Plus, way, way better for your body than a commercial coffee. They also make protein shakes, but in all kinds of flavors as well. My chocolate rolo one was the perfect offset to my fruity tea. Lauren, the owner was awesome and she runs this shop well. The way it's decorated is so aesthetic and on point. If I could have any suggestion it'd just be to have more seating- there's mainly the one couch and a chair, which makes it hard to let customers genuinely hang out and enjoy the products. If you've ever heard of or been to Bomb Nutrition in South Lakeland, this is actually the sister store, along with Auburndale Nutrition. So, they all have the same menu, and it's a good one. We spoke with somebody other customers that were sitting near us and they all complimented how delicious the food was. They have a variety of lattes and other coffee extras.
