Crowded in the mornings before work. Just make sure you do a mobile order 10-15 minutes prior to arrival if you'd like your drink ready by the time you get there during rush hour in the morning. It's pretty clean inside and they always have some cups and tumblers stocked up. I like seeing the tumbler and cold cup options. There's also about 5-6 table seats and some counter seats, so there's plenty of space to study/work here. The drinks are pretty much what you'd expect from a Starbucks, good and consistent. The customer service is good, haven't had a bad experience so far. Only time I had to wait a super long time was when they had a free cup with any holiday drink purchase day. I ended up waiting 40 minutes in store for my drink even though I ordered 5-10 minutes ahead prior to arriving. But understandably everyone wanted their free holiday cup with their holiday drink. Even so, the staff was kind and would let you know where you were in the queue if you asked. Tl;dr - solid Starbucks, clean and good amount of seating. read more

Parking here can be a little tight if you're coming at prime-coffee-time...but that'll probably be the only issue you encounter. The store is pretty big inside and the employees seem to be adhering to COVID precautions pretty darn well. When you order a coffee one would expect to have a full cup, could we agree on that? I pickup my wife's coffee more than I would like to but, every time I go get it for her the cup has about half of the cup full. It got to the point where I have to ask them to fill it up to the correct amount. I understand if I'm buying a 8oz coffee but don't make me pay for a larger hot coffee just to get a small coffee in a big cup. It's really annoying having to ask these liberals to do the work they are getting paid to do. What could you expect from a liberal young adult who knows everything. That's rhetorical. Smaller sized Starbucks but most of the tables are still going to be owned by the laptop crowd. I guess that's just how *$ are these days. I had a quick single espresso and my barista pushed the right buttons. I was able to drink it before it really started to cool. Oops, and then I WAS one of those laptop people for a half hour. This location at one time was the consulate Starbucks experience. The service, the store atmosphere and the drink quality was consistently great. it has however gradually decayed to the point where staff is uninvolved, there is almost no merchandise in the store, and simply asking for a tall pike no sugar will undoubtedly get you a venti with Splenda. why they still insist on adding the creamer behind the counter is beyond me at this point, however it is always...always, wrong. remember when staff would remember you? the staff now doesn't last long enough to make it through a week. the only thing they do consistently now is disappoint. read more

I've been here several times, my experience has always been pleasant. Staff are friendly, welcoming and they make sure you like your drink. Cute store, nice size so there are lots of seats which is a plus (You won't be standing shoulder to shoulder waiting in line, or looking clueless trying to find a seat). This is a pretty crappy Starbucks... as far as Starbuck shops go. The outside is a orange red color that is atrocious to look at. I was trying to find the place after driving off the 95. I expected a shop with "the starbuck colors of green and pale yellow. The location of the store is crowded with little stores and has lots of traffic. It is not a restful place. There's the subliminal fear that at any moment an early model sedan will come crashing through the windows into the area where people drink coffee. Well, that's how I felt. Whoever decorated the store didn't go out of their way to overcome that ugly look of asphalt and parked cars. Maybe it doesn't matter. They have a good business and the coffee is good; but if you read those Starbuck books by Schultz you'd get the idea that just because all the other stores are scary, drab and dreary doesn't mean Starbucks has to be. This location is the closest to my house and the the way to work. Inside it's small and clean the waiting area is a bit tight and so is the parking lot outside. It's on he weird corner so if there are no spots your forced back on one main road or another. This is also not a drive thru location. I would suggest parking on the side where there is a little shopping center and walking over. Service here is ALWAYS great staff is super friendly. This location is always busy and sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for my drink to be done. I haven't used the app to order and pick up but I might start. I am a faithful patron of Starbucks and will continue to frequent this location. read more

I'm a huge fan of this location. I come here several times a week and I've never had a bad experience. The store recently went through a renovation and became a more comfortable place to relax with your drink of choice. Also, I love that the building that they rent from went green this summer by installing solar energy panels and that Starbucks took advantage of that. Staff here are really friendly and I never feel stupid ordering a drink, which at some locations or other coffee cafes I do. The only reason why I am not giving this location 5 stars is they have the worse parking lot around. This is very much a normal, well-run, nice-sized (places to study/meet groups/people watch), very clean Starbucks with an itty bitty parking lot that they share with a pizza place. Yes, "itty bitty" is the phrase I would use for this parking lot. but so far I've always found a place to park. I like this Starbucks because it is about a 2 minute drive (depending on the lights) away from the entrance/exit of I-95. So if you are traveling North I highly recommend you take the extra time because once you pass it there are no other (nice) places to stop for coffee until you get WAY past Philly. read more

Then I waited, and waited and waited, while several people ordered at the cashier, received and picked up their orders and left. Starbucks is Starbucks (supposedly) wherever you go, BUT if you like standing in line for a cup of coffee in a place that is never well staffed, this is your place. Too many times I have had to walk out without coffee because I just can't wait 7 min. Then, the one thing that really gets me when I order a dark roast I get "we ran out and were brewing. It will be about 5 minutes." So overall, and a bit contrary to the other review, I'd have to give this a very low score because for a place that serves coffee, sometimes they don't have it and they make you wait for it much of the time. They need more staff. 2 people. One making drinks and one running the register in a place that is this busy is bad managerial planning. read more

A solid Starbucks. It is a bit on the small side, but I actually appreciate the openness of the store. Plus, it has an added benefit of keeping the loitering under control. If you're the type of person who thinks they're too busy to wait in line at a Starbucks (but still has time to write nasty Yelp reviews), just use the app and place a mobile order. It may come as a surprise but the internet can be used for good rather than a constant stream of negativity. During my visits the lines are on par with or slightly shorter than what you'd expect at a Starbucks. The staff has always been friendly and I've never had any mistake on an order yet. The only real downside is the location and the parking. During busy periods it can be a nightmare to park and it's located in this tiny corner that isn't extremely convenient to get in or out of. We traveled to Philly recently and stopped in on our drive home. Upon entering, it was if there had been a crack in the space time continuum. We were greeted by some pretty amazing staff and thought surely they must be from another galaxy, as the level of service and the genuine caring nature of the unfamiliar acting Maureen, Shaw and Caroline was something we are sure went extinct on planet Earth long ago. Seriously, I have never met anyone in the industry that took the time to make us feel so utterly welcome that as we pulled out of the parking lot, I looked at my husband and told him we're leaving DC behind for Wilmington Delaware. Parking is not great in the small cramped parking lot in front of the store, but I suppose you always have the option of using the bigger parking lot around the back and walking a bit. This is the only Starbucks in the area that isn't part of another store and apparently, the only one that carries the fox tail mug. Anyway, I thought service was quite good at the counter and the ambiance was comfortable. It's only the $4 coffee that scares me. read more
