Soooo slow. Empty place and we ordered two small subs with 3 employees and it took almost 20 minutes. How?

The longest wait for a sandwich ever. I don't know what took so long but will not be back here.

To be clear, the issue was not with the drive-thru ordering process. The young lady who initially took our order was pleasant and polite. The problem began at the pickup window. My wife and I both witnessed a dark-haired female employee drop the straw for our daughter's apple juice directly onto the floor. Instead of discarding it and replacing the drink, she picked the straw back up off the ground and placed it back with the apple juice before putting it in our order. Another female employee with very short dark curly/frizzy hair then attempted to hand it to us. My wife immediately asked if they could please get a new apple juice because the straw had fallen on the floor. Rather than simply replacing it, which would have taken seconds, both employees stood off to the side chatting for a moment and then handed us back what appeared to be the exact same apple juice, seemingly trying to act as though the straw had never fallen off in the first place. The request was clearly not taken seriously whatsoever. What is most disturbing is that this was a child's drink. There was absolutely no urgency, concern, or accountability shown regarding the fact that something intended for a child had just touched a dirty restaurant floor where countless shoes walk throughout the day. No parent should have to argue with employees about basic sanitation standards. To make matters worse, when my wife called afterward to speak with management, the interaction became even more unprofessional. A very young-sounding girl answered the phone and claimed to be the manager. After the situation was explained, she abruptly hung up. When we called back immediately, she stated that a "higher-up manager" had been informed and that the employees would be given some sort of "classes." (Which the time It took to call back, she would not had time to explain the story in Detail to a manager) When asked if we could speak with that manager directly, she briefly placed us on hold and then returned sounding as though she was pretending to be someone else, now introducing herself as "Shay." The entire phone interaction felt immature, unserious, and completely lacking professionalism. What concerns me most is the overall attitude displayed throughout this entire experience. Instead of taking a very simple sanitary concern seriously, the employees seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility and being dismissive. This is the first time we have ever experienced this kind of behavior at any Chick-fil-A, which is precisely why it stood out so negatively. It leaves us wondering: if something this obvious can be handled so carelessly right in front of customers, what other unsanitary practices are being overlooked behind the scenes? We have generally had positive experiences with Chick-fil-A in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing. However, after the way this was handled from beginning to end, we no longer feel comfortable returning to this location.

I never would have guessed that Tsaocaa Tea & Michi Ramen is a franchised restaurant, with numerous other locations. We were greeted upon entry and provided a booth. The place was clean and not loud at all (we could hold a conversation). For appetizers we ordered Takoyaki (5pcs), Shumai (6pcs) and a 10 count of chicken wings (half honey garlic and half hot & spicy). two of us ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and two of us (myself included) ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. The appetizers were all fantastic! The Takoyaki was decadent and satiating. The chicken wings were large, very crisp and satiating unto themselves. I did not get to try the Shumai, but the better half apparently loved them (per her statement and not sharing - haha). As for the Ramen - it was by far the best we (we all agreed) have eaten in Central Florida! The spicy version was not overwhelmingly spicy (you can spice it up even more if inclined) and had a great flavor. I chose pork and they were large melt in your mouth pieces and the half egg was perfectly pouched. The service was also very very good. Our waitress was very amicable and when she discovered it was the wee one's birthday, and she chose this place to eat her celebration dinner, she kindly provided her with a birthday dessert and sang Happy Birthday to her. What a nice touch, making a little girl feel a little extra special. We all really enjoyed our meals and the service, agreeing we will return sooner rather than later! P.S. I had a Grapefruit Green Tea (slush style) and it was not only great, but refreshing.

It was 2:00 p.m. and there was no wait to order and our food arrived fast! My wife ordered her favorite, the Southern Classic Salad, which is 2 citrus grilled chicken tenders on a bed of lettuce with a scoop of house-made guac, sliced egg, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, smoked gouda, cilantro corn, croutons and a citrus vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious as usual and a huge portion! She ended up taking half of it home for later. I went with the 2-piece Perfectly Fried Tenders, medium heat with sides of So Gouda Mac and Bourbon Baked Beans. The chicken pieces were quite large and were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. The pieces were served on a piece of white bread with a pickle on top! The fried chicken is so good that I could eat here every day! We were both stuffed, so we skipped the Peach Cobbler and Banana pudding this time. It was a beautiful day, so we ate our lunch outside on the patio, entertained by the great 80's music and occasional police siren (since Florida Ave is a busy street). All in all, we had a fantastic time and will be coming back again soon! We both highly recommend Love Bird!

It's funny when you compare size, the grilled one is so small compared to the double fried super breaded other one. I asked for medium heat, but it really tasted mild. The Gouda Mac is good like always, but the dirty fries... Oh my God... So salty!!! You can literally see it's covered in salt crystals!! I only ate like three and had to throw out the rest, what a waste of a side. For dessert, I got their seasonal apple cobbler... Does not hit like the peach cobbler. Way too much cinnamon, not enough caramel just very blah. Overall, really disappointed with my lunch. I was not satisfied at all, and I will probably not be coming back for quite some time.
