This is the closest location to my job. I'm here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. This is also the location where I've had the best experience with Customer Service and product quality. Til today. Another Customer was able to grab my Protein Smoothie and drink some of it before he was told it wasn't his. Honest Mistake. My main complaint is theHeavenly Bowl that I get every visit was prepared in a 20oz Smoothie cup. Not sure if this was a mistake or this is an actual policy going forward. The owner/manager I noticed a few weeks ago has been at the St Cloud location forever. I see her mainly in the mornings. This evening, I arrived and ordered a small smoothie. Long story short the young girl (Spanish-Asian look) has the same demeanor as the owner; they both are very reserved, quiet, absolutely no facial expressions at all. I would make a silly joke, or an exaggerated "Hello how are you?" and the reply is "What can I get for you?" The tone is always an Adams Family Wednesday Adams look and response. The smoothie I order- or we order- are always the same and taste is the same! - I came onto YELP to see what the reviews were like. What bothers me is the owner or managers - none- have commented on any posts. So... today was the last time I gave generous tip. I mean $8 for a small drink- times are tough and people should care more about their business. Good luck! - PS Yes this is a product my kid enjoys and I do too. Typically I would've rated this location a 4 or 5. When I walked in it was just another gentleman who had walked in about 30 seconds prior to me. He ordered and then I ordered directly after him. I get wanting to make two smoothies at the same time to hopefully get the process going but it actually took more time. The first man got his smoothie and paid and walked out not even a minute later I paid and got my smoothie and walked out. Well this was fast and efficient when I took my first sip of my smoothie it literally was watered down and way too liquidy. Which was a disappointment as I have ordered this particular smoothie a chocolate Elvis over 100 times and it has never tasted like this nor have I ever seen the woman who made my smoothie today. Sticker shock $25 after ordering 2 large smoothies and that tasted horrible. Then, when I got home, the styrofoam cup was flimsy and weak. It slipped out of my hand, broke and splattered everywhere. Twenty five dollars! I asked about a frequent flyer discount (assuming the smoothies would be healthy AND taste good) but they offered a text discount - 20% off on Tuesday. Do the math. Not a good discount if the cup is so flimsy that you can't keep the lid on. Also, the store was loud and dark.
