An attachment to my water pipe had broken. I went to different shops in town and was either ignored, blown off, or told "we will see if we can get it". But not at Supreme...I went in and the owner was there and helped me. He informed me how rare the piece is I am looking for, and suggested a new pipe for now and he would begin a hunt for what I needed. So we went to work trying to find a new water pipe and, with his help, I found one that I have ended up loving! Had it for a couple months now.
I went back in last week as a follow up to see if he found the piece I need. He hadn't but suggested a work around until he finds it. The idea worked great...until my cat decided my pipe needed to be attacked for some reason, and it fell of counter and his work around broke...pipe was fine! Heading in today to get a new 'work around' and see if he has found what I need.
Both he and his employee were great! Kind, attentive, and dealt with my being very indecisive without a hint of annoyance. I know I would have been if I had been assisting me. But these two were stellar. I cannot imagine me going anywhere else in Winter Haven while I live here! read more
