Stopped here while in the area for hubby to get coffee. Surprised to see they had other things there besides just coffee. Cute indoor and outdoor space. Many options to choose from. Hubby enjoyed his coffee. Service was nice but a little on the slower side from what I remember. It's in a great area with many local restaurants and shops to walk to. Unfortunately if you have a wheelchair or stroller the ramp to get inside is pretty far compared to where the entrance is located. Other than that I'll be back to try other options

After having lunch at The Preserve, my friends and I dropped by Steady Eddy's Coffee House for a quick caffeine pick-me-up before heading home. I've stopped here before and knew they usually carry prepackaged gluten-free brownies--perfect for the road. This time, I tried their special iced Horchata Macchiato. It was just okay. The flavor was mild, and since it was pre-mixed, it lacked the richness or uniqueness I was hoping for. Nothing to rave about, but it did the job. That said, I always appreciate having a spot like this in a small town--friendly vibe, good for a quick stop, and reliable for gluten-free snacks. Not necessarily a destination coffee spot, but a convenient and decent option if you're in the area.

Just a dog trying to order a coffee to go

Apparently ordering a coffee to go is too much to ask if you have a dog with you. Katie made it clear my business wasn't wanted--no explanation, no courtesy, just attitude. I wasn't trying to sit down, linger, or cause a scene, just buy a coffee. Lesson learned: some places would rather turn customers away than serve them. Plenty of better options nearby.

    Turkey bacon avocado panini

The turkey bacon avocado panini was really good, but was a little cold in the middle. The garlic mayo was delightful. Potato salad tasted like nothing at all Boyfriend got the breakfast wrap with bacon, he said "it was good " I loved the iced coffee! The music here makes me feel like I'm in One Tree Hill.

Tasty menu . Good ambience. Belly Satisfied. Kind cashiers and kitchen staff. Ordered a pastry and a breakfast wrap. They forgot my banana but it was enough portions to hold me till dinner. Prices were reasonable.

Recently have gone back to Steady Eddy's and can tell they did have better training involved! I tried one of their new monthly drinks the mocha coconut and it tasted good! The espresso shots seem to be good as well now, but I only tried an iced latte now instead of an hot latte. I have not tried out the food again, but will have to stop by sometime and try it out. This place is always busy on the weekends, so expect a little bit of a wait since everyone and including bikers want to stop by!

When you're the only coffee shop in a small town, you have ONE JOB..... And I can happily say that this place has it down! I have been working in the small town of Winters for the last month and half, and I had been looking for local places to eat. While I did find the eateries, I didn't quite look into the local coffee shop(s). Then I came across this local coffee gem and the only coffeehouse in Winters that I know of that is! Located in downtown Winters and across the street from a nice park and it's surrounded by other eateries as well. They have everything, from coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch! They have Panini's and salads. I absolutely LOVE their breakfast bowl! Soooo hearty and filling! I ordered their breakfast bowl and ended up having it for lunch, totally satisfying and filled me up! I love their ice blended coffees! The ice is just blended so smoothly and fine! Love that texture for sure, and the customer service is amazing everytime! I always call ahead since I'm coming from Sacramento, so as soon as I hit Dixon; I make that call and the girls have my order ready once I hit Winters. Winters is a very small town which is growing. When you come into this coffee shop, you will notice that all the people whether workers or customers, all know each other! And are dedicated to supporting their local businesses, thank you Steady Eddy's for living up and being that kind of business customers look forward to going to!

This coffee shop is a gem. It's located right across the brunch spot called "Putah Creek Cafe." : * Iced Mocha (9.5/10) I really liked this! It was the right amount of sweetness and I was still able to taste the expresso notes. Next time I would ask for an extra shot of expresso for more of a kick.

Early morning drive on the backroads to Lake Berryessa. On the way back, I got hungry so stopped here. They have a warm space with six tables inside and more tables outside on a wrap around porch. Overall a very mellow vibe. Good coffee (they allow refills), nice people and many breakfast options. I got the breakfast panini with turkey on sourdough. It took a little while for the food but it was yummy. It came with a small side of fruit that was a nice surprise.

Having a panini but there are lots of choices for breakfast here.

A great community coffee shop in the sweet town of Winters. Lots of bicyclists make this their meeting place - it even has several bike racks. Dog friendly on the covered porch, and people friendly with good food and customer service. Across the street from a nice park - if it is sunny. Lots of coffees and snacks, good bagel breakfast too.

We had about a 10-15 minute wait, which honestly wasn't bad considering how busy they were. The menu had a lot of great-looking options. Two friends ordered the chicken fried steak, another ordered a veggie/Mediterranean-style omelet, and I had the carnitas huevos rancheros since I'm gluten-free. Portions were generous and the food was good, though not necessarily something I'd rave about. The biggest issue during our visit was the service. Drinks and ordering started off fine, but when the food came out only two of the four meals arrived. My friend and I ended up waiting quite a while longer and had to flag someone down to check on our meals. We were told the ticket must have gotten mixed up and our food would be out shortly. By the time our dishes arrived, our other friends were basically done eating. One side order was also forgotten. To their credit, they did remove that item and gave us 50% off the delayed dishes, which we appreciated. I completely understand that busy restaurants can get hectic, but better communication and table follow-up would have made a huge difference. Overall, cute spot with decent food and good portions -- just hoping the service experience improves.

The atmosphere is really the standout feature here. The mansion itself is stunning, elegant without feeling stuffy, with ornate architecture, sweeping staircases, fireplaces, formal dining rooms, outdoor seating areas, and beautifully maintained grounds. It feels somewhere between a historic estate and a wedding venue, which makes brunch feel more like an event than just a meal. There were several seating areas throughout the mansion, and part of the fun was simply walking around and taking in the property. The brunch buffet was genuinely elevated compared to a typical hotel-style brunch. There was a wide variety of offerings and everything we tried was very good. The spread included prime rib, eggs Benedict, roasted vegetables, salads, French toast, assorted side dishes, rolls, scones, and an impressive dessert table with mousses, pastries, chocolate-covered strawberries, and other desserts that looked almost too polished to eat. The buffet struck a nice balance between breakfast and lunch options without feeling repetitive. Service was also strong. Since it's buffet-style, the staff isn't taking entrée orders, but the waitstaff did a very good job keeping drinks filled, bringing silverware, answering questions, and making guests feel comfortable. Mimosas, orange juice, and water were included with the flat brunch price, which helped the experience feel more complete and relaxed rather than transactional. The main reason this stops short of a full 5 stars is that the experience feels slightly more "special occasion venue" than fine dining destination, if that distinction makes sense. But for a Sunday brunch outing, especially with family, celebrations, or out-of-town guests, it's absolutely worth experiencing at least once. A very memorable brunch in a truly unique setting.
