They are known for their elevated pastries and desserts, including the viral fruit and teddy bear shaped cakes. I decided to try their Middle Eastern milk cake which is essentially a twist on tres leches. I got the Biscoff flavor and it was sooooo good and not too sweet. It's in the same plaza as the Publix, UPS store, and bike shop. Depending on the time of day you go, parking can be easy or a challenge to find. My colleague and I chose to meet around noon, and we found spots near the UPS store and the smaller businesses to the side of Publix. It's a small, intimate cafe with some seating inside - mix of tables, high counter with chairs, and a set of more comfortable couch-like chairs in the back. The cafe has a good number of coffee options and some tea selections for those who don't drink coffee. They also serve alternative milks for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. (Those are an extra charge.) My colleague and I ordered 2 iced matcha lattes with almond milk in the 16 Oz size and he ordered a cinnamon roll. The staff were all friendly and welcoming - we chose to not add sweetener to our drinks and they made sure we were okay with that. (The gal helping advised that some people felt the latte without a sweetener could be a bit bitter, but we confirmed we didn't want anything.) Drinks and cinnamon roll came out quickly - barely took a couple of minutes. The matcha latte was great - I feel the matcha wasn't bitter at all and paired well with the almond milk. My colleague enjoyed his cinnamon roll - it was a large size. We were able to sit and chat for about an hour and it was still very relaxed - not busy or overly loud like other spaces I've been to. I've noticed the coffee quality can be hit or miss at different Foxtails, but this one gets it right The cappuccino is excellent, rich espresso, smooth flavor, and the foam is exactly how it should be: creamy and just the right density. There's plenty of shaded seating outside, and it's perfect to sit out there with a coffee (and your dog, too). We hung out for a while and it was just an easy, relaxing vibe. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for good cappuccino and a comfortable place to drink it.
