While waiting as the next customer in line, one of your team members walked past my vehicle and stated, "I'll get to you later," before proceeding to another car behind me. A co-worker shortly afterward asked her whether she had taken my order, to which she indicated she had not. She then returned to assist me. I felt this interaction was discourteous and disappointing, particularly as it lacked even a basic greeting or acknowledgment upon approaching the vehicle. When I later mentioned the experience to the employees who prepared and delivered my order, they appeared surprised and unsure how to respond. I hope this was an isolated incident and that steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive prompt, respectful, and consistent service moving forward. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar occurrences for other guests.

Richard's originally operated out of the Arcade Building before moving to the new Winter Haven Public Library when it opened its new building in 2005. In the ensuing years Richard's Fine Coffee's has become a cornerstone to the revitalization of downtown. Literally perfect, no notes. The mocha I got was terrible--straight up Hershey's chocolate. Overall I will be back for another Mallorca with turkey, and I'll try a different coffee.
