Now that I am no longer welcome to our local coffee house, I have started frequenting this one to find that it is where everyone else is also going. Hmmm...it is so packed in the morning, and actually is THE best place to network in town. Service is ALWAYS prompt, accurate, and FRIENDLY. There is a welcoming nature about the staff as well as the locals that hang out here all day long. We are lucky to have a place that is so welcoming despite the fact it is "corporate"...it is locally run and locally supported, making it the place I go every morning now. Thank you for being sweet and quick to pour my drip. I know this is silly, but they always preheat my "for here" mug so the coffee won't cool too quickly. That is a nice touch. It's a hit or miss with this location. It's NOT my intention to bash the employees there as people but as employees working in the customer service industry I think some changes need to be made. I don't like that the person taking my order is not the person making my coffee, reason being is because I am very specific on what I ask for and when I get the coffee it's usually nothing close causing me to return it and ask that it be corrected. On many occasions I've returned my coffee and asked for corrections jus to get answers back from the employees such as "I added that, you want more??" Or "I put a lot, I don't think you need more." I would have to say that after paying for my coffee to be the way I want it at that high of a price I don't think I should have to hear the opinion of an employee on how I like my coffee. I think in that case "the customer is always right" and they should jus get it right the first time but if that's not the case then I don't really care to hear about how adding this or that will make my coffee taste. I would really appreciate if the employees would do as I ask with a smile on their face. What I'm asking of them isn't unreasonable and I'm not taking money out of their pockets so I think we can skip the discussion and eyes rolling when I return my coffee to get what I want. I've also watched the employees who make my coffee do nothing close to what I asked. It's frustrating because I try to stop them so they are not wasting products or time but every time I step in and correct them they give me this look of "I know what I'm doing" even though they clearly don't. read more

This review is in no way a reflection of the tasty chai latte concoction I have come to know and love from Starbucks. This review is entirely a reflection of the service I received when I stopped in to feed my addiction. First, I had to repeat my order twice to the guy at the register. Then he reached for a "hot" cup and I had to inform him yet again that I asked for a cold drink. Then when he went to get the banana bread I requested he came back with pumpkin. No biggie, quick fix, I got my banana bread. Next, I wait for my drink... For almost 10 minutes, seriously. I think it was the longest amount of time I've ever spent in a Starbucks without a drink in my hand. Then they call out my name "Shill" which is not my name, it's Jill. But whatever, I can overlook that. However, they hand me a drink that was not even close to what I requested. The barista was at least pleasant and said she'd make it over. Of course that involved more waiting... Then I realized that I was overcharged over a dollar for my drink, but at this point I was over it and couldn't fathom the idea of waiting in line to get a refund. I am definitely addicted to Starbucks, and I'm pretty sure this is the only one in this area, but I will NOT be coming back to this location. read more

Went though this Starbucks twice now once today and once a few months ago and both times there has been maybe 3-4 cars in front of me yet I've had to wait over a half hour for a coffee, not to mention they messed up my order both times I've gone there. The only reason they get two stars is because the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Other than that, the actual prepping service is horrible. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! 30 minutes for a strawberry acai and iced vanilla coffee when you order inside. Their drive-thru is a nightmare! My husband nd I went through the drive thru on our way out back to Yucaipa, Ca. From visiting family. The girls were rude at the speaker. When we got to the window straight rude ass attitude with my husband not even a friendly greet!! He asked the cashier to put creamer or give him some,she said to late she had already put some. We're were like are you serious she walks up and makes a comment to another female by the facial expressions it wasn't nice!Need I remind you it's been a long day due to it being Easter! I came in a few days ago on my way to the NICU to visit my son. It's a stressful time for me, so when I was offered a free drink as they had a new trainee practicing making frappuccinos. OMG! How can they be so slow?! Blows my mind that it takes over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru any time of the day, but early mornings are the worst. Starbucks management needs to get it together and clean house or shape these employees up to perform more efficiently.
