I don't live here and I'm not sure when I'd make it here again but I met my co worker here for a meeting and my golly it's the biggest, most beautiful location I have ever stepped foot in. The decor is modern with lots of seating. Perfect for work related meetings, studying or just hanging out. They also have a outdoor area. I was able to order quickly and the barista made my drink quick. They were even kind enough to give me vanilla for my Matcha Latte. Amazing service here. I've never been a Starbucks person but an old co-worker used to be a Barista and has helped me be a believer. I wish I could say the same for this location...I feel pretty neutral about it. It's not the best and it's not the worst. It's a pretty convenient location for anyone in the Winter Springs area and it's usually crazy busy, especially in the mornings. You can expect that if you go through the drive thru, you'll definitely be waiting, no matter what. The inside is nice and what you would expect from a newer Starbucks location - clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of places to sit inside and some seating outside. The consistency of the drinks are pretty terrible. I've been here at times several days in a row and it's really annoying when one day you get a drink, and it's amazing and then the next, it's watered down and crappy tasting. I would be willing to give this place more stars if there was actual consistency. I usually will always give my compliments to the barista if they do a good job. And I would say they barely pay attention to any of the modifications you make if you order through the app, which is the easiest way to order and pick up if you are on the run. I would say that everyone that works here is very nice. I've never encountered a rude employee here. The customer service is good! I just wish I could say that for the quality of the drinks sometimes that's a hit or miss. I've really cut back on the amount of times I come here now due to the lack of consistency. I'll continue to visit here only on an as needed basis or if I'm really in a jam for coffee. I think there other local places that have better quality and consistency and will be getting more business from me for now. read more

Watch out!! This review is about an employee with a name that starts with I if I remember correctly. Some neck beard. I went in to get just a regular coffee. A simple order. I was using a card to pay like most ppl. The card reader was angled in such a way that it reflected the overhead lights so as any normal guy I tilted it towards me so I could see the screen. Of course it's on the mandatory/not mandatory tip screen. Right when I tilt it and am about to pay the jerk at the register grabs the screen and tilts it back watching with greedy judgmental eyes to see if I'm going to tip or bypass that screen. I say I can't see the screen and move it back towards me and he grabs it again saying I need to make sure it goes through. Obviously no tip would be given to such looser behavior and I pay and move on. The guy was such a petty little man, if you can call him that. Tipping is chosen by the customer not you a$$ hole. Pay with cash to avoid such lame behavior. read more

This particular Starbucks is a convenient location in Winter Springs, Florida and offers in addition to that convenience, friendly service and their signature coffees. A bit of full disclosure, I am not a huge fan of Starbucks, but clients will pick this coffee business here and there to meet. The ambiance is decent and the service is good. I just will not ever for the life of me understand that people will accept these price points as acceptable. Still, there is nothing wrong with a bit of indulgence in our lives. I spend more than I should on certain things, so who am I to judge? If you are a fan of Starbucks, this can be a good option. If you are not a fan of Starbucks, well there are many other options. Ultimately, I will give it a recommendation with the caveat that understand it has a higher price tag, but it is a decent environment to sit back and have a cup of coffee as opposed to a simple "cup of joe." read more

Starbucks is always reliable! This one is generally on their game. It is located on SR434 right near Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs. Notably, its a little thought to navigate through the roads to find the parking lot if you are coming from the Winter Springs side.....or from Tuskawilla Road; if you are coming from the Oviedo side, it is easy to just pull into the parking lot as its on the same side of the road. That aside, the staff here tends to be friendly and fun. Nice I ordered from the drive through and the young man barista actually was singing through the intercom - just trying to make peoples day. My go-to at Starbucks is a Cafe Mocha Latte or a Mocha Frappuccino on a hot day. This place is no different from any of the other Starbucks in terms of consistency.....always a good cup. read more

This brand new location needs...some...COLOR. Look, it's Starbucks. That brand is not likely to disappear any time soon. And this huge store will be a draw for anyone in the Tuskawilla area and at the nearby apartment complex. But why does this place look like a big black box? A bit off-putting. Also, the staff needs a little pep in their step. I also do not like walking in anywhere, ready with my order, and being told to wait by someone at the register who doesn't appear to be doing anything but talking to another person behind the counter. This is why mobile ordering and self check-outs are getting more and more popular, I guess. My pink drink was great and I appreciate all of the fruit within. Drive through is good, going into the restaurant you will be ignored. They will make the mobile orders for nonexistent people and work the drive through. Then they happily proclaim your order done while having put your actual coffee into the drive through area. A shame because it's nice inside. I suppose one could order in the drive through and then take the order inside the restaurant. All of this was literally with no one in line in front of me. I was the only person there. read more

I was so happy when this new location open. I love how open the inside is! Every time I come it's either a crazy long wait in the drive thru or my coffee isn't made correctly and I've also been given the wrong drink. I have high hopes each time I come, but I'm just pulling out and I don't think I'll be back. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato in the drive through with extra Carmel. It was super bitter and tasted burnt. My husband brought it in to ask for a new one, he said that all the employees looked super annoyed and they just added extra Carmel and the Carmel flavor the my drink. Now it's even grosser than before. Most like won't be back. And I'm bummed Bc I wanted to love this location so I didn't have to drive the opposite direction. But I'd rather get what I ask for when pays over $5 for a coffee. And between my husband and I we get 3/4 coffees a day from Starbucks. Bummer. read more

This experience at this Starbucks was my first and has been the worst I've had with a Starbucks so far. I go to Starbucks about 3+ times a week and I went to this one in a rush NEEDING something to eat since I hadn't eaten anything all day. Happily, when I got there my order was ready. I got a Venti Iced Passion Tea Lemonade, a Bacon Gouda sandwich, and a Berry trio yogurt. First of all I realized that instead of the Berry Trio Yogurt that I ordered I got the Strawberry overnight grains which I didn't realize because the sticker was covering the name of the yogurt. Second I had my drink and had a few sips and looked at my drink to see a tiny strand of black in my drink. It was a strand of hair, in my drink!! This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in terms of customer service. I'm not sure if it's because it's a fairly new location but the employees that work the drive-thru seem to be very inattentive and disorganized. I've been here 5-6 times, and each time they've either gotten my order wrong, given me someone else's drink, given me incorrect change or have forgotten to give me back my change.
