I have been here many times. I never had to wait too long for anything, service has always been good and the employees have always been pleasant. My drinks have always been pretty accurate as well. Typical Starbucks, a bit larger than some and not so busy - at least not the miserable chaos that I have witnesses at some Los Angeles locations. read more

Ok so let me start by saying that I have spent days on the Sbucks diet. We always roll up in the drive through because "why get out?" right? So anyway, they area always nice because unlike the Scucks in OC, they have smart people working here for money, instead of idiot teenagers there for the free drinks. hehe So, the employees are always SUPER friendly, they can hear what you say over the mic, which is a plus cuz repeating yourself 5 times BEFORE you have had your daily fix is both annoying and a waste of time. They have never gotten my drink wrong, and it always tastes great! The prices are what they are, standard coffee shop prices, ya know? I really can't say enough about the employees though, and I think is has to do with the fact that they are dressed cute, they are young, fun, trendy, friendly, and don't have a chip on their shoulder like some other scucks employees I have come across. Join the Starbucks rewards program for additional discounts, promos and deals! I like to go to this Starbucks location to keep cool from the desert heat. There are water misters outside, and cool a/c inside. The baristas are very welcoming, and competent. I came inside for a boost of caffeine, & ordered salted caramel mocha & chocolate chip frappucino. We had a 40 minute wait in the drive thru and only five cars in front of us. We spent 8 Minutes waiting for our order at the window alone. We only ordered two caramel frappuccino and a large water. I feel sorry for the ten vehicles behind us. Don't go here if you are in a rush or have only a few minutes too spare... and not 40 minute plus wait time. Good luck everybody! read more

The older lady who I believe is a manager seems really rude. Makes it uncomfortable for not only the employees but the customers who can obviously hear her making the whole atmosphere uncomfortable, customers shouldn't feel bad for being here because it's busy. read more

As a daily customer to my local Starbucks, every time I have come to the Yucca Valley on a whim, has not ended pleasantly. Burnt espresso drinks. Wrong milk types and wrong drink types all together. You can hear the staff talking bad about you while they remake your incorrectly prepared drink. Staff belittles each other and is not a clean and professional environment. Would recommend McDonalds over this location. read more

Monica.....if you ever read this YOU ARE EXTREMELY TERRIBLE AND RUDE. When a customer is ordering don't cut them off and say "WERE OUT" or "NOT ENOUGH FOR YOUR DRINK" or "NOPE" also don't stand there roll your eyes and huff and puff while saying it. Try saying something like "I'm sorry...or unfortunately we are out of" that doesn't usually disappoint the customer so much and they become understanding! Also when I called in to complain your employee did in fact say your name was Monica and then all of a sudden after a brief hold "Monica no longer works here" yea I'm sure you happened to just vanish in a 3 second hold. I love this Starbucks for other respectful employees but when I see you I turn around and get a McDonald's coffee instead. read more

This Starbucks is quite busy but orders come up quickly and everyone is very helpful. The store is very narrow but has lounge seating, chairs with tables and some standalone chairs. The coffee was excellent and this store also offers stevia as a sweetener. The music in this store is far too loud, but overall the experience here was good. read more

Came to this location to stop by for a birthday drink and was helped by Allie who was the store manager so she told me. Was very rude towards helping us.we then asked her if we could have someone else help us out because we didn't appreciate how she was talking to us . She talked in a manner that she felt high and mighty upon all including customers. My wife was using her birthday reward. She clearly told us with attitude that on the app it says to tell your barista that we are using a coupon. Which it did not indicate.so We asked her if she could show us where on the app or promo it would say that. Which she proceeded with attitude and said look so you want me to finish your order or not. I said excuse me ? Then she said if you don't like my service you could leave. At this point I'm super heated and upset that Starbucks has these types of managers. So I said you know what may you have someone else come and help n finish my order. Which then she callled for mell she was friendly and kind. This Starbucks has the longest wait times I've ever sat through. I come here once a week being that I don't live out here in the sticks and I come through the drive through. I wait usually around 4-5 minutes before they even say hello on the speaker not to mention the wait through out the line and even more waiting up at the window. Usually my drink is well made, and the employees are usually somewhat friendly. That's why they get the one star! Sorry guys!! Light a fire under that tush and get the line movin'!!!! read more

I just want to start by saying that I've never had a problem with any Starbucks! Weither if it was in my home town or outside. So this kinda hurt my feelings ); I was up here to do hair and makeup for a wedding. We hadn't ate or drank anything before coming up so my assistant and I decided to get drinks before we started for it was very hot that day. When I get to the front of the line, the barista (Rebecca) was very rude, and trying to rush me through my order. I saw that they were busy so fine, I understand. So when I'm waiting for my drink, the other barista was very nice, until it came down to my drink. I ordered a Grande strawberries and creme. I noticed it was a tall (small) so I told her nice and politely that I ordered a grande, and in a very rude tone; she said "well what do you want me to do about it" I was stunned so I politely said "look, I'm not trying to rush you or tell you how to do your job, but there's too long of a line for me to wait in to get a refund, so can you please work with me" she proceeded to rip the drink out of my hands and just made me another one, I ended up leaving with a watery drink. I should've just kept my mouth shut . Well now I know not to come to this one anymore when I'm up here. read more

Went through the drive thru today and a young lady with an accent (couldn't tell if it was Scottish Irish or Australian as she didn't say much) was at the window when I pulled up. I had ordered a mocha frap and had a coupon for it and she said as I pulled up that will be 4.75 as I handed her the coupon she said in the most amazing way "ohhhhhh nevermiiiiind" . It literally made my day and have spent the rest of the day saying that. I wish I had her name but I do not. I will try to go through there again to see if I can get it. But amazing job miss keep it up. read more

Extremely busy, which would have been fine if they were organized but, very much not so. Both our drinks were wrong, but it took so long to make them that we couldn't wait for them to do them again. We waited twenty minutes for unsweetened plain tea. Then she was given sweetened passionfruit black tea. I would be more understanding of the wait on a busy day if I hadn't seen one of the batistas left the register to make her friend a drink before all of the other customers waiting forever for theirs. Someone else on our crew was given stale bread. They actually forgot two out of our five orders and we had to remind them. I don't understand why, but my average wait time for an americano here is usually 40 min. This Starbucks is really slow. Like, incredibly slow. The drive thru makes you want to die. I have been stuck in that line for over an hour before. Something is horribly wrong with this place. It is always fully staffed so I really don't understand how this happens. Some mornings I have gone to Starbucks seen the line turned around gone to Ma Rouge down the street gotten a coffee and driven past Starbucks on my way back and the same cars are still in line. We needed to pick up a large insulated container of coffee for a brunch we were sponsoring nearby. We called a week in advance from the east coast to arrange a pickup date and time and the manager, Monica, couldn't have been more helpful. She even called a couple of days in advance to be sure we were still coming, and provided us with all the cups, milk, and sweetener we could possibly need.
