This was my first visit to a Dutch Bros location, having been recommended by a friend to try it out. My wife placed her order, and I proceeded through the drive-thru line. While waiting as the next customer in line, one of your team members walked past my vehicle and stated, "I'll get to you later," before proceeding to another car behind me. A co-worker shortly afterward asked her whether she had taken my order, to which she indicated she had not. She then returned to assist me. I felt this interaction was discourteous and disappointing, particularly as it lacked even a basic greeting or acknowledgment upon approaching the vehicle. When I later mentioned the experience to the employees who prepared and delivered my order, they appeared surprised and unsure how to respond. I hope this was an isolated incident and that steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive prompt, respectful, and consistent service moving forward. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar occurrences for other guests. read more

Loveeee going to Dutch Bros. We go about once a week. We've tried several drinks. All delicious. The employees are wonderful. This one has an inside which is nice and it's tidy. The drive through sometimes gets backed up but the employees are always so nice and efficient. They are also great about making sure we get a pup cup for our sweet doggie. read more

Dutch Bros makes me soo happy- and now they have one in Winter Haven?! Wow, I am over the moon!! If you haven't been to a Dutch Bros, I feel for you. If you have, then you surely understand. Yes, it's a chain coffee place but to me it still stands out from others. They primarily just serve coffee & fcruity energy fizz drinks, not much else. Definitely not any sustainable food but they don't need to. Their coffee is just good. It's sweet, though you can adjust the sweetness level, they have a nice variety of flavors, and such cute branding. I am especially a fan of when they have the holiday menu out- that gingerbread latte or peppermint mocha is to die for! This new location is so nice! It's the first Dutch Bros I've seen with an actual indoor area to sit in. It's very bare bones and doesn't have much personality (the outside is much more fun to look at) but it still works if you don't want to wait in those crazy drive-thru lines- iykyk. The whole building seems to be a "garage" style, which is pretty cute. We did try the salted caramel latte and it was a good coffee but you'd never know it was supposed to be caramel. Just tasted like a plain latte so that needed work but if we didn't know it was supposed to be caramel it'd be marvelous. They also have coffee drinks that use chocolate milk for the dairy part and WOW. It's such a nice unique change in taste and I am a huge fan. Another thing to love here are the prices. So much more reasonable than most coffee shops- you aren't paying $8 for a small coffee here. If you pay that much, you get a large size that's actually a large. So glad that Dutch Bros has come to central FL, though it is dangerous! read more

My Americano was good and the price was fair. That's it for the "good". It will be a rare return for me, for several reasons. A. Traffic & turn lanes at that intersection make entry difficult B. Poor planning for flow required after-build adjustments. They're experimenting with 2 lanes that merge at the window to fit more off the street. It creates chaos in parking lot. 70% of parking spaces are now blocked off. Also creates chaos in Outback & Amy's lots. sad. C. Parking to get out to go in is hard but there are also no easy nor safe "curb cuts" to get on the sidewalk for ADA folks. Denied access. City planners should have insisted on Universal Design. D. They use Calafia/Pacific almond milk, the 2 worst in the business. They have horrid after tastes. and during tastes. Shows they don't care about low calories are the almond milk needing customers. (Order taker even confirmed how terrible almond milk brand is.) E. Most of their drinks are 500-700 calories. They need to include more low calories options and consciously cut down on their sugars. F. I'll frequent places who use Silk, Almond Breeze or Friendly Farms Almond milk so I can enjoy both coffee and low calories. peacefully, without the frendzy of this place. Thanks. read more

This is my 3rd time here. Well I came today with my daughter for a drink while we are out shopping for Father's Day. Sadly my bank card declined, apologized.
