The Spanish latte is DIVINE!!! Service was amazing!! Ambiance was darling!!! I'll never go to another coffee shop after getting this iced Spanish latte!!! Soooo yummy!!

This is a great addition to Vacaville. We got custom waffles with condensed milk on top and picked our toppings, I got fruit. And we enjoyed our coffees! I got a caramel iced latte. It was good! There's very limited seating inside. The workers were nice. I would go back if in the area! FYI:I was told there is no restroom!

Two ladies behind the counter were so sweet! I had the mango matcha and my daughter had matcha with vanilla foam. Both were delicious!!

I came here for the acai bowl. I like how I was able to substitute nutella instead of honey on top. I was caught off guard though because I was not expecting the acai to be frozen. I also ordered mango matcha. It was unique because the mango was not an artificial syrup. It had actual mango in it. The service was efficient. It is a tiny place with only a few tables.

Very new vibe. Quick in and out. Maybe a selfie corner or something to watch/read while waiting. Drinks match the current matcha hype. Stop by this hole in the wall with a truly refreshing matcha #mangomatcha

I didn't try any food but I did try the Spanish Latte (I think that's what it was called), 10/10 absolutely amazing. The employee that helped me handed me a menu once she realized the large tv menu on the wall was too small for me to read, very kind of her, great service. The place is so cute, tucked into a little hole in the wall type vibe, I'd absolutely go again and bring my kids next time to try a waffle or bowl!

So happy to have La Terraza Cafe open in my neighborhood recently! I stopped in late morning Saturday and they were busy! Word must be getting out about how yummy their açaí bowls are! I had a bowl with a side of peanut butter toast and my boyfriend had one of their three waffle styles. The fruit was very fresh and the bowls are a good size for the price. They also have cafe drinks and plant based milk options which is awesome for vegans like myself. I definitely recommend trying La Terraza! I will be a regular for sure!

I saw there was a new coffee shop in Vacaville recently so I decided to try it. The first time I went I didn't order any food I just ordered the iced Spanish latte. While I was waiting I could smell the waffles and it made me regret not ordering any lol. I really liked the Spanish latte and the customer service was really good too. I've only been inside that one time, but I sent my husband there twice to get me coffee and both times we tried the waffle and açaí bowl. Everything we tried tasted good and my husband also said the customer service was good and that everyone was friendly. They said they are a family owned business, which is a nice break from all the chain restaurants/corporations in Vacaville. We will definitely be back here!

    Cute picture op area.

I really wanted to give this place at least 4 stars but I have to base it off my experience. Today was hot and my go to place for a strawberry matcha was closed because the electricity was out. I remembered seeing this place so thought I'd give it a try. As I pulled up the doors were wide open and I saw one of the girls look at me as I walked in. Nobody else was there but me and well they were talking for a few minutes before someone actually came out to take my order. She did say "sorry for the wait" ok that's fine. So it has a cute interior but it was warm out and no A/C so ok I get it leave the doors open but after waiting for my order, I started getting a little sweaty waiting. I ordered my strawberry matcha which the positive was they use what seems like a fresh strawberry homemade purée so it isn't as sweet as some. They also put a lot of matcha in the drink, which is good but did leave it a little more bitter because the puree is not as sweet. I also got a croissant which wasn't fresh but tasted a day old or so. Can't complain I guess since it was $1.50 and other places are like $3-5 each. I'll def give it another shot and try some of the other item so I can hopefully raise my rating. I love to support family owned businesses so we will see how that visit goes.

Spanish Latte and the Chocolate Bowl

My first time trying this place and I will absolutely be back! The chocolate bowl was so delicious, I loved all of the fresh fruit and Nutella drizzle on the top! The Spanish Latte was a great choice as well.

I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and added cold foam and it was good. I'd like to try different flavors because it wasn't my favorite but it was good enough for me to want to come back. The service was amazing and the place was really cute and welcoming which I love! I also ordered their berry toast and it was not the best. The bread smelled old and it was a little dry but the coffee I'll definitely be coming back for!

Visited today with my family and we loved our drinks. We got a SF vanilla oat milk latte, iced matcha, and iced mocha. My latte was yummy, the espresso didn't taste burnt and it wasn't overly sweet. The mocha was good. And my mom loved her matcha, it was on the sweeter side so get 1/2 sweet if you prefer that. The cafe was quiet in the middle of the day with a decent amount of seating and a cute photo wall. They also have energy drinks to purchase in a can, and food as well which we didn't try this time. Staff were attentive and our lattes came quickly.

