Staff was friendly and happy to offer suggestions. I settled in after ordering and she brought my coffee to my table. They even sell the ceremonial matcha that they use, which has always been a good indicator of quality/premium ingredients. Their seasonal menu looked AMAZING and they even had bouquets that you could send with coffee orders for Valentine's day which was beyond adorable and super unique.
