This place was cool. It's the first time I've ever had ice cream rolls. It's sort of a bit gimmicky but I kinda like the gimmick. They have a lot of flavor and texture combos. They offer a few dairy free options. My kids got some interesting flavors. My son got a Dubai chocolate themed one and my daughter got a chocolate brownie one. Had that late night ice cream craving and hit up Parad-Ice Rolls. It's tucked back in a strip mall, but easy to find. The service was great, the place is clean and there are a variety of ice cream options. I went with the Biscoff Cookie Butter which was really good! Topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Amazing ice cream rolls!! I come to Yuma for work every so often and I just discovered this. I wanted some ice cream and this place popped up. I love rolled ice cream! Although I wanted to try their menu, I wanted to have fun with their create your own. I got vanilla base (don't call me basic... ), mix biscoff cookie, teddy graham&oreo&reeses topping with caramel drizzle. Place is clean and looks family - owned and ran. The rolling allows for the ice cream to be fluffier, enhancing the taste. As for me the Mazapan is by far my favorite. Mazapan is a Mexican candy made of peanuts. Mazapan is infused in the ice cream and then a crumbs are place on top, I always get extra. Now, foe those of you that enjoy a little spice in your snacks. After waiting forty five minutes for our order to be done, we enjoyed eating the best ice cream in town! Owing to the fact it was the 4th of July weekend, and we arrived there at 8:20 pm, the place was packed. I highly recommend the mango ice cream with sweet sticky rice topping! I was going to mention that three people handling the orders did not appear to be sufficient staffing, and it did strike me as dysorganized (hence the long wait for our order to be done, and having our order skipped by the girls at the counter didn't help). My daughter loves rolled ice cream places and searched for one while we were traveling for Yuma. I'm so glad she did because this place is a gem!! They have some amazing flavors. I got milk tea with marzipan, mochi and marshmallows. My daughters got chocolate with Nutella mixed in, topped with mango, mochi and marshmallow. And the other one got Açaí with strawberry mixed in, topped with granola, mochi and Oreo crumbs with a honey drizzle. All were delicious. We were staying next door and walked by this place and wondered just what an ice cream roll was. I walked by the next day and looked in the window and looked over the menu and the pictures of the treats offered. After dinner we had to give it a try. So here's the deal. They have really large anti-griddles (very cold freezing metal surfaces) on which they pour a measured amount of liquid ice cream base. Depending on your choice of dish they may also drop in some add-in items. As the mixture starts to freeze they work it around and chop up any extras. They then spread the mixture in a very thin layer and after it freezes for a few seconds scrape it up into rolls. The rolls are stacked end on in a dish and toppings and the like are applied. Fun to watch! Most of their set dishes are Oriental or Mexican in flavor profile, though they also have gringo favorites like cookies and cream. You can also create your own custom creations from the available ingredients. We tried the Hong Kong White Milk Tea rolls. Tea ice cream base, lychee, condensed milk, and tubular cookies. Really interesting flavors with some nice textural contrasts. Cool place well worth a visit. read more

Came here when in Yuma for a family gathering, and one of the days we were in town had a hankering for ice cream. The ice cream here is really good, and I liked seeing them put it all together and make rolls out of it. Even my seven month old daughter was entertained. Unfortunately, I don't live exactly close to Yuma, so I don't think I will get many chances to go to this establishment, but whenever I do end up there, I will definitely consider coming here again. read more

The older lady was so incredibly rude. I was her very first customer of the day. I actually waited outside for them to open. I'm so disappointed because this was my first and now my last visit. We tried this place for the first time today and got the mango ice cream with sticky rice, coconut cream and condensed milk! It was fresh and rich as expected. After reading other reviews we do have to agree that 7+ dollars for thin rolled iced cream is pricey. I think that their location is prime and extremely expensive. Unfortunately space where they lease I think is more for big name chains and not independent businesses. They're taking a huge risk opening an Asian inspired ice cream place in a Yuma. I'm positive the owners are aware that they should have gotten a much smaller place and maybe not such a prime location. If your product is good people will find out about you. I also think that their menu is too large and they should scale it down and focus on great quality, lower inventory,faster service and a more affordable location. This place is great and they're doing their best so we hope they do well. We want to give 5 stars but taking a family of 4 out you're looking at $30.00 so we had to give one less star. read more
