I've been going to the Starbucks for a couple years now and before the service was great but now for the past couple of months, maybe half a year at this point every time that I've gone and ordered a drink it's not made how i wanted it. On multiple occasions, I'm either missing syrups missing add-ons or the drink is made completely wrong. These inconsistencies are adding up overtime. At first It seemed like a simple mistake but every time that I go, there's always an issue with my drink. lately I've been asking for light ice on all of my drinks and they have been filled completely with ice even after asking for light ice multiple times and I am missing my Addons Each time that I go in. Do not! I repeat do not go to this Starbucks if you have a 3 dollar drink offer! They cannot override it, even if you show proof that you have it. We waited for so long because we had to make an effort to call Starbucks's customer service to get this to work and it took so long. I'm sorry but u do not make your customers call your own customer service to make sure the 3 dollar drink offer is valid and sit on the phone forever and give your email and Starbucks account 16 digit ID, and then get a code from customer service and walk up to the register to order in Starbucks and the worker says it's still invalid. I can accept if it's busy and the quality of service isn't at its best but when this location is slow they display the worst customer service. Most of the time it seems they're in a rush to take the order, and interrupt by continuing to ask "anything else?, anything else?" It sounds robotic and not interpersonal. I am a mental health therapist, and my faithful companion, Rocky, plays a pivotal role in providing support and comfort to students at a local high school, particularly after a tragic suicide incident on campus. He is cherished not only by the students but also by the staff and our community as a whole. In addition to his important work, Rocky enjoys Starbucks pup cups, and we have never encountered any issues or denials of service in the past. However, today was an exception. To our shock and dissatisfaction, when we visited the Starbucks in Winters, we were abruptly informed that dogs were not allowed. This left us taken aback, with no opportunity to respond adequately. Overwhelmed with emotion, I had to step outside, and my daughter handed my phone to my husband to complete our order. I was in tears, as this experience was both unexpected and deeply hurtful. While outside, I reviewed Starbucks' official website and confirmed with a friend who manages a local Starbucks that services dogs are indeed welcome at your establishments. This contrasted sharply with what we were told at your location. When I requested to speak with the manager (i left Rocky in the car w my family) to clarify the situation, she explained that it was a California law that prevented dogs Rocky from entering Starbucks. I pointed out the information on your website regarding his role and acceptance, but she insisted he was not accepted. This incident cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful start to our vacation. I want to emphasize how crucial Rocky's presence is in alleviating emotional distress, particularly given the nature of my work. I truly appreciate the work Starbucks does and the comfort it provides to countless individuals. Therefore, I am reaching out in the hope of finding a resolution to this unfortunate situation. The resolution being that the staff are well informed and it doesn't happen again. I kindly request that you review your policies and provide clear guidance to your staff to avoid such distressing encounters in the future. I initially ordered three drinks and two came out not the way I wanted, the first one I ordered was a venti Iced Expresso w/ 6 shots expresso and 5 pumps white mocha. I usually order this and it came out incredibly sweet and it was in a grande cup with no ice, when I asked where's the ice they gave me attitude saying I never asked for it iced and they proceeded to not give me ice in a venti cup. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! The customer service is always amazing and the staff are so kind and down to earth. I order many different items here and my order is always correct. There was one time I ordered an everything bagel and it dropped out of its package and onto the floor, the manager gave me another one on the house which I thought was very nice of her. I normally am not one to say things but this just left me feeling upset and I will not be going back to this location again. As she was carrying drinks over another employee by the name of Mia snatched the drinks out of her hand and told her she wasn't "doing them" right. The poor girl was in shock and mortified, as was I! Filthy! I was so happy when this Starbucks opened a few years ago, it's conveniently located for me. But I'm shocked at how dirty and gross it's gotten. You can see photos of the bathrooms and sinks in other reviews, I attached one of the FILTHY floor behind the bar. There were 