Read before ordering! Arturo the barista is beyond helpful. He was my best friend before I even went through the doors. I had a complicated order, but it was no match for Arturo. And with a name like that, you know the service will be legendary (and it was) The food was great, and even though it was pretty packed, we (my family of six) got our food in - no exaggeration - less than 8 minutes. Over twelve items were ordered between my family. All in all, here's my rating: Customer service: (Yes six. Arturo was an absolute legend) Food: The food is pretty much the same as any other Starbucks, but I was very hungry at the time. Well where do I start - Service - Young lady that waited on me had the personality of day old bread, kind of stale. Did not know how to count change back. I ordered a Ice Latte, taste burnt. Sausage English muffin, was in pieces, cheese melted to the point of being gone. Employees just visit behind the counter. But Starbucks is so big they could have a crap. **Drive thru review only** We headed to this Starbucks as we were in the area near the mall, so this wasn't a far drive over. We went through the drive thru so we could get back home as we'd already been out for a bit. The drive thru was quick and easy to get through. I loved this Starbucks! It has to be in the top 2 Starbucks locations that I've ever to. It was so spacious and it was so clean! There is great seating outside and then lots of seating with plenty of space inside. There is a men's and women's single restroom. The staff were friendly and the drinks were good! The display case of food was clean and looked fresh. The work space for the employees making the drinks was very roomy! The most space I've ever seen in a Starbucks. I am former Starbucks employee so all this space is an extreme positive! The drink stations looked clean. There is free wifi as well. Great location! Friendly baristas! Delicious drinks! read more

Great new addition to my neck of the woods! I've been waiting and waiting for a drive thru Starbucks to open near me and FINALLY it's here!! We stopped in to check out the inside of the store (even though I'll probably always do drive thru haha) and it's beautiful inside. I love the open concept and it's way bigger than I expected with a lot of seating. The staff was friendly and even made some suggestions to us. All in all, it's a Starbucks and you know what to expect when you step inside one. I'm just very excited this is so close to my house and I don't have to go into the mall any more. This may even motivate me to start going for a morning run to Starbucks! read more

I honestly never thought I'd write a review for a Starbucks, but seeing as the Starbucks near my new apartment is terrible, here we are! Not all Starbucks are created equal, but this location in particular is great. The staff is super friendly, the location is in a great spot, and the drive thru is always fast. Most of the staff know me and my wife by name and always greet us, even at the drive thru. One barista in particular, Nino, is a true gem and always makes great suggestions of drinks I should try. I really like the openness of the store and the little patio area is nice when the weather is decent. Even though this area of town can get congested, I've never had an issue parking here or getting into the lot. I've actually seen security parked in the lot towing cars as people try to not so sneakily park here and walk across the street to the outlet mall. I shop at the outlet across the street a lot so even though I don't live close by anymore, I'll probably bypass my local Starbucks and continue coming here instead. read more

I LOVE this Starbucks. I call it my secret Starbucks because when I go in the morning there is never a line! The inside is beautiful and spacious with lots of seating, I'm sure even during the day it doesn't feel super crowded. But really the best part of this store are the people. Everyone is so dang friendly and cheerful. I had pretty much stopped going to Starbucks regularly because the one near my office is awful, but this store has got me hooked again. I back track an extra 10 minutes just to come here in the morning, but I always leaving feeling glad that I did. read more

As a former employee of Starbucks, I can honestly say this Starbucks will never get my business again. They had to remake a simple drink 3 times and still got it wrong. Don't let the new local fool you the staff here is either poorly trained or just don't care. Been coming since they opened and every single order has been messed up. They're extremely slow and lazy. The only reason they don't have all 1 stars is most of the ppl visiting are tourist. read more

I come here almost every day and have never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always so cheerful it makes me smile! This Starbucks gave me one of the worst customer service experiences i have EVER had. Went through the drive through to order some drinks on a coffee run for some friends and the lady was messing up my order over and over again, then i hear another voice speaking and they were insulting me-OVER THE SPEAKER-forgetting to mute herself saying i didn't know what i was talking about and about and i shouldn't be in the drive through so i decided to pull around and walk inside only to find out IT WAS THE MANAGER who was talking about me over the speaker and she continued to argue with me saying i didn't know what i was talking about and i didn't know which drinks i wanted to order, only for the cashier to mess up my order several more times inside and then say that she didn't know they had just gotten new drinks, but somehow i was the one that didn't know what drinks i was ordering. Very unprofessional and disappointing seeing such poor management and absolutely god awful customer service. A disgrace of a Starbucks and i hope that they clean house with their employees and train their employees and especially their supervisors properly! read more

The coffee is great as always at starbucks. But the cashier was really what frustrated me in this location and pretty much ruined my family's time here getting coffee. We came here during black friday and starbucks had the buy one get one free promotion. I believe the ladies name was Kathy/Cathy or maybe started with a K or something around that. She only allowed me and my mom to purchase one set of BOGO's. We asked if we could just pay separately (of course) but she did not let us. Then my mom had to do the line again with my dad and again she said she could not get the bogo (i told her to pay with my app but with the app it does not let you do it twice I guess) so she asked if she could just get the promotion with paying herself and she did not let her. Then my mom had to pay for two coffees. That is pretty absurd. AS WELL that my sister came in half an hour later (had another more knowledgeable cashier) and she did not have the app, asked if she could get the buy one get one free and they gave it to her?! I was upset, I normally would ask for a manager and complain but was exhausted and had way too much going on this weekend. But yes this location just ruined my coffee day with my family after all the shopping madness. Other than that, the location is spacious and very nicely decorated.