I got a matcha and it was soo goodddd!!! service is very helpful and welcoming! Definitely will be coming back

Sometimes I crave just meat and cheese and no veggies which they serve. They also serve a ham & egg scramble which is eggs and diced ham. The food portion sizes are also large. One can easily share a meal if you are a lite breakfast eater. The sour dough toast slices were even large as well as my croissant. I ordered BLTA croissant, which is BLT and Avocado. Thick slices of tomato, avocado, and crisp iceberg lettuce with lite mayo spread and comes with your choice of sides. I choose French fries but they have a rosemary breakfast potato I stared to get but maybe next time for sure. My fries were served hot & crispy (not hard). The size of my croissant and mountain of fries covered my entire plate. There is a wait but it is worth every minute. Service is superb. The prices are very reasonable. I also had the peach mango mimosas called Da Bomb! And it was indeed. I got a nice buzz it was cold and refreshing. And not served in a narrow flute glass for only $11. I didn't need a second glass and probably would have stumbled my way out if I had. I've been traveling between Napa and Sacramento for monthly brunches for the past five years. It's a family tradition adopted following the pandemic. Most restaurants that I choose is based on the menu items. Oh and another entrée the Heritage serves is loaded grits. This and the meat lovers omelette caught my attention. Our tab plus beverage and tax for table of two was under $45. If you are a breakfast lover and want a nice breakfast meal in a cozy cafe located in downtown Vacaville where the price is right - you don't want to miss out. There's also out door dining. I don't know the history behind this place or how they been around but this was like finding a gold mine. Not sure how other businesses in the area can compete. Again it's a small cozy spot, warm house atmosphere, not noisy, and once seated food comes faster than the wait time. Excellent customer service. If I was a regular breakfast eater I think I could eat here everyday. I could surly afford it and that's a fact. Well Mac Donald's breakfast is fast and inexpensive and that's the only comparison. There's one restaurant chain I will no longer bother to dine at now that I've been to Heritage House Cafe. If you care not to try Heritage cafe for yourself that's okay. This keeps wait time shorter. lol. Seriously I think you will enjoy their meals, the atmosphere, great service and sparkling mimosas'

There is now a Tesla Supercharger so navigate to that instead of the cafe so that your Tesla preconditions while you enjoy your morning. They no longer support their own app and have turned the keys over to Square to create an account to make it easier to pay and reorder. The ready times you get in the app are later than it's usually ready so I recommend giving them 10-20 minutes lead time. Here's my rating of the variety of foods and drinks I've tried. Undertow - 8 - Fun twist on a cortado as the half and half is cold and they add a splash of vanilla. The hot espresso is carefully floated on top of the milk so that when you drink you feel the cold "underflow" of vanilla milk. Cortado- 8 - Small but powerful sip of espresso. I prefer it with half and half and a touch of sugar over Journey's method but it is a tasty sip. Lavender Latte - -10 - the best version of a lavender latte you'll ever have. Cherry Blossom Latte - 9 - The cherry syrup is very forward but blends nicely into the latte which gives it light finish. The coffee does get a touch lost so add an extra shot. Citrus Cocoa Latte - 9 - The orange syrup is prevalent throughout the drink but the cocoa starts to stand up more the last half of the drink. I don't prefer chocolate drinks but this doesn't taste like a mocha at all. Very well done Journey!!! Veggie n Egg Breakfast Wrap - 7 - Light and flavorful but needs some pop from another ingredient. I recommend using the Tapatio hit sauce to elevate it above our 7 rating for those that want some pop of flavor and can handle spice. Breakfast Hand Pie - 6 - The pastry wasn't crispy but it did have some crispy seeds on it to save the texture, a bit gummy for my liking. The filling was also creamy with more cheese than needed (and I love cheese). Although good, I wouldn't get it again because the flavor of the filling fell flat. First Class Wrap - 10 - If you can handle spice, the chipotle sauce is amazing amidst the variety of ingredients. This is my go-to and everybody I introduce it to gets it as well. Every business partner I've introduced this right off the freeway coffee stop has loved and kept as their own. It's a no brainer if you're headed down I-80.

He's always searching for a shot that's balanced, sweet, and expressive. It's been a surprisingly difficult thing to find, but somehow, Attalus nails it every single time. His go-to is a double shot over ice, and it's one of the few places we've found that is able to deliver consistently! As much as we love discovering new cafés, we're incredibly grateful to have a shop of this caliber so close to home. Attalus has easily earned a permanent spot in our regular rotation.

Monday had a completely different dynamic. From the very beginning, the staff was huddled by the juice press complaining about the music playlist and debating how & who was going to address the problem of the music playlist (or lack thereof - not sure which). Eventually, one of them acknowledged us and took our order. We sat down to wait and that's when the cashier walked over to the staff that was standing by the juice press and they continued complaining about the "playlist" or creating a playlist or something *I dunno* All I know is that one person was standing at the juice press and waiting for something and the other employee just stood there talking to her about the music playlist and who is "going to tell him". It was a full 6 minutes of us just sitting there. Nobody was even attempting to start my coffee order. My husband finally got up and told them that we are on a timeline. That's when the employee standing next to the employee staring at the juice press walked over to the Expresso machine and started to make my drink. Then they made it incorrectly, giving me only 2 shots not the 3 that I paid for. Then she proceeded to dump some of the liquid from the cup out and simply added another shot. This is wrong on so many levels. The coffee is delicious, the cold pressed juices are fresh and perfectly balanced. The customer service is hit/miss. Oh, and the tip jar is back front and center. Ironic that is is the last thing I was willing to do after the crappy service. PS Not sure what all the fuss is about the music playlist, BUT it's a BIG F*ing Deal for Mondays staff.