7-8 employees working and they weren't all that busy but there were no napkins and obviously nobody sweeping the floor either. I've been to this location four times now and every single time I have been disappointed. It was the only Starbucks on a long stretch of highway when visiting my son in Chico. I noticed this time there is a new location in Dunnigan so we will try that one next time. I'll just speak about this visit. The bathroom didn't have any toilet paper. I waited a full minute before anyone at the register acknowledged me. When someone finally did I told her the bathroom needed toilet paper. She barely acknowledged me. I ordered two pastries that didn't need to be heated up and two drinks. My drinks were ready pretty much right away but the pastries didn't come until I asked someone about them at least 5 minutes. This location has a drive thru and it's been my experience lately that the drive thru customers are taken care of because they need to meet their metrics. The store was not understaffed. There were at least 7-8 employees behind the counter. I've been to plenty of SB where they don't have enough employees and I certainly give them grace. It's not the employees fault that they are understaffed. That wasn't the case on Saturday. Looking forward to not visiting Winters SB again. read more

Finally. At Starbucks on the southwest end of Yolo County. This Bucks is located at the corner of County Road 90 and Grant Avenue, just west of Interstate 505, in the town of Winters. The space is brand new from the ground up. It has a very modern look with polished concrete floors, to exposed duct work. Has a lofty feel and very inviting atmosphere. So far, the baristas are very friendly and attentive. For you weary travelers or people on the go, there is a drive thru. There is outdoor seating with patio umbrellas for when the weather gets toasty. I believe they also have an area for you bike travelers to conduct maintenance on your bicycle (air pump, etc)...pretty cool. So if your in need of a caffeine boost. Drive thru cashier was attempting to physically intimidate a car of customers. When asked what his name was, he violently ripped his badge off yelled his name - Anthony - and shoved the badge in the face of the customer in the back seat. Absolutely uncalled for, unless this is Starbucks new vision and way of conveying their mission. When brought to the attention of the shift supervisors (Alex and Mel) they did nothing to resolve this issue and sided with their aggressive colleague. As did the general manager, Danielle. So I don't normally do these yelp reviews but I am a diehard Starbucks coffee drinker and I'm just a little disappointed in the way these folks handled a gift card they gave me for giving me the wrong drink and long wait. I have been given these cards in the past at different locations and never once have I "owed" anything when redeeming these cards. They are given to customers when they make mistakes and is supposed to be the value of the drink they make the mistake on. I know this because a family member works at a SB in Santa Rosa Ca I first handed her the card and it showed no bal it took them a few to check it out and then told me I owed .. So I always order the exact same thing... venti drink When I have been given these cards it has always been for the value of the drink they mess up... It was little embarrassing to have to dig through my wallet to pull out change so I wouldn't have to use my bank card for such a small amount of change... Then when handing me my drink , she made an "uggghhhhh" sound quite loud, she rolled her eyes, proceeded to say she couldn't deal with helping me and needed to switch then let go of my drink mid air as I was trying to grab it. What is so appalling to me is that I didn't even have a chance to say good morning before all of this ensued. When I asked to talk to the manager( Danielle) the manager was not receptive to my concerns nor did she want to hear anything I had to say. It was bad enough to have dealt with such aggressive behavior, but then to have the manager dismiss my concerns was absolutely unacceptable! This is not the first time I hear of this type of behavior I have also heard from a local who I'll refer to just as "Mary" that this same employee, Melissa was unprofessional to Mary as well. Melissa threw Mary's order at her through the window. She also asked to speak to the manager who also did nothing about Melissa's behavior. I normally don't go to this location but I decided to go last week and very disappointed. I was helped by a cashier, Melissa, and was surprised by her lack of customer etiquette myself. She also used a condescending tone with me when I ordered and had quite the attitude when I got to the window. She tried to correct me and talked over me while ordering. When I called the store to speak to the manager the whole situation was handled poorly, I was hung up the first time. So when I called once again I asked for the district managers email, Daniele, the store manager was super rude about giving it to me.
