Wanted to order the Gotta Have it with three flavors (like I always do) and girl said I'm only allowed two. I asked if I could pay extra for another and she had snippy attitude and said no. I'm from out of the state and decided to stop by due to the hot weather. I had ordered vanilla ice cream with the Golden and Black Oreo cookie crushed in it. I asked for the medium size. No joke, when I got my ice cream I had to reassure it was the one I wanted. And as the girl told me yes, she rolled her eyes. I told her I didn't see any Oreos, just plain vanilla. I asked her if it was possible to give me crushed Oreos on the side and she just stared at me like if she didn't know what I was asking for. While I was waiting, the manager I'm guessing came up to me and told me it wasn't possible to give me crushed Oreos. And she asked the girl what was going on, and the girl whispered something and they both just stared at me in a frustrated manner. I told her I wasn't satisfied because it didn't have Oreos. She charged me a $1 for an extra Oreo crushed. It's not about the price at all, but I used to work in customer service and whatever the customer wanted I would give. It's not that hard to crush an Oreo. The employees are so immature I swear and the fact that the manager tags along their behavior is so unprofessional. $15 for two double scoop cups definitely weren't worth it. read more
