I mobile ordered ahead of time but honestly could have just walked up to order and they probably would have been done pretty close to the same time since they are so fast and efficient. Ordered a drink to pick up in store. Had to wait a while for the drink and then asked the baristas as he handed us the drink for a cup of iced water, he said nothing walked away and grabbed an order sticker and went on his way. He never said a word, so we just left. I understand when customers have been rude all day, but when you're in costumer service you should be nice to nice customers. read more

I've gone through the drive through many times driving back and forth between Tucson and Orange County California. Today I went inside and there was lots of good vibes here. A thank you from a veterans group and a cute mural of pets. Clean restrooms and the place was busy at 10:00am. Those orders got delivered quickly. The Yuma Foothills location is a very busy Starbucks. I visit on a daily bases bur sadly, this particular store has always been plagued with low product inventory, and frequent mistakes. You need to carefully look at your order when you receive it, especially through the drive up to ensure that you got everything you paid for. For some reason, they really struggle with oatmeal. they just don't understand the concept and therefore it's either no water at all or its overflowing onto your car seat. Now I have to pay someone to clean my $4500 custom car seat. I miss the days when Starbucks used to make their coffee with real coffee beans in a steamer. Nowadays, it's just a glorified overpriced vending machine. I was shopping there for convenience, but this will likely be my last visit. I come here periodically and most every time it is full of employees that are terse or outright unfriendly. In some cases you can see it is a person in a bad mood trying to force friendliness. My go-to Starbucks when I am making my frequent trips between Tucson and San Diego. It is sort of half way and good for re-caffeination. Service is solid, not too slow. Good staff, friendly and quick each time I have visited. Bathrooms are clean for the most part. read more

Seems like every time we stop in to grab a quick cup of coffee and/or some breakfast food, we wind up waiting FOREVER - we order ahead, using the app, and we still end up waiting well past the time the app says our order will be ready. Sometimes, part of the order is missing, so that makes the wait longer. They do produce consist results, with regards to food and beverages. Stopped for a quick coffee pick up while on the way home to San Diego. I was very shocked to see how FILTHY this place was. From entering and seeing an OVERFLOWING trash can. It was at 4PM no evident rush hour, or busy time as we were the only ones in the store. Staff behind counter was plus 4. I informed one of the staff members about their overflowing trash can and he proceeded to let another staff know. As I waited and walked around could not help notice the dust on merchandise, trash on water bin, smeared glass counter windows. The service is always good, everyone is always nice. My problem is inconsistency. My husband and I get cold brews at least 3-4 times a week with sugar free vanilla because we're diabetic and this is the only sugar free option. But 9 times out of 10 we've spent $15 on drinks we have to throw away because it tastes awful. It's an incredible waste of money and we both are working so we can't go back and get it fixed. If it was once in a while it wouldn't be a big deal but consistently we are throwing away drinks that are made wrong, missing things or the coffee just tastes burnt. I understand the labor shortages and things going on in the world but I am essentially throwing money in the trash and it's becoming so common now I feel the need to say something. read more

I promise this has been a long time coming. Ever since they closed the other location that had easy access off I-8 and this opened, the service has been very, very slow. I travel through here about every 5 weeks and have stopped to get coffee and breakfast every time....I have "tried" to get coffee on SEVERAL occasions and walked out. The last time I was here in line, the person in front of me looked back, seeking validation that they should continue to wait to be helped...I walked out as I had seen this wait many times before. Today, I tried something different, I ordered using the mobile app, 25 minutes prior. When I arrived there was no Tall Blonde cup of coffee sitting in the Mobile Order area. I asked and the one woman had no idea what I was talking about and offered to make me one. I was planning on it being a little cooler by the time I ordered it 25 minutes ago since I'm just wanting a quick wi-fi. I went to the cash register and talked to Abigail whom is also this shift supervisor. She was making my pour-over at that time. Time ordered 3:02pm, time on sticker 3:12pm, time it was starting to be made, 3:27pm....25 minutes from the time I ordered. Abigail explained the process to the best of her ability since the App read "prepare time 2-5 minutes"....25 minutes later, it's being made. I have been a long time, Gold Card member...ha ya, throwing that out, sounds funny but I travel a ton and spend a lot of $ at Starbucks ( ha ya, throwing that one out too....I'm sounding like "that guy" lol) If you go to Starbucks regularly and are passing through Yuma, I KNOW there is a huge chance that YOU will experience the slowest, un-accommodating Starbucks in the system. Abigail didn't seem to care much that I had many long waits for the staff to acknowledge customers standing at the register, or that today's visit was the last straw. I did give her the chance to "do the right thing" before I wrote this review, which she knew I offered to do......from now on, on my way back through, I try to grab a cup and wifi- I'll pay the $2.50 to use their wifi....but I guess I'll just come in and not order anything next time and use their free wi-fi. read more

Worst Starbucks for mobile ordering! They are so unorganized and can NEVER get an order out correctly. Missing items and they do not start making your order till you inquire about it... why not just order at the counter then???? I was heading back with my mom from Los Algodones and we had made a 1 day trip to bring a birthday gift to a family friend and we were both exhausted wanting a strong coffee. So I looked up to see where it was found both inside fry's and this. I am glad i came to this one the barista Lydia was amazing!! Love her personality very bubbly!! And i asked for a picture of her which she agreed to. I am the one to just keep quiet whether it's good or not good service but she deserves the complimentary comment. I came here to grab coffee while heading out for a road trip. I attempted to call ahead to make sure they were open by calling ahead and they did not answer. Their hours to stay open until 9:30 PM I am here at 6 PM. When I pulled up the drive-through was shut down with the sign and no explanation there was some pressure washing thing to the side with water dripping along the sidewalk and all the rooms chairs in the dining room were put up and the lights appeared to be off but there was someone standing behind the counter it looked like it was an absolute management disaster going on I don't know what the deal is it appears this not the first time people of showing up for service saw this.
