A co-worker shortly afterward asked her whether she had taken my order, to which she indicated she had not. She then returned to assist me. I felt this interaction was discourteous and disappointing, particularly as it lacked even a basic greeting or acknowledgment upon approaching the vehicle. When I later mentioned the experience to the employees who prepared and delivered my order, they appeared surprised and unsure how to respond. I hope this was an isolated incident and that steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive prompt, respectful, and consistent service moving forward. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar occurrences for other guests.

I was there prior to the Grand Opening and they were still finding their way. They advertised pancakes but didn't have any so I got a waffle. It was beautifull decorated. The pistachio cream was on the thick side but it covered for the fact the waffle was pretty bland--needed more vanilla or something? The coffee is always stellar in rich flavor. They had not yet established their menu. If they work out supply and demand this will become a 5-star coffee venue. I look forward to returning.

If they took a couple minutes and updated their sudden closure on Google, I would have known to head to north to Orlando instead of here.
