyone should know their kitchen closes at 2pm... but they're open to 6pm. Anyways, whoever helped me was very unpleasant. Seemed like she really didn't want to be there & was discourteous towards me and my daughter. I was unaware their kitchen closed at 2pm, so I'm purchased croissants. I paid w my debit card & was charged .50 added to my total and she proceeded to show me their sign about their surcharge on the side of the display case like Vanna White. How about putting that sign in view like on the register. Nickeled & dimed every where folks. They lost a returning customer and word of mouth is the best advertisement. read more

A colleague of mine brought donuts to the clinic and I was amazed by the texture and taste. I highly recommend going to them if you're in town. Me wife and I actually prefer them over donut corral. Their glazed donuts are perfectly frosted. Customer service is amazing. 2 dozen donuts roughly cost 26.00 with tax. Definitely worth it read more

Friendly service. Wide array of donut choices, breakfast sandwiches, and really delicious

Nice proper bread baked here not full of sugar and preservatives. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and kind.

Outstanding donuts and open nice and early. friendly owner too. Fused us up for a nice hike at some old mines.

turned out to be the most scrumptious cake with delicious frosting. thank you Goldsboro Bakery.

They have a decent breakfast also. I have been in here for a burrito and today a omelette. The burrito was hot and tasty. The omelette was hot with gooey cheese oozing out as I cut it. They give you a donut with breakfast. Service is good. read more

My experience at Goldsboro Bakery was great. The staff were very friendly. It was around noon, and I just wanted to take home a few donuts for family that would be driving in from Phoenix later. Since it was noon, they gave me a discount on a dozen. I was going to get plain glazed, and they recommended that I try some of their specialty donuts. I got the donuts home, and OH MY GOSH! If these are the "discounted" donuts, I can't imagine how delicious fresh ones are. I highly recommend the buttermilk donut. Their apple fritters were good, and my son loved the chocolate covered sprinkle donuts. The donuts are good enough to make the trip up to Goldsboro Bakery. Couple that delicious donut with great, friendly staff, and you have a winner! read more

ALWAYS come here when in Yuma. Much nicer since they moved to a new location across the street from their old location. When we first discovered they had vacated the old location, we stood around staring at their old door like a kid whose parents have moved out while he was at the movies. Then we became aware of the faint sound of someone yelling... it was employees across the street madly waving their arms to get our attention that they had moved... across the street. That's when we noticed the BIG flag fluttering in the breeze, announcing their new location... across the street. LOL how embarrassing. We were like turkeys who could not find the food bowl after it had been moved a foot away. Guess we weren't the only ones... Great doughnuts when fresh (if we can get our butts up that early) and even better with a discount a few hours later. read more

My experience with Goldsboro was excellent. I live in San Diego but most of my husband's family is in Yuma and Texas, so we were having our baby shower in Yuma. I was stressed about a bakery since I'm not familiar with bakeries in Yuma, but I decided to give Goldsboro a call and they were extremely helpful. The girl over the phone (I forgot her name, Michelle I think) was very helpful and let me pay by card over the phone. She also had me send in a copy of my baby shower invitation so they could match the design on the cake. The cake came out so cute!! And it was yummy--vanilla chocolate chip. It was a big cake but my guests ate most of it b/c was so good. The price was also very reasonable. Thanks Goldsboro! read more

We were visiting the Imperial Sand Dunes and needed a birthday cake. Drove into Yuma and found this place. They only had a couple of cakes in the case, but none were white cakes like the birthday boy had requested. They frosted one up really quick and they even gave me a package of candles at no charge. The cake was moist and flavorful, and the service was great. Didn't get a chance to try the donuts or other lunch items, but the prices looked great. read more

Dropped in to get 1 dozen donuts. The maple bars and donuts were a very pale beige. After eating them, I'd say they needed alot more maple in that frosting. Apple fritters were good but doughy in the middle. Loved the glazed twist and the lemon and raspberry filled donuts. The frosting for the chocolate was just ok. Donuts were fresh and soft. read more
